Abstract

Traffic accident often causes the accident both small or big scales, the small scale causes light injury while the death. It is ruled in Article 310 of the Act Number 22, 2009 regarding the Traffic and Land Transportation states that the settlement of the violation of the act is done through litigation. However, there is the settlement outside the court in the level of investigation by the police by restitution given by the violator to the victim that can be material or immaterial form. The settlement of non-litigation is not recognized in the criminal law but it can be found in the society.Traffic accident with caused the death of an ordinary offense, not a complanit based offense. In a sense, the law enforcement officers or police remains under an obligation to process the case even though no report of casualties and others, and even if the perpetrator and the victim’s family has made peace efforts, but the legal process continues.Keywords: criminal act - traffic accident - mediation

Abstract

Black bean (Cajanus sp.) is one kind of the Leguminosae class that can grow throughout the year and resistant to dry condition.Black bean is very potential as a source of nutrients, but until now has never been used in food and analyzed the feasibility.Fermentation is one of the treatment process that uses microbes help to improve the nutritional quality of a food product.Therefore, this study aimed to calculate the feasibility of black bean processing. The study was conducted by calculating the value of Cost of Goods (HPP), Break Even Point (BEP), dan Revenue Cost Ratio(RCR).The results showed that the capacity of 20 kg of black bean per day obtained a capital investment of 8,035,650 IDR, with operating expenses of 89,730,000 IDR per year. HPP point is 2,232,22 IDR per pack and net income (25% of HPP) is 55,806 IDR per day, and also the value of BEP is 107,865,168 IDR. Processing of fermented black bean powder business is visible with RCR value of 1.25. Kacang hitam (Cajanus sp.) merupakan salah satu jenis tanaman golongan Leguminosae yang mampu tumbuh sepanjang tahun dan tahan terhadap kondisi kering.Kacang hitam tersebut sangat berpotensi sebagai sumber zat gizi, namun hingga saat ini belum pernah dimanfaatkan dalam pangan dan dianalisa kelayakan usahanya. Fermentasi merupakan salah satu proses pengolahan yang memanfaatkan bantuan mikroba untuk meningkatkan kualitas gizi suatu produk pangan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghitung kelayakan usaha pengolahan kacang hitam menjadi bubuk kacang hitam terfermentasi dengan kapang Rhizopus sp. Perhitungan kelayakan usaha dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk mendapatkan nilai Harga Pokok Produksi (HPP), Break Even Point (BEP), dan Revenue Cost Ratio (RCR) dari usaha pengolahan kacang hitam tersebut.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dengan kapasitas bahan baku 20 kg kacang hitam per hari, membutuhkan modal investasi sebesar Rp. 8.035.650 dan biaya operasional sebesar Rp. 89.730.000 per tahun. Nilai HPP produk sebesar Rp 2.232 per kemasan dan laba bersih (25% dari HPP) adalah Rp 55.806 per hari. Nilai BEP didapatkan sebesar Rp. 107.865.168. Pengolahan usaha bubuk kacang hitam terfermentasi layak diusahakan dengan nilai RCR 1,25.
