Abstract

Gold Savings is a gold balance deposit service that makes it easier for people to invest in gold savings. Gold savings are one type of investment that is in great demand by the public. This study aims to determine whether or not there is an effect of income, knowledge and quality of service on customer interest in saving gold. This research method is quantitative with multiple linear regression analysis as the analysis tool. The population in this study was 336 respondents, the sample was determined using the slovin formula, the sample in this study was 77 respondents and this research was conducted on customers of the Sharia Pawnshop Unit of UIN Sulthan Thaha Saifuddin Jambi. The results of this study indicate that the results of the F-test of income, knowledge and service quality variables together have a significant effect on customer interest in saving gold, by t-test income does not significantly affect customer interest in saving gold, knowledge has a significant effect on customer interest. saving gold and service quality significantly influence customer interest in saving gold.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the financial performance of the Sawit Mandiri Village Unit Cooperative (KUD) in Talang Makmur Village, Tebing Tinggi District when analyzed in terms of Profitability Ratios using Return On Assets (ROA), Return On Equity (ROE), and Service Operational Independence (BOPO). The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative research in the form of financial ratio analysis based on the Regulation of the Deputy for Supervision of the Ministry of Cooperatives and Small and Medium Enterprises of the Republic of Indonesia Number: 06/Per/Dep.0/IV/2016 concerning Guidelines for Health Assessment of Savings and Loans Cooperatives Cooperative Savings and Loans Unit. The results of this study indicate that the financial performance of the Sawit Mandiri Village Unit Cooperative (KUD) in 2018-2022 based on Return on Assets (ROA) is considered low, this is based on the results of calculating the average Return on Assets (ROA) for 5 years, namely 8, 64%, in the unfavorable criterion, it is still far below the cooperative Return on Asset (ROA) standard, which is 10%. Based on Return on Equity (ROE) it is considered low, this is based on the results of calculating the average Return on Equity (ROE) for 5 years, namely 14.50%, in the criteria in very good criteria it meets the cooperative Return on Equity (ROE) standard, namely large 5%. Based on Service Operational Independence (BOPO) it is considered high, this is based on the calculation results of the average Service Operational Independence (BOPO) for 5 years, namely 9.92%, in very good criteria it meets the cooperative standard Service Operational Independence (BOPO), which is 100% .

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of work ethic and entrepreneurial competency on MSME performance among members of the Muaro Jambi MSME Association (ASUMKMUJA). This research uses quantitative research methods and uses primary data. Samples were taken using a purposive sampling method and a sample of 56 MSME actors was obtained from 124 members of the Muaro Jambi MSME association using the Slovin formula. Based on the results of research using the t test, it shows that Work Ethic has a significantly positive effect on MSME performance among members of the Muaro Jambi MSME Association (ASUMKMUJA). And Entrepreneurial Competence also has a significant positive effect on MSME Performance among members of the Muaro Jambi MSME Association (ASUMKMUJA). Then the results obtained using the f test show that Work Ethic and Entrepreneurial Competence on MSME Performance among Members of the Muaro Jambi MSME Association (ASUMKMUJA) have a significant simultaneous effect on MSME performance as shown by an R square value of 62.9%.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menganalisis pendapatan usaha kukus bungkus official kota jambi terhadap pengaruh kualitas pelayanan dan strategi pemasaran syariah. Penelitian ini dilakukan berdasarkan fenomena yang terjadi saat ini yaitu pendapatan Kukus Bungkus Official Kota Jambi mengalami penurunan pada tahun 2020 hingga 2022. Subjek penelitian ini adalah masyarakat kota jambi sebagai konsumen Kukus Bungkus Official Kota Jambi. Sampel dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari 85 responden yang didapat dengan menggunakan rumus slovin dengan presentase batas toleransi 10 persen, menggunakan metode survei kuesioner, kemudian diolah menggunakan metode regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian ini secara parsial variabel kualitas pelayanan dan variabel strategi pemasaran syariah secara bersama-sama berpengaruh terhadap pendapatan usaha Kukus Bungkus Official Kota Jambi. Dari hasil penelitian secara simultan variabel kualitas pelayanan dan strategi pemasaran syariah secara bersama-sama mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap pendapatan usaha Kukus Bungkus Official Kota Jambi.
