Abstract

Berbagai permasalahan yang muncul di tengah-tengah masyarakat, baik yang menyangkut masalah ibadah, akidah, ekonomi, sosial, dan budaya terus berkembang seiring dengan perkembangan masyarakat sebagai akibat dari kemajuan sains dan teknologi. Hal ini membutuhkan kepastian jawaban dari sisi hukum. Maka desakan kepada perlu adanya sistem pemikiran dan penjabaran hukum menjadi sebuah keniscayaan. Oleh karena itu, menurut Schacht yurisprudensi legislasi Islam kaum modernis mesti bersifat logis permanen serta membutuhkan basis teori yang lebih tegas dan konsisten; atau meminjam ungkapan Esposito, jika para pembaharu Muslim ingin menghasilkan hukum Islam yang komprehensif dan berkembang secara konsisten, maka mereka harus merumuskan suatu metodologi sistematis yang mempunyai akar Islam yang kokoh.  Salah satu konsep penting yang perlu dikaji menurut Imam al-Haramain al-Juwaini (w. 478 H/1085 M) adalah konsep maqâṣid al-sharî’ah yang intinya bahwa maqâṣid al-sharî’ah atau tujuan disyariatkannya hukum Islam adalah untuk mewujudkan kebaikan sekaligus menghindarkan keburukan atau menarik manfaat dan menolak kerusakan.

Abstract

The narrative of Luqman al-Hakim in the Al-Quran provides numerous wise insights. It includes monotheism, the myth of a noble parent, and rules and processes for relating to family and the larger community. The goal of this study is to comprehend the character values included in Al-Qur'an Luqman's letter and how they might be applied to pupils. The research method employed is qualitative, using library research. Content analysis techniques are used in data analysis. Inductive qualitative data analysis is characterized by the development of a relationship pattern or a hypothesis based on the data acquired. Documentation from the Qur'an, as-Sunnah, books, otoritative books, journals, and encyclopedias served as the study's instruments. The finding shows that the values ​​of character education contained in Surah Luqman verses 12-19 cover three aspects, namely aqidah education, sharia education, and moral education.

Abstract

This article explores family counseling using a Qur'anic approach as an effort to promote harmony within the family. The increasing complexity of modern family issues requires a comprehensive and multidimensional approach. Rooted in divine revelation, the Qur'anic approach offers a unique perspective in understanding and addressing various family dynamics. Family counseling based on the Qur'an not only focuses on problem-solving but also emphasizes the holistic development of both individuals and the family, grounded in the principles of divinity, humanity, and justice. The purpose of this study is to examine the relevance of Qur'anic values to the practice of family counseling. This research employs a qualitative descriptive-analytical method. Data were collected through library research, using documentation techniques involving the review of books, journals, and online media related to the study's focus. The findings indicate that integrating Qur'anic values into the counseling process can strengthen the spiritual, moral, and ethical foundations within the family. As a result, it fosters effective communication, empathy, and mutual understanding among family members.
