Abstract

Abstract: The civil connection between a child and his biological father is covered in this article. Looking at the legal certainty of a child born as the result of a man and a woman's relationship, whether it be without marriage (adultery) or as the result of a marriage whose validity is not recognized by the state, is in quotation marks (marriage). It will also have an effect on the child's status, which will have an effect on the child's lineage, among the numerous relationship statuses that result in a child. The research's methodology is Law No. 1 of 1974 Concerning Marriage, Thailand Civil and Commercial Code, and Law No. 36 of 2010 Law of Maintenance and Personal Status are the main legal documents used in this comparative research. The method employed is a juridical-comparative, qualitative analysis technique. The author will look at numerous states in Southeast Asia and the Middle East in addition to looking at this issue from the standpoint of Indonesian positive law. Regarding the Asian milestone section, the author will evaluate this issue in light of the State of Thailand's existing and enacted Marriage Law provisions. And for the Middle East, the author will look at the State of Jordan's Marriage Law restrictions. This article utilizes normative juridical research, which takes a comparative approach to law. A comparative technique is employed in this literature review research as an analytical tool to explain the civil relationship provisions that are in place between children and their biological dads in Indonesia, Southeast Asia, and the Middle East.  Abstrak: Hubungan perdata antara seorang anak dengan ayah kandungnya tercakup dalam pasal ini. Menilik kepastian hukum seorang anak yang lahir sebagai hasil hubungan laki-laki dan perempuan, baik tanpa perkawinan (zina) maupun akibat perkawinan yang tidak diakui sahnya oleh negara, dalam tanda kutip (perkawinan). ). Itu juga akan berpengaruh pada status anak, yang akan berpengaruh pada garis keturunan anak, di antara banyak status hubungan yang menghasilkan anak. Metodologi penelitian ini adalah UU No. 1 Tahun 1974 Tentang Perkawinan, Hukum Perdata dan Dagang Thailand, dan UU No. 36 Tahun 2010 Hukum Pemeliharaan dan Status Pribadi adalah dokumen hukum utama yang digunakan dalam penelitian komparatif ini. Metode yang digunakan adalah teknik analisis kualitatif yuridis-komparatif. Penulis akan melihat berbagai negara di Asia Tenggara dan Timur Tengah selain melihat persoalan ini dari sudut pandang hukum positif Indonesia. Mengenai bagian tonggak sejarah Asia, penulis akan mengevaluasi masalah ini dengan mempertimbangkan ketentuan Undang-undang Perkawinan Negara Bagian Thailand yang sudah ada dan berlaku. Dan untuk Timur Tengah, penulis akan melihat batasan Undang-Undang Perkawinan Negara Yordania. Artikel ini menggunakan penelitian yuridis normatif dengan pendekatan hukum komparatif. Teknik komparatif digunakan dalam penelitian tinjauan pustaka ini sebagai alat analisis untuk menjelaskan ketentuan hubungan keperdataan yang berlaku antara anak dan ayah kandungnya di Indonesia, Asia Tenggara, dan Timur Tengah.

Abstract

Islamic education is a core component in shaping the nation's character based on noble moral, ethical and spiritual values. The study conducted in this research uses the literature research method. The results of the study show that Islamic education consistently educates values such as honesty, responsibility, truth, justice and respect for others, which are very important in the formation of individual character with integrity. Islamic education also plays a role in strengthening students' cultural and religious identity, promoting tolerance, mutual respect and social solidarity amidst the cultural and religious diversity of Indonesian society. In addition, the integration of modern knowledge and life skills in the Islamic education curriculum ensures that students develop not only moral qualities but also relevant competencies to face global challenges. However, challenges such as limited competent human resources, relevance of the curriculum to the needs of the times, and lack of funds and infrastructure, are obstacles that need to be overcome. Therefore, the implementation of strategies such as training and professional development for educators, development of relevant and applicable curricula, and investment in technology and adequate educational facilities, are essential to improve the quality of Islamic education. With this approach, Islamic education can effectively contribute to the formation of a superior and highly competitive national character in the global context.

Abstract

The phenomenon of radicalism among young people poses a serious threat to social harmony and security in Indonesia. Islamic Religious Education (PAI) has a strategic role in protecting young people from the influence of radical ideologies through the instilling of values of moderation, tolerance, and inclusivity. This study uses a literature review method to examine theories, concepts, and previous research findings related to the role of PAI in preventing radicalism. The analysis focuses on the integration of Islamic values of moderation in the curriculum, the role of teachers as facilitators, challenges in implementing PAI, and solutions for optimising the role of religious education. The results of the study indicate that PAI is effective in shaping moderate character when supported by synergy between schools, families, and communities, as well as the strengthening of digital literacy. This study provides recommendations for curriculum development and educator competencies to optimise the role of PAI in preventing radicalism and maintaining religious harmony among youth.

Abstract

This article presents a review of recent literature on the challenges and opportunities in implementing multisectoral education in the digital era. Digital transformation has great potential to transform global education systems to be more inclusive and personalised, despite challenges such as unequal access to technology and digital skills. The study highlights the importance of collaboration between sectors, including education and industry, to create relevant curricula that support labour market needs. Strategic partnerships and the utilisation of digital platforms and data-driven solutions can drive innovation in teaching and learning methods. To maximise this potential, a concerted effort from various stakeholders is required, including supportive policies, investment in technology infrastructure and continuous digital skills training. The results of this study are expected to provide guidance for stakeholders in developing education strategies that are adaptive and responsive to the digital era.
