Abstract

Abstract To facilitate the management of employee performance, assess work performance and make it easier to carry out the function of superior control over their subordinates. So the North Sulawesi provincial government implemented the Electronic Performance (e-performance) program within the North Sulawesi government. E-performance is a web-based application system that is used to support and facilitate the implementation of the performance of civil servants (PNS) in recording and reporting work responsibilities. The goal of this research is to learn about and describe the implementation of the e-performance (e-kin) program in the North Sulawesi Province Office of Cooperatives, Small and Medium Enterprises. By using descriptive qualitative research methods. Its data retrieval techniques; techniques of observation, interviews, and the use of documents. The study's findings indicate that while the implementation of the e-performance (e-kin) program in the North Sulawesi Province's Office of Cooperatives, Small and Medium Enterprises has been successful, there is still room for improvement, particularly in the area of infrastructure resources. Where, the internet, which is one of the facilities of the e-performance program at the Office of Cooperatives, Small and Medium Enterprises in the North Sulawesi Province, still occurs frequent network disruptions. Abstract

ABSTRAK Tuntutan dunia saat ini menjadi tantangan bagi pemerintah Indonesia, terutama dalam hal pembelian produk serta jasa. dengan adanya sistem pengadaan secara elektronik maka dapat mewujudkan efisiensi kerja pegawai. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh penggunaan sistem pengadaan secara elektronik terhadap efisiensi kerja pegawai pada bagian Lpse Biro Pengadaan Barang dan Jasa Sekretariat Daerah Provinsi Sulawesi Utara. Dengan menggunakan 32 responden pegawai yang bekerja di Biro Pengadaan Barang dan Jasa Sekretariat Daerah Provinsi Sulawesi Utara. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif karena terdapat dua variabel Penggunaan Sistem Pengadaan Secara Elektronik (X) dan Efisiensi Kerja Pegawai (Y). dengan menganalisis data menggunakan regresi linear sederhana. Adapun hasil yang diperoleh menunjukan adanya pengaruh positif antara penggunaan sistem pengadaan secara elektronik terhadap efisiensi kerja pegawai. Kata Kunci : Sistem Pengadaan Secara Elektronik, Efisiensi Kerja Pegawai

Abstract

ABSTRACT The purpose of this study was to find out how the effectiveness of the Kemendikbubristek driving teacher program at SMP N 3 Tumpaan. This research uses a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. The effectiveness of the program can be judged by productivity, efficiency, flexibility, excellence, development. Data collection was carried out through observation, interviews, and literature studies with Miles and Huberman's analysis model data analysis techniques. Based on the results of research starting from the productivity of the mobilizing teacher program, it has been seen with the results of the mobilizing teachers being able to encourage students to develop in their environment at school, furthermore, the efficiency in implementing the mobilizing teacher program has been successful by comparing the results provided by the student apra with the learning provided by the mobilizing teacher at the SMP N 3 Tumpaan school. The suggestions from this study are expected that the driving teacher program will remain consistent and continue to be developed in its implementation.
