Abstract

North Minahasa is one of the regencies which is located between two big cities, namely Bitung City and Manado City. The development that is happening in Bitung City will affect  North Minahasa Regency and also the development in Manado city will affect  North Minahasa Regency. The current development  is the construction of the toll road connecting Manado and Bitung. This development increases the development in North Minahasa Regency and changes its economic development. North Minahasa Regency has 10 sub-districts with an area of 1,059.24 Km and has a growing potential because it is located between Bitung City and Manado City,therefore it has a very big influence and affects the trade sector of North Minahasa Regency. Sectors which are non-base sectors during the period of 2014-2018 are 10 sectors, namely  Water Supply, Waste Management, Waste and Recycling sectors with an average LQ of 0.59, the Wholesale and Retail Trade sector, Car and Motorcycle Repair Repairs of the LQ an average of 0.77, the LQ Transport and Warehousing sector averaged 0.48, the accommodation and Food and Drinking LQ sector averaged 0.49, the LQ Information and Communication sector averaged 0.45, the LQ Financial Services and Insurance sector 0, 23, the LQ Company Services sector an average of 0.18, the Government Administration, Defense and Compulsory Social Security LQ sector averaged 0.50, the Health Services and Social Activities sector an average of 0.68, the Other Services sector LQ average of 0.35.Keywords: Shifting of Economic Structures

Abstract

The objective of this study is to measure the level of visitor satisfaction with the attractions of Makatete Hills, Warembungan Village, Pineleng Sub District, Minahasa Regency. This research was conducted for 3 months, from August 2019 to October 2019, the data used in this study were primary and secondary data primary data obtained by distributing questionnaires to visitors to Makatete Hills and secondary data obtained from literature studies in the form of literature, book articles and journals.The research results of this study showed that the Level of Visitor Satisfaction of Makatete Hills Tourism Objects in Warembungan Village, Pineleng Subdistrict, Minahasa Regency, can be concluded to be at the level of 79.33 with the criteria of Satisfaction, even though it is within the satisfied criteria, the manager must pay more attention to the access road to the Makatete Hills location.Keywords: Level of Visitor Satisfaction, Tourist attraction

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to measure the level of satisfaction of visitors in the Tetetana Peak, Suluan Village, Tombulu District, Minahasa Regency. This research was conducted in 3 months, starting from August to October 2019. The data used in this study were primary data,  obtained directly from selected visitors (respondents) using a questionnaire. The results of this study showed that visitor satisfaction index was 78.72%  which falled in the satisfied category.Keywords: Level of Satisfaction, Tourist Attraction, Visitor, Tetetana

Abstract

This study aims to determine and evaluate the marketing mix strategy at Welu Cafe & Resto. This research was conducted in January to March 2020. The data used in this study are primary and secondary data. Primary data were obtained through direct interviews with 44 respondents using a questionnaire. While secondary data is data obtained from Welu Cafe & Resto, literature and previous research. The sampling method is done by accidental sampling, which is the sample taken by chance. The results showed that the ideal score for the whole question = 3168 (very good), the lowest score = 1 (very bad). Based on data obtained from 18 questions given to 44 respondents, a total score of 1968 was obtained with a "Good" interpretation of the marketing strategy adopted by Welu Cafe & Resto.Keywords: Marketing Strategy, Welu Cafe & Resto

Abstract

This study aimed to determine the level of consumer satisfaction to the flower products in the flower shop "Cinta Florist", Kakaskasen Dua Subdistrict, North Tomohon District, Tomohon City. This research was conducted from December 2019 to January 2020. This research used primary data obtained directly from consumers using questionnaires, and secondary data obtained from literature studies and relevant sources. The results showed that the level of satisfaction of the flower consumers at the Cinta Florist Kakaskasen Dua in Tomohon City falled into the criteria of "satisfied", with a consumer satisfaction index of 71.7%. In general, consumers were satisfied with the flower prices given by Cinta Florist because it was in accordance with high-quality, fresh and durable flower products.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to calculate the added value obtained from processing the nutmeg syrup at CV. NOVITA. This research was conducted in Karegesan village, North Minahasa district. This research was conducted for 3 months from September to November 2019. The data used in this study were primary data. CV. Novita produces three times a month. Based on the research results, it could be concluded that the nutmeg syrup business at CV. NOVITA in Karegesan village, North Minahasa Regency was very profitable and had an added value from the nutmeg pulp into nutmeg syrup of Rp. 4,621,000. This means that this industry is feasible to develop.

Abstract

The objective of this study is to analyze the profits of hydroponic lettuce farming in Urban Farming in Batu Kota, Malalayang SubDistrict, Manado City. Data analysis method used in this research is quantitative analysis. Quantitative analysis is used to determine the advantages of hydroponic lettuce farming in Urban Farming Business by counting the difference between revenue and cost. Data in this research is primary and secondary data. Primary data was obtained through observation and interviews using direct questionnaires at the hydroponic Urban Farming research site through direct interviews between researchers and respondents, namely business owners. Secondary data is the collection of data and research materials obtained from books, internet, through google, theses, journals and other sources.The results showed that the total revenue from the Hydroponic Lettuce business was Rp.3,200,000, while the total cost incurred in the lettuce production process during the 1.5 month planting period is Rp.913,609.20. Therefore, the profit of Hydroponic Lettuce Farming on Urban Farming in Batu City, Malalayang Sub District, Manado City was Rp.2,286,390.80 for 1.5 months of planting period.

Abstract

The objective of this research is to identify product flow, financial flow, information flow. And analyze the level of marketing efficiency in the coconut supply chain. The research was carried out from June to August 2021. The data collected were primary data obtained from farmers and traders using questionnaires, internet secondary data, and the Sangkub Satu Village Office. Sampling using purposive sampling method as many as 24 people from 52 farmers, and snowball sampling method as many as 24 farmers and 3 traders. The research result showed that (1). Coconut supply chain in the channel Farmers-Collectors-Factory based on product flow flowing from upstream to downstream where farmers process coconut into copra and sell copra to traders, traders sell copra to factories, financial flows flow from downstream to upstream where factories buy copra with a transaction via banks to traders and traders buy copra with transactions directly to farmers, the first flow of information on the direction of the factory informs copra quality and price to traders, traders informs copra prices to farmers. The second flow of information is  the two farmers  to inform the copra quality to trader and the trader will inform the factory the amount of copra to the factory. (2). The level of marketing efficiency in the coconut supply chain is seen from marketing margins, costs and profits, farmers and traders who have been efficient.

Abstract

This study aims to determine priority and supporting strategies for the development of the Sumaru Endo Tourism Object, Minahasa Regency. This research was conducted from November to December 2021. The data used in this study were primary  and secondary data. Primary data were obtained from FGDs and direct interviews with respondents. Secondary data were  obtained from the North Sulawesi Provincial Tourism Office. The variables used in this study were indicators described through 4 important components in Tourism, namely: Attractions, Amenities, Accessibility and Accommodation which are further grouped into Internal Factors (Strengths and Weaknesses) and External Factors (Opportunities and Threats). The data analysis method used was SWOT analysis. The results showed that the Sumaru Endo Tourism Object Development Strategy had a high priority that could lead to rapid growth, which was the SO (Strengths Opportunities) strategy, especially "Cooperating with local, national and international travel agents". Supporting strategies included providing and completing infrastructure, building a tourist information center, improving the quality of human resources, increasing the diversity of attractions, improving the security and safety inside and outside the Sumaru Endo Tourism Object.
