Abstract

The aim of this study is to determine the income of peanut’s farm in The Second Kanonang Villageat Kawangkoan District. Primary and seconndary data are used and analyzed by making use ofdescriptive analysis and R/C ratio. Results of this study indicates that: (1) the average revenue of peanutfarmers is Rp6.053.800 and the average cost of Rp 3.182.577 so that the average income received byfarmers is Rp 2.871.223 per one time of planting, and (2) the R/C ratio (1.90) is greater than one, showedthat the average income received by farmers is relatively favorable.

Abstract

The objective of this research is to analyze the absorption of sectoral workers in Sorong Regency. This research was carried out for 3 months, from August to October 2018. The type  of data used in this study is secondary data obtained from the Central Statistics Office of Sorong Regency. The variables measured were GRDP and the number of workers per sector in Sorong Regency from 2010 and 2017. The data analysis used was descriptive analysis. The research results showed that, sectoral employment in Sorong Regency absorbed the most labor, namely agriculture, fisheries and maritime sectors in the first position, the social services sector in the second position and in the wholesale trade sector, restaurants and hotels in the third position.Keywords: Analysis- Sectoral Employment -Absorption

Abstract

The objective of this research is to describe the Role of the Agricultural Sector in the Economy of North Minahasa Regency. Data collection in this research is in the form of secondary data obtained from the Central Statistics Agency of North Sulawesi Province. The calculated variable is the North Sulawesi Province GRDP value from 2010 to 2017 ADHK in 2010, North Minahasa Regency GRDP value from 2010 to 2017 ADHK 2010. The research result showed that the Agriculture Sector still has an important role in the economy of North Minahasa Regency and the Sector Agriculture is one of the basic sectors in North Minahasa Regency, although the contribution of the Agriculture Sector tends to decrease every year.Keywords: Role -  Agricultular Sector-Economy

Abstract

The objective of this study is to analyze the income distribution of farmers in South Tonsewer Village. The study was conducted from September to November 2019. The method used in this study was the simple random sampling method. The data used in this study are primary data and secondary data. The research results showed that the income distribution of farmers in South Tonsewer Village was imbalanced with a low Gini index value of 0.33. However, if the income of farmers is only from farming, the Gini index value of 0.36 is included in the moderate inequality.Keywords: Revenue, Distribution, Inequality

Abstract

The objective of this study is to measure the level of visitor satisfaction with the attractions of Makatete Hills, Warembungan Village, Pineleng Sub District, Minahasa Regency. This research was conducted for 3 months, from August 2019 to October 2019, the data used in this study were primary and secondary data primary data obtained by distributing questionnaires to visitors to Makatete Hills and secondary data obtained from literature studies in the form of literature, book articles and journals.The research results of this study showed that the Level of Visitor Satisfaction of Makatete Hills Tourism Objects in Warembungan Village, Pineleng Subdistrict, Minahasa Regency, can be concluded to be at the level of 79.33 with the criteria of Satisfaction, even though it is within the satisfied criteria, the manager must pay more attention to the access road to the Makatete Hills location.Keywords: Level of Visitor Satisfaction, Tourist attraction

Abstract

The role of economic sectors in an area is closely related to the role of the government that manages the economy of the region. Government policy in building regional economy is basically to realize the overall welfare of the community in accordance with the wishes and aspirations that develop in the community. The purpose of this study was to determine the role of each economic sector in the economy of South Minahasa Regency. This study started from September to November 2019. Data used in this study were secondary data, in the form of time series data of South Minahasa Regency GRDP from 2014 to 2018 and GRDP of North Sulawesi Province from 2014 to 2018. Data sources were obtained from official publications  of  Statistics Indonesia of  South Minahasa Regency Website and Statistics Indonesia  of  North Sulawesi Province Website. The method used in this study was the documentation method.   Based on the results of the study, it could  be concluded that the Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries Sector played  a very important role in the economy of South Minahasa Regency, both in the future and in the current period. However, this also could not be separated from the role of other economic sectors that work together in the formation of the economy of South Minahasa Regency.Keywords: role, economic, sectors, MinahasaSelatan

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to identify agricultural, food crops and horticultural commodities which are among the leading agricultural commodities in the District of West Tompaso. This research was conducted in November 2019 to June 2020. The  data used are secondary data obtained from the Central Statistics Agency of North Sulawesi Province, Minahasa Regency, West Tompaso District and the Agricultural Counseling Center (BPP), West Tompaso District. The data analysis technique used is quantitative and descriptive analysis methods. Where data is processed using LQ analysis or Location Quotient then described using a table. The results showed that the agricultural commodities included in the District of West Tompaso were sweet potatoes for food, peanuts and kidney beans for crops, and shallots and tomatoes for horticulture.Keywords: leading commodity, regional development, location quotient

Abstract

            This study aims to measure the level of K2B Cafe consumer satisfaction inManado City in terms of product, price, place, promotion, and service aspects. This research was conducted from January to May 2020. This study used primary and secondary data with accidental sampling techniques and 30 respondents withLikert Scale as the measurement instrument. The results showed that the level of K2B Cafe consumer satisfaction in Manado City was 78.11% with satisfied interpretation. Specifically, the level of customer satisfaction K2B Cafe for the very satisfied category is the variable price of 85,11% and promotion of 84.33%. For the satisfied category, product variable is 79.77%, place is 74.16%, and service is 74.33%.Keywords: Consumer Satisfaction Level, K2B Cafe, Manado City

Abstract

Land is one of the main elements in supporting human life. The high domestic need is one reason for farmers to change the function of their land. The objective of this research is to identify and describe the factors that affect land use change in Jalan Sea, Malalayang, Satu Barat Village, Malalayang Sub District, Manado City. The study was conducted from July to September 2020. The sampling method used was simple random sampling method. This study uses secondary data obtained from the Malalayang Satu Barat Village Office. For primary data obtained from direct interviews with land owners. The data is then analyzed using tables and described descriptively. The research results showed that the factors causing the land conversion on Sea Street, Malalayang Satu Barat Village Malalayang Sub District Manado City were sending children to school, marrying off children, high selling prices offered by buyers, pressure to meet family needs, and no one taking care of the land. Of the five factors, the most dominant factor is sending children to school.Keywords: Land Conversion, Sea Road, Malalayang Satu Barat Village

Abstract

This study aims to describe the development of the Agropolitan Area of Mondoinding District in South Minahasa Regency. The study was carried out from July to September 2021. The data used came from secondary data were analyzed descriptively. The results showed that the development of Agropolitan Areas in Modoinding District experienced an increase in many sectors although there were still sectors that did not develop and some even experienced a decline. Land area and agricultural production increased by 99.7% and 99.8%, respectively. Agribusiness infrastructure and facilities, particularly banking, did not experience growth with only 2 banks from 2015 to 2019, while the cooperative sector experienced a decline of 40% and the market sector developed with the addition of 1 building. Public infrastructure and facilities, particularly the clean water sector, increased by 40%, while the lighting sector increased by 8.8%. The transportation sector had developed where all villages in Modoinding District already have asphalt roads. Communication had developed, where all village areas in Modoinding District have received telecommunication channels. The health sector did not develop, where health facilities in Modoinding District were still the same as before, while the education sector increased by 10.8 percent.
