Abstract

This study aims to describe the effect of work motivation, work discipline and organizational climate on employee performance at RSUD Puri Husada Indragiri Hilir Regency. This type of research is explanatory research. The population in this study were 218 employees and then taken samples with the formula Slovin obtained a sample of 141 employees as respondents. The results of the study using the t test revealed that the independent variables namely work motivation (X1), work discipline (X2), and organizational climate (X3) partially had a significant effect on teriktat variables namely employee performance (Y) in RSUD Puri Husada, Indragiri Hilir Regency. From the F test results obtained an F count of 19,597 and a significance level of 0,000. Because the F count is 19.597> 2.671 and the significance level is 0.000 <0.05, the hypothesis is accepted. This means that work motivation (X1), work discipline (X2), and organizational climate (X3) together have a significant effect on employee performance (Y) in RSUD Puri Husada, Indragiri Hilir Regency. Abstract

This study aims to describe the effect of the quality of health services on inpatient satisfaction at RSUD Puri Husada Tembilahan. This type of research is explanatory research (explanatory research). Data collection techniques using a questionnaire (questionnaire), Observation (Observation) and Documentation. Determination of the sample of this study uses the incidental sampling method that is taking patients who need services at RSUD Puri Husada Tembilahan. The results of the study using a partial test (t test) found that the independent variables, namely responsiveness, assurance, physical evidence, attention and reliability partially significant effect on the dependent variable, namely patient satisfaction in RSUD Puri Husada Tembilahan, Indragiri Hilir Regency. From the F test results obtained an F count of 19,029 and a significance level of 0,000. Because the significance level is 0,000 <0.05, the hypothesis is accepted. This means that responsiveness, guarantees, physical evidence, attention and reliability together have a significant effect on patient satisfaction at RSUD Puri Husada Tembilahan, Indragiri Hilir Regency.Keywords: satisfaction, responsiveness, guarantee, physical evidence, attention, reliability.

Abstract

The Raskin program is actually part of the government's efforts to overcome the problem of poverty. The location of this research is in the Village of Kuala Lahang, Gaung Subdistrict, Indragiri Hilir Regency with the aim of describing the process of implementing a program of rice assistance for poor families, to describe the effectiveness of the rice assistance program for poor families and to describe the supporting factors and obstacles to the implementation of the family rice assistance program poor. Data sources were obtained that relate to the RASKIN distribution and distribution process, mainly sourced from beneficiary households (RTS) beneficiaries and RASKIN management teams at the village and sub-district levels using the method of observation, interview and documentation. The results of the study revealed that the implementation of the rice assistance program for poor families in Gaung District had not been carried out effectively in accordance with the applicable provisions and procedures.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the influence of the role of the village head consisting of leadership, planning and supervision of public services partially or simultaneously in Concong Luar Subdistrict, Concong Subdistrict, Indragiri Hilir Regency. This type of research is explanatory research (explanatory research). The samples in this study were 35 people consisting of 9 village officials, 8 RW heads and 18 RT heads. The results showed that the variables of leadership, planning and supervision partially had a significant effect on public services in the Concong Luar Subdistrict, Concong Subdistrict, Indragiri Hilir Regency. The variables of leadership, planning, and supervision simultaneously have a significant effect on public services in the Concong Luar Subdistrict, Concong Subdistrict, Indragiri Hilir Regency.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of work culture and organizational climate on organizational commitment in the Sungai Piring Community Health Center, Indragiri Hilir Regency. The study population included all employees of Sungai Piring Puskesmas, Indragiri Hilir Regency, totaling 76 people, with an analysis unit in the form of employees. Data collection is done by questionnaire. Then the data were analyzed using multiple regression analysis techniques.The results showed that work culture and organizational climate partially had a significant effect on organizational commitment. Work culture is the dominant variable influencing organizational commitment in the Sungai Piring Community Health Center in Indragiri Hilir Regency. Simultaneously, work culture and organizational climate significantly influence organizational commitment. Organizational goals will be easily achieved if the organization can develop a work culture and create a healthy organizational climate and encourage organizational commitment as happy to spend the rest of his career with the organization.

Abstract

The aim of the study is to present a comprehensive description of the role of staff, the factors that support the role of administration and political access and recommend an effective role of administration in supporting the activities of the commission in the Regional House of Representatives of Meranti Regency. This study uses a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. The focus of the study in this research is the administrative role and political access of commission staff at the Meranti Regency Regional People's Representative Council which is carried out formally and informally. The research includes the role of commission staff, factors that support the role of administration and political access and recommendations for the effectiveness of the administrative role and political access of commission B (Economy) staff in the Regional House of Representatives of Meranti Regency. Developments and environmental changes in political life have colored the attitude of relations between the legislative and executive bodies in the past towards the opinion that DPRD commission staff are only limited to being part of local government. This gave rise to a discourse that the existence of the DPRD Commission B staff at that time as staff who followed the orders of the members of the council wherever the members of the council held plenary meetings, work visits or others.

Abstract

Stunting is a serious issue that requires attention from all stakeholders, including both government agencies and the public on a local level. Due to this, Indonesian Government has announced eight convergences action to reduce stunting prevalence become 14% in 2024. So all stakeholers are expected to make preventing stunting a top priority in each individual region's agenda for human development. With the intention of making the execution of this particular act of convergence more effective, the participation will become a crucial factor. For this reason, the focus of the current study is to determine how the society and privat sector will participate in upcoming convergence activities. The research was conducted in Blitar district as one of the areas with relatively low stunting rates so it is hoped that it will become best practice research. The research method uses descriptive qualitative and data collection through interviews and secondary data. The analysis is based on the participation ladder theory, and shows that only a few activities from the convergence action involve public and private participation. So researchers recommend that the community really be the main actor in this convergence action so that stunting reduction is achieved. Key Words: Participation, Convergence, Stunting

Abstract

This type of research is explanatory research, the research approach uses a quantitative approach, the research sample is 51 people. The analysis tool uses Smart PLS (Partial Least Square). Research objectives: 1) To find out the description of leadership style, community participation, apparatus performance and quality of public services Pamekasan District Health Office; 2). To find out and analyze whether leadership style has an influence on the quality of public services at the Pamekasan District Health Office; 3). To find out and analyze whether leadership style has an influence on the performance of apparatus at the Pamekasan District Health Office; 4). To find out and analyze whether community participation has an influence on the quality of public services at the Pamekasan District Health Office; 5). To find out and analyze whether community participation has an influence on the performance of apparatus at the Pamekasan District Health Office; 6). To find out and analyze whether the performance of the apparatus has an influence on the quality of public services at the Pamekasan District Health Office; 7). To find out and analyze whether leadership style has an indirect effect on the quality of public services mediated by the performance of the Pamekasan District Health Office; 8). To find out and analyze whether community participation has an indirect influence on the quality of public services which is mediated by the performance of the Pamekasan District Health Office apparatus.The results of the study show that: 1) Leadership style has a positive and significant effect on the quality of public services as evidenced by the value of the Original Sample which is equal to 0.306; 2). Leadership style has a positive and significant effect on apparatus performance as evidenced by the value of the Original Sample that is equal to 0.477. 3). Work discipline has a positive and significant effect on motivation as evidenced by the value of the Original Sample which is equal to 0.438; 4). Community participation on apparatus performance has a positive and significant effect as evidenced by the value of the Original Sample that is equal to 0.398; 5). Apparatus performance on the quality of public service has a positive and significant effect as evidenced by the value of the Original Sample that is equal to 0.601; 6). Leadership style on the quality of public services mediated by apparatus performance has a positive and significant effect as evidenced by the value of the Original Sample that is equal to 0.287; 7). Community participation in the quality of public services mediated by the performance of apparatus has a significant positive effect as evidenced by the value of the Original Sample which is equal to 0.239
