Abstract

Education is a place that aims to establish and educate a qualified Human Resources, have expertise and can build the character of the nation that is able to compete in the field of science and technology that fear of God Almighty and virtuous noble character. This study aims to determine the effect of leadership, certification programs and professional development on teacher performance in high schools in Banyuwangi.The population is the number of teachers 531 Civil Servants  that has been certified in 17 state high schools throughout Banyuwangi. Sampling in this study using the proportional random sampling with 105 teachers. The model used in this study is a model of causality or influence relationships. To test the hypothesis that will be proposed in this study the analysis techniques to be used is SEM or Structural Equation Modeling program operated through AMOS.The study shows that leadership and certification programs affect to improve the performance of teachers through professional development. Where leadership affect professional development of teachers with a coefficient of 0.43. The certification program is a variable that affects the professional development of teachers with a coefficient of 0.48. Impact of school leadership on teacher performance with a coefficient of 0.23. The certification program has an influence on performance improvement of teachers with a coefficient of 0.22. Professional development that affects the performance of teachers with a coefficient of 0.12. And leadership and certification programs to improve the performance of teachers through professional development with a coefficient of 0.33.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa nilai kearifan lokal dalam paradigma baru pendidikan yang merupakan bagian dari kurikulum merdeka belajar dan mengarahkan peserta didik untuk menghargai dan mencintai budaya bangsa Indonesia. Kegiatan pembelajaran sepanjang hayat yang mengembangkan potensi peserta didik melalui nilai kearifan local adalah sangat mendukung terwujudnya profil pelajar Pancasila. Penguatan karakter bangsa bisa dilakukan dengan menanamkan dan menekankan kembali bagaimana penguatan aktualisasi nilai-nilai kearifan local dalam dunia Pendidikan dan pembelajaran di persekolahan. Metode penelitian ini adalah Library research yaitu penelitian yang dilaksanakan dengan membaca, menelaah dan mencatat dari berbagai literatur atau bahan bacaan yang sesuai dengan pokok bahasan. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa nilai kearifan local adalah strategi yang tepat di dalam mewujudkan paradigma baru dalam kompetensi global untuk menciptakan pelajar yang siap terjun di persaingan global menuju profil pelajar Pancasila.

Abstract

XY is a building materials industry company, which often faces the challenge of high levels of defective products due to loading processes. To solve this problem, the study applied the Six Sigma method to minimize the occurrence of defects in the loading process. (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, Control). The first step defines the characteristics of the resulting defect. The second step measures the creation of a control diagram. The third step analyzes the main factors of the occurrence of product defects. The fourth step improves is a proposal for improvement to reduce the failure. The final control process is making recommendations for improvement, this is entirely carried out by the company. From the results of the research, it was found that the defective product was loaded at a rate of 1,107 with a probability of damage of 7,204,102 products per million chances. (DPMO). Based on the Pareto diagram of the level of damage caused by the production process, damaged by the forklift, damages during handling, and damages by the pallet. Based on the fishbone diagram, improvements are needed on human factors, environmental factors, material factors, mechanical factors, and method factors.
