Abstract

Kepemimpinan adalah kemampuan untuk menciptakan perubahan yang paling efektif dalam perilaku kelompok: bagi yang lain dia adalah proses mempengaruhi kegiatan-kegiatan kelompok ke arah penetapan tujuan dan pencapaian tujuan. Fungsi kepemimpinan ialah: memadu, menuntun, membimbing, membangun, memberi atau membangunkan motivasi-motivasi kerja, mengemudikan organisasi, menjalin jaringan komunikasi-komunikasi yang baik, memberikan supervisi/pengawasan yang efesien, dan membawa para pengikutnya kepada sasaran yang ingin dituju, sesuai dengan ketentuan waktu dan perencanaan. Kebijakan yang dibuat oleh kepala SMP Negeri 1 Pacet dalam meningkatkan kinerja pendidik professional adalah dengan cara mengikutkan KKG workshop, pelatihan, aktif dalam kegiatan di sekolah baik yang diselenggarakan oleh Dinas Pendidikan Kota maupun LPMP. Kebijakan yang telah di buat dengan cara mengoptimalkan peran kepala sekolah sebagai pemimpin yang meliputi: Sebagai pendidik (Educator), Sebagai manager, Sebagai administrator, Sebagai supervisor, Sebagai pemimpin (leader), Sebagai innovator, dan Peran kepala sekolah Sebagai menejemen kurikulum sebagaimana termaktub pada peraturan menteri pendidikan nasional nomor 13 tahun 2007 tentang standar Kepala sekolah /Madrasah, yaitu kompetensi Kepribadian, Menejerial, Kewirausahaan, supervisi, dan kompetensi sosial.

Abstract

With the outbreak of the covid-19 pandemic, social dynamics are changing rapidly, including in the world of education. Where the transition of learning that was previously carried out face-to-face has shifted to a virtual space. The purpose of this study is to find out and analyze the planning, implementation and evaluation of online learning management at SDN Sawahan Mojosari during the pandemic.The type of research in this research is qualitative with a case study approach. Data collection techniques by means of observation, interviews and documentation. analysis using data reduction methods, data presentation and drawing conclusions. Techniques for data validity are credibility, transferability, dependability, and confirmability. The research results are. 1). The planning stage is carried out through several stages, namely first a small meeting of the principal with the school committee, as well as teachers, then the results of the meeting are socialized to parents and students 2). The implementation of online learning during the COVID- 19 pandemic at SDN Sawahan Mojosari was handed over to the implementation by the principal to each class teacher, namely by using the Whatsapp group Mapel, Google Classroom and Google Form to send materials, be it photos, videos, or LKPD 3). Evaluation of online learning during the COVID-19 pandemic at SDN Sawahan Mojosari was carried out by the Principal together with class teachers directly into the class group or through the teacher's personal WA

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the role of the madrasah head in increasing literacy culture at MTs Sunan Ampel KumpuIrejo Parengan Tuban, to find out the supporting and inhibiting factors in increasing the iteration culture at MTs Sunan Ampel KumpuIrejo Parengan Tuban, to find out the strategy for increasing literacy culture in increasing interest in reading at MTs Sunan Ampel Kumpulrejo Parengan Tuban. This study uses a qualitative approach in which this approach produces descriptive data in the form of written or spoken words from people and observable behavior. The results of this study indicate that: 1) The role of the madrasa head is as an educator, manager, administrator, supervisor, leader, innovator, and motivator. 2) There are several supporting and inhibiting factors in developing a literacy culture. Supporting factors include The active role of madrasa residents, Support from parents of students. In addition, there are several inhibiting factors, namely: limited collection, and the influence of technology. 3) In developing a literacy culture, the head of MTs Sunan Ampel has several strategies used including Developing a library, Providing fiction, non-fiction, and reference books. Development of reading areas, 15-minute reading program, Development of literacy-themed madrasah activity programs.

Abstract

This research was motivated by the condition of the HDI/IPM of the State of Indonesia being ranked 6th in Asean, the unemployment rate based on the highest high school education level, 80% of students did not continue their education and the need for good management skills program management. The problem formulation includes how to program skills, how to implement Skills Program management and what are the advantages and disadvantages of skills programs at MA NU Sunan Giri Prigen Kabupaten Pasuruan. This study has a purpose to describe the Skills Program, to analyze the implementation of Skills Program management and to analyze the strengths and weaknesses of the Skills Program. The research approach used is qualitative research with the type of research being case study research. The main instrument in this research is the researcher himself. The data obtained consisted of primary data and secondary data. Data collection techniques were obtained through interviews, observation and documentation. Data analysis consists of 3 (three) parts, namely data collection, data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results of the study concluded that the Skills Program, starting from: Student selection, supporting facilities and infrastructure, teacher skills, Skills Program curriculum, Study time span, learning process, additional treatment outside and the existence of street vendors at the end of the program. The implementation of skills program management starts from planning, organizing, implementing and evaluating. Strengths and weaknesses of the Skills Program
