Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pajak daerah, dana perimbangan, dan kemakmuran terhadap kinerja keuangan Pemerintah Daerah dengan studi kasus pada Badan Pendapatan Daerah Lamongan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data sekunder yang diperoleh dari kantor Badan Pendapatan Daerah Lamongan selama tahun 2015-2018. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda. Pengolahan data menggunakan SPSS Versi 26. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial variabel pajak daerah tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja keuangan Pemerintah Kabupaten Lamongan. Variabel dana perimbangan secara parsial berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja keuangan Pemerintah Kabupaten Lamongan. Sedangkan variabel kemakmuran secara parsial berpengaruh terhadap kinerja keuangan Pemerintah Kabupaten Lamongan. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian simultan, pajak daerah, dana perimbangan dan kemakmuran berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja keuangan Pemerintah Kabupaten Lamongan.

Abstract

Tourism is a trip undertaken by individuals or groups to a place temporarily to seek harmony or balance and happiness in the social, cultural, natural and scientific dimensions. Spillane groups the goals of individual/group travel, including enjoying travel, spending time with family, business matters, and others. Tourism development is all forms of coordinated activities with the aim of increasing the number of tourists and improving facilities and infrastructure services, in the form of goods or services and facilities. This is categorized as a complex activity because this activity coordinates activities, facilities and infrastructure, objects and attractions, supporting facilities, environmental facilities and so on with tourists.

Abstract

One of the educational institutions in Indonesia that has its own unique characteristics and differs from other educational institutions is the Islamic boarding school (pesantren). This institution was born, grew, and developed long ago. In fact, since other educational institutions were unknown in Indonesia, pesantren have been present earlier. Therefore, pesantren are generally considered as indigenous Indonesian educational institutions. The community environment, consciously or unconsciously, provides life in all aspects. The research method used was quantitative research, with a sample of 60 13-year-old students at the Langitan Islamic boarding school in Tuban, East Java. The results showed a very strong influence of the community environment on the character education of students. The results of this study confirm that the Cultural Identity of the Surrounding Community Environment does not affect the Character Building of Students at the Langitan Islamic Boarding School, Tuban, East Java. Social Support does not affect the Character Building of Students at the Langitan Islamic Boarding School, Tuban, East Java. The Cultural Identity of the Surrounding Community Environment does not affect the External Challenges of Students at the Langitan Islamic Boarding School, Tuban, East Java. Social Support has a positive and significant effect on the External Challenges of Students at the Langitan Islamic Boarding School, Tuban, East Java. External challenges have a positive and significant effect on the Character Building of Students at the Langitan Islamic Boarding School, Tuban, East Java. External challenges do not mediate the relationship between the Cultural Identity of the Environment and the Character Building of Students at the Langitan Islamic Boarding School, Tuban, East Java. External challenges mediate the relationship between Social Support and the Character Building of Students at the Langitan Islamic Boarding School, Tuban, East Java.
