Abstract

This research describes the implementation process of Village Fund Allocation Policy (ADD) and Village Fund (DD) as seen from the indicators of organizing, interpretation and application as well as the factors that support and influence the implementation of ADD and DD Policy in Mopuya Village, Dumoga District North Bolaang Mongondow District. This study used descriptive qualitative method. Qualitative methods interpret the meaning of an event of interaction behavior of people in certain situations from their own perspective. The results show that the implementation process of ADD and DD Policy in Mopuya Village, North Dumoga District has not fully lead to the socio-economic development of rural people. Factors influencing successful implementation of ADD and DD programs in the empowerment of rural communities such as Human Resources (HR), socialization and channeling of funds, and coordination is still not in accordance with expectations that led to the implementation of programs ADD and DD in Mopuya Village District Dumoga Utara District Bolaang Mongondow does not run optimally. Abstract

This study aims to discuss the implementation of Bidikmisi scholarship assistance policy in Manado State Polytechnic. Theories and definitions relating to public policy initiate the review process undertaken by the author after looking into issues related to the implementation process of the Bidikmisi scholarship assistance. The research was conducted in Manado State Polytechnic by considering the implementation process of Bidikmisi scholarship aid from 2010 until 2016. The research data was obtained through observation, interview, and literature study. The respondents are Director, Vice Director of Academic Affairs, Deputy Director of Student Affairs and some administrative staffs as well as some Bidikmisi scholarship students. The data is then analyzed and described to know how the implementation process of Bidikmisi scholarship assistance policy takes place in Manado State Polytechnic. The result of the research shows that the implementation of Bidikmisi scholarship program policy in Manado State Polytechnic from 2010 until now is conducted based on the program guideline Keywords: scholarship, implementation, public policy

Abstract

This study aims to highlight the development of teacher competence to improve the quality of education in SMK Negeri 3 Manado. In addition, also to describe and analyze the efforts of teacher competence development to improve the quality of education in SMK Negeri 3 Manado. Furthermore, to know and analyze the factors driving / inhibiting efforts to develop teacher competence to improve the quality of education in SMK Negeri 3 Manado. The type of this research is descriptive qualitative, done by describing in words and language, as a form to know the steps in developing personal competence of teacher working at SMK Negeri 3 Manado by using method of interview, observation and documentation. The results show that the competence of existing teachers is good, but still need to be improved and developed in accordance with the demands of the times because science and technology continue to grow. Abstract

Proses pembelajaran PAI yang berlangsung di SMAN 1 Kinali selama ini masih bersifat monoton. Pembelajaran terpusat pada guru, siswa hanya pasif menerima materi dan informasi yang disampaikan guru. Hasil belajar siswa masih rendah. Rata-rata nilai ulangan harian siswa belum mencapai Kriteria Ketuntasan Minimal (KKM) yang telah ditetapkan. Untuk mengatasi keadaan tersebut peneliti mencoba melakukan penelitian dengan rumusan masalah “Bagaimana hasil belajar PAI siswa SMAN 1 Kinali kelas XII IPA 4 yang di ajar dengan menggunakan media pembelajaran PowerPoint?”. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk melihat hasil belajar PAI siswa SMAN 1 Kinali kelas XII IPA 4 dengan menggunakan media pembelajaran PowerPoint. Hasil penelitian adalah hasil belajar PAI siswa SMAN 1 Kinali kelas XII IPA 4 meningkat sangat signifikan dengan menggunakan media pembelajaran PowerPoint dibandingkan dari hasil belajar sebelum diberi tindakan. Jenis penelitian ini adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) proses pelaksanaan PTK mempunyai empat komponen pokok, yaitu perencanaan, tindakan, pengamatan dan refleksi. Subjek penelitian siswa kelas XII IPA 4 SMA Negeri 1 Kinali yang berjumlah 20 siswa dilaksanakan pada 3 siklus. Metode pengumpulan data adalah hasil belajar dan dokumentasi. Analisis data yang digunakan deskriptif kuantitatif. Hasil analisis data yang diperoleh persentase hasil belajar siswa dalam pembelajaran PAI menggunakan media PowerPoint sebesar 50% pada siklus pertama. Proses penerapan media PowerPoint dalam pembelajaran PAI meningkat pada siklus II sebesar 70% dan 95% pada siklus III. Maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa pelaksanaan pembelajaran PAI dengan menggunakan media PowerPoint dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa.
