Abstract

Students are faced with many pressures and difficulties, both from the college where they study, such as academic demands to difficulties in doing assignments. Then pressure from outside, such as demands to share time with work and other reasons such as difficulty adjusting to a new place. This will certainly have an impact on the academic life of students, therefore they need academic resilience in order to survive, rise from adversity, to adapt positively to overcome all the difficulties they experience. This study aims to determine the description of academic resilience in overseas students from outside Java and non-overseas students in Bandung. This study uses quantitative methods with descriptive analysis, The sampling technique used was purposive sampling with a sample of 222 respondents consisting of overseas and non-overseas students in Bandung. Data collection using the academic resilience scale (32 valid items = 0.937) with analysis of research data using IBM SPSS Statistic 25 software for Windows. Based on the results of the processing, it was concluded that between overseas and non-overseas students there was no significant difference, namely, if rounded the results were 52% of respondents had a high level of academic resilience, then 48% of respondents had a low level of academic resilience.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat gambaran penyesuaian diri remaja laki-laki yang tinggal di Panti Asuhan X Bandung. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain penelitian studi kasus dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Subjek penelitian adalah remaja yang bertempat tinggal di panti asuhan, berjumlah satu orang dengan usia 16 tahun dan berjenis kelamin laki-laki. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data dengan cara wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Hasil dari penilitian ini menunjukan bahwa subjek sebagai remaja Panti Asuhan X Bandung memiliki penyesuaian diri yang baik untuk penyesuaian terhadap dirinya maupun terhadap lingkungan sosialnya. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan tidak terdapatnya maladjustment pada setiap indikator penyesuaian diri. Hanya saja subjek memiliki hubungan yang kurang baik dengan pengasuh atau pengurus di panti. Faktor utama yang mempengaruhi penyesuaian diri subjek adalah faktor lingkungan dan kondisi panti. Dari penelitian ini, terdapat beberapa rekomendasi, yakni bagi para remaja panti asuhan diharapkan dapat lebih mampu mengutarakan pendapatnya, menjalin relasi yang baik agar terjalin hubungan yang harmonis antara dirinya dengan pengasuh di panti. Bagi pengasuh di panti sebaiknya lebih mendekatkan diri dengan para penghuni panti agar hubungannya dengan para pengasuh panti dapat terjalin dengan baik.

Abstract

Which factors are low work ability, misguided work. Whether or not there is, the large or small existence between the numbers is very up to the perception of the perception of employees. This research aims to know about the tightness of the relationship between the work and farming staff of employees of PT Perintisbeton Indutri Plant Cimareme Bandung. The hypothesis behind this study is again the negative perception of employees about the function of their work, the lower the average work. The first variable in this study is work and work is also how it works. The measuring instrument that since for the characteristics of the work using JCS (Scale of Work Characteristics) was first born by Hackman and Oldham (1980) and then some were exiled by Maymanah, et al., (2018) as many as 12 items. And for variable mingling work, the instrument by which the construction of the measuring instrument is located kinlaw theory (1981), which the researchers did on its fumes, this scale contains 26 items. This research is a life research initiative. Life that is carried out in this research is the employees of PT Perintisbeton Indutri Plant Cimareme Bandungumber of 60 people. For those who know the relationship between variables jakarta using "Spearman Ranking Correlation Test". Data based on the results of processing, obtained that there is a positive relationship between the work and the average work of pt employees. Pioneerbeton Indutri Plant Cimareme Bandung. This is already there from the results of statistics, obtained thit > ttab with average level = 0.05 so that Ha0 and H1 caliber with rs = 0.726 which table according to Guilford (Harun Al-Rasyid,1994:46) is included in the criteria of high correlation degree means research hypothesis
