Abstract

This study aims to calculate the business profit of "Pia Melati" in Mariyai Village, Sorong Regency, West Papua. This research was conducted for 3 months from September to November 2017. Data collection method used in this study is survey method. Data used is primary data by interviewingtechniques to business owners using a questionnaire. Secondary data was obtained from the Food and Industrial Processing Service of Sorong Regency. The results of this study indicate that this business costsfor a month is Rp.57,162,654, revenue is Rp.77,625,000 and profit is Rp.20,012,346. R/C ratio of 1.35, is indicated that this business is profitable.*llr+eprm*

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate Village Fund management in Kalasey Dua illage, Mandolang Sub-district, Minahasa Regency. The study was conducted from May 2018 to January 2019. The data used in this study were primary data and secondary data. Primary data was collected based on interviews with two members of the Village Consultation Board (BPD), three village officials, and 50 community members to find out their responses to Village Fund management. The fifty community members were selected community members that have over the age of 21 years and had lived in the research village for more than 10 years. So the total respondents were 55 people.Interviews with community members were used by Likert Scale. Secondary data in this study came from the archives and reports of Kalasey Dua Village office in the form of Village Monographs, Village Fund Management Data andother documents relating to the management of the Kalasey Dua Village Village Fund; and through books available at local bookstores; and the internet. Internet used google searching to access articles from various scientific journals and theses from other universities related to the topic of this research. Data analysis using descriptive analysis. The results of the study indicate that overall the Village Funds received in Kalasey Dua Village have been managed properly by the government or the management, both in the management procedure with the availability of documents; and adhere to the principles of village fund management that consists of justice, needs, village authority, participation, self-management and village-based resources, village typology, transparency and accountability; and the community have felt the benefits. The Village Fund has been giving benefit to community of the village, both in the construction of infrastructure (roads, culverts, solar street lighting) and the empowerment of rural communities (by technical guidance of the management of Village-Owned Enterprises or BUMDES outside the region).*gmhk+erprm*

Abstract

The objective of this research is to analyze the profit of Tempe Sumarko Business in Teling Atas Village, Wanea Subdistrict Manado City. This research was conducted for 3 months, starting from January to March 2019. The data used in this research are primary data and secondary data. Primarydata was obtained from a direct interview with the owner of Tempe Sumarko Business. While secondary data was obtained from books available at local bookstores and the internet such as google searching to access articles from various scientific journals and thesis from other universities related to the topic of this research, especially concerning profit analysis. The results of the research indicated that Tempe Sumarko Business is profitable. The profit in December 2018 was Rp. 3.746.432,78 with the value of R/C ratio >1 which was 1,24 and the profit in January 2019 was Rp. 5.216.432,78 with the value of R/C ratio which was 1,35.*jnkd+erprm*

Abstract

The objective of this research is to analyze the income of rice farming based on the revenue sharing system in Wolaang Village, East Langowan sub-district, Minahasa Regency. This research was conducted for 3 month, starting from January to March 2019. The Samples of farmers is using simple random sampling method (simple random). Data collected in this study are primary data and secondary data. Primary data was obtained from direct interviews with 30 farmer. While secondary data obtained from BP3K East Langowan sub-district and BPS Minahasa Regency, books available at local bookstores and the internet such as google searching to access articles from various scientific journals and thesis from other universities related to the topic of this research, especially income analyze. The results showed that the income received by landowners was Rp.13,462,500 while the income received by smallholders was smaller than that of landowners, namely Rp.9,940,865.*jnkd+eprm*

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to describe the marketing of peanuts in Bugi District, Jayawijaya Regency. The study was conducted from January to March 2019. Data and information were collected from primary sources and secondary sources. The selection of respondents was done purposevely. Primary data was collected from interviews with 20 farmers who are farmers as well as sellers of peanuts based on a list of questions that had been prepared and direct observations on marketing activities of peanuts at the study site. Secondary data was collected from the Bugi District office, Statistics report of Jayawijaya Regency Central Bureau, the internet through google search and google scholar to obtain journal article and thesis those related to the topic of peanut marketing. The analysis used is a qualitative analysis method. The results of the study show that farmers are easier to obtain market information about prices and act as determinants of prices because farmers sell directly to the market by bringing their own produce so that it does not require costs to obtain price information on the market.-*eprm*

Abstract

The research has been done in Bolaang Mongondow. The aim of the research are to know the comparative advantage of coffee in Bolaang Mongondow North Sulawesi which is analized by Domestic Resource Cost Ratio (DRCR) value and to know the input and output price changes and its impact to the coffee farming comparative advantage. The area of research is selected by purposive method in Bolaang-Mongondow Regencies which are the production centre of coffee. The primarydata are collected through interview with 20 coffee farmers while the secondary data are gained from related institutions. Descriptive analysis using Policy Analysis Matrix (PAM) was implemented in the research to know the comparative advantage value. Sensitivity analysis is used to determine the impact of prices changing to Domestic Resource Cost Ratio (DRCR). The result shows that coffee farming in Bolaang Mongondow has a comparative advantage which is indicated by the value of DRCR 0,0791. Both Private and Social benefit value are profitable. The p rivate benefit is Rp.5.821.590 and social benefit is Rp. 5.525.338.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the value of land that has been released whether it affects the value of land and determine the use of money from land acquisition in Tonsewer Selatan Village, Tompaso Barat Sub-district. This research was conducted in three months, from September to November 2019. The sampling method in this study uses a non-probability sampling technique or census sampling. The samples used in this study were 13 respondents, namely all farmers who own agricultural land who have sold their land so that land conversion has occurred. In this study using primary data obtained from direct interviews with respondents using a list of questions that have been prepared. Secondary data obtained from relevant agencies. The results showed that the value of the land acquired was higher in value than the present land value. This means that the value of land that has been acquired affects the current value of land. The money from the land acquisition has been used for various purposes, namely: for business capital, buying new land, saving, buying vehicles, renovating houses, and for daily needs.*eprm*
