Abstract

This study aims to determine the allocation of remittance of migrant family income in North Langowan Subdistrict. This study uses descriptive analysis, by conducting surveys or field observations todetermine the utilization of remittances by the families of migrant workers. The research was conducted in February to May 2018 in North Langowan Subdistrict, in Walantakan Village, Toraget Village,Karumenga Village, Taraitak Village and Taraitak Village 1. The method used in this research is survey method by taking primary data and secondary data. Primary data collection is intended to know the clear picture of the utilization of Indonesian labor remittances for consumption, investment and savings or for agriculture or not. The primary data collection technique was carried out by direct interviews and the questionnaire distributed to the families of migrant workers regarding the pattern of money managementof remittances. Secondary data was obtained from North Langowan Subdistrict office. The results of this study indicate that most migrants allocate remittances to renovate houses or buy land / houses, from which 40% to 50% of the remuneration is used for the allocation. Some of the migrants make use of remittances to buy houses for investment and partly to finance children's education. Some of the migrants use remittances to buy rice fields as another form of investment, and only a small percentage of migrantsmake use of remittances to buy cars as a tertiary family need. Remittance remained for savings. Migration in addition to affecting the increase in income and welfare of migrant families also affects the development of land prices in North Langowan Subdistrict.*er*

Abstract

This study aims to determine the income of farmers from rice field farms in the Mapanget Village Talawaan Sub-district North Minahasa. This study lasted for 3 (three) months from the preparation stage, data retrieval and to the preparation of research. Research location in Mapanget Village, Talawaan Sub-district, North Minahasa. Primary data is obtained through a list of questions that have been prepared, while secondary data obtained from the district office and village office. Based on the research results, the income of paddy field farming managed by respondents in Mapanget village comes from harvest season 1 (one), harvest season 2 (two) and harvest season 3 (three). Wetland paddy farming in Mapanget Village is able to provide benefits and the farming continues to be cultivated even in urban areas.*er*.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the participation of members in the Mitra Jaya farmer group activities in Mundung Village, East Tombatu District. This research took place from October to December 2018. The data used were primary data obtained through interviews using a questionnaire to10 respondents and secondary data obtained from the Mundung Village Office in East Tombatu District. The technique of collecting data uses census techniques. Data analysis used in this study is descriptiveanalysis using a Likert Scale. The results showed that the participation of members in farmer groups was high, because they participated in each activity held by the Mitra Jaya farmer groups both in the activities of the planning stage, the implementation stage and the evaluation phase of farmer group activities. The participation of members in the Mitra Jaya farmer group in Mundung Village, Tombatu Timur District in the management of farmer group activities is high.*eprm*.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the pattern of marketing, calculate the amount of costs, margins and marketing benefits and farmer's share in Pangu Dua Village, which was held from June to August 2018. The dataused in this study are primary and secondary data. Primary data is data obtained by submitting a list of questions to farmers 10 respondents, collecting traders 5 respondents, retailers 3 respondents in Pangu Dua Village. While secondary data was obtained from Pangu Dua Village Office, and the internet. Data analysis in this study uses marketing channel analysis and marketing margin analysis. The results of the study show that there are four forms of marketing channels in Pangu Dua Village. Marketing channel I consists of farmers and consumers; marketing channel II consists of farmers, retailers, consumers; marketing channel III consists of farmers, collectors, supermarkets retailers and consumers; marketing channel IV consists of farmers, collectors and wholesalers between islands. Marketing channel III has the highest value, namely the cost of Rp. 345 per kilogram, margin of Rp. 11,000 per kilogram, and profit of Rp. 10,655 per kilogram. The highest portion received by farmers (farmer’s share) on marketing channel I is 100 percent. This research support the result of previous study by Kaparang's 2015 that the greater the marketing margin, the smaller the portion received by farmers, on the contrary the smaller the marketing margin the greater the portion received by farmers, can be accepted in this study.*jnkd+eprm*

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the profits of CV Tumou Pratama's wooden house business in Woloan 1 Village, Tomohon Barat District. This research was conducted for 3 months, starting from September to November 2018. The data used are primary data and secondary data. Primary data was obtained from direct interviews with wood house business owner CV Tumou Pratama (one person). While secondary data was obtained from several sources are the Central Bureau of Statistics, books available at local bookstores and the internet such as google cendikia to access articles from various scientific journals and theses from other universities related to the topic of this research, especially concerning profit analysis. The results of the study indicate that CV Tumou Pratama's wooden house business during the period January 2017 to December 2018 is profitable, both in total and based on type and size (m2). The highest profit per m2 is Rp. 1,003,554, - obtained from Medium Type Wooden Houses (70 m2) compared to Small Type Wooden Houses (36 m2) of Rp.978,099; Large Type (112 m2) of Rp.698,074, -; and Extra Type (198 m2) of Rp.576.352.- *jnkd+eprm*

Abstract

This study aims to analyze how much profit the farmers get in the activities of scallion farming in North Bongkudai Village, Mooat District, East Bolaang Mongondow Regency. The study was conducted for 3 months from October to December 2018. The data used in this study were primary data and secondary data. Primary data collection is through direct interviews with 60 respondents using the stratified random sampling method. Interviews were conducted based on a previously prepared questionnaire, and secondary data was obtained from the Bolaang Mongondow East Agriculture Office, North Bongkudai Village Office, Sam Ratulangi University Faculty of Agriculture Library, and Local Book Stores. The analysis in this study is qualitative and quantitativeanalysis presented in table form and then described descriptively. The results showed that the amount of profit of the scallion farmers per bed in Bongkudai Utara village in the first strata (lower layer) was Rp.426,664, while for the second strata (middle layer) was Rp.439,185 and for the third strata (upper layer) was Rp. 1,227,853. The highest profit of scallion farmers in Bongkudai Utara Village is in the third strata, reaching Rp1,227,853 per bed.*lrr+eprm*

Abstract

This study aims to look at the marketing strategy of "Anyen" pia cake in the sea village of Pineleng District. This research was conducted for 3 months, starting from March to June 2019. The data used in this study are primary data obtained from direct interviews with Anyen pia cake business owner, Mr. Lexy Pelealu and secondary data from 37 respondents of Anyen pia cake customers. fill out a questionnaire calculated on a Likert scale. The results of this study indicate that the marketing strategy for Anyen Pia is in the excellent category. Where aspects of the marketing mix of products 78.61%, aspects of the marketing mix of prices 85.97%, aspects of the marketing mix of places 81.07%, and aspects of the marketing mix of promotion of 85.97%.*eprm*
