Abstract

Abstrak Latar Belakang: Pandemi Covid-19 ditetapkan sebagai pandemi yang melanda di seluruh penjuru dunia. Tingginya angka penularan Covid-19 terhadap kegiatan banyak orang dibatasi melalui upaya kebijakan dibentuk oleh pemerintah Indonesia agar mengurangi peningkatan penyebaran Covid-19. Salah satunya di bidang pendidikan dengan kegiatan belajar mengajar di rumah. Proses pembelajaran berubah menjadi jarak jauh melalui penugasan-penugasan dan sistem bantuan internet membuat terjadinya stres akademik pada mahasiswa. Tujuan: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran Tingkatan Stres Akademik Mahasiswa dalam menjalani pembelajaran jarak jauh selama pandemi covid-19. Metode: Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan Kuantitaif Deskriptif pada populasi Mahasiswa Keperawatan Fakultas Kedokteran Universitas Tanjungpura dengan sampel penelitian sebanyak 142 responden. Pengumpulan data dilakukan menggunakan Skala berjenis Likert dengan instrument penelitian kuesioner Skala Stres Akademik Hasil: Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan stres akademik pada responden 7,1% sangat rendah, responden 22,7% rendah, responden 34% sedang, responden 29,1% tinggi, dan responden 7,1% sangat tinggi. Kesimpulan: Kesimpulan pada penelitian ini pembelajaran jarak jauh terhadap mahasiswa keperawatan fakultas Kedokteran Universitas Tanjungpura sebagian besar mengalami stres akademik sedang. Abstract Background: The Covid-19 pandemic has been labeled as pandemic that has almost hit all over the world. The high rate of transmission Covid-19 to the activities many people is limited through policy efforts which are established by the Indonesian government to reduce increase in spread Covid-19. One of them is in field education by starting teaching learning activities at home during Covid-19 pandemic. Learning process has changed into distance learning method through assignments helped by internet leads to academic stress on students. Objective: This study aims to describe the level academic stress of students in implementing distance learning during covid-19 pandemic. Methods: This study used a descriptive quantitative approach to population of nursing students. Sample was 142 respondents. Meanwhile, data collection was conducted by using Likert-type scale with questionnaire research instrument Academic Stress Scale. Results: The results of this study show that academic stress of 7.1% is very low, 22.7% low, 34% moderate, 29.1% high, and 7.1% very high. Conclusion: The study concludes that distance learning to nursing students Faculty of Medicine Tanjungpura University mostly experienced moderate academic stress.
