Abstract

Human resources are the most important assets that must be owned by an organization and must be considered in management, because they are the ones who work to make goals, innovate and achieve organizational goals. Good human resources will also reflect good performance. Understanding the importance of human resources today is one of the government's efforts to improve the quality of human resources themselves. The sample in this study were employees at Dinas Pertanian dan Peternakan of North Sulawesi Province.  This study aims to analyze the influence of leadership style, work environment and work motivation on employee performance. This study used a questionnaire to obtain data from 125 respondents. Data were collected and analyzed using structural equation modeling (SEM) with the help of amos 24 software. The results showed that leadership style, work environment, and work motivation had a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The results showed that leadership style had a significant effect on employee performance, leadership style had a significant effect on work motivation, work environment had a significant effect on work motivation, work environment had a significant effect on work motivation. employee performance, and work motivation have a positive and significant effect on employee performance

Abstract

Employee performance is seen from what he does and "provides" work that is in accordance with what has become the goal of the organization or company where he works. Thus the problem of employee performance becomes a very "urgent" concern in any organization, both government organizations and private companies that need very serious handling. This study aims to analyze the effect of work discipline, organizational commitment, and work motivation on employee performance. Sampling using proportional random sampling method, data obtained by using a questionnaire to 67 respondents at the Prisma Dana Bank of North Sulawesi. The data were analyzed using a structural equation model with the help of the SmartPLS 3 application. The results show that work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, work discipline has a positive and significant effect on work motivation, organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on work motivation, organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on work motivation, and work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

The organization is a complex unit that allocates human resources to achieve goals. One of the goals of the organization is to improve the performance of employees to support the performance of the organization so that if the organization achieves the goals set, it can be said that the organization is effective. This study aims to analyze the influence of leadership style and work environment on job satisfaction and employee performance. The sample in this study were employees of PT. Wenang Cemerlang Press. Data was obtained by using a questionnaire to 79 respondents. Data analysis using the Structural Equation Model with the help of SmartPLS 3 software. The results show that leadership style has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, leadership style has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, the work environment has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, the work environment has a positive effect. and significant effect on employee performance, and job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance.
