Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out how the management of facilities and infrastructure is in achieving the goals of early childhood education. Facilities and infrastructure is a tool that has a very important role in a process in order to achieve success and achievement in the end result. The research method used in this study is the research library method.

Abstract

Educational planning is a conscions effort and decision-making that has been carefully agread upon about things to be done in the future within a school instution for the purpose that have been planned beforehand. The reseach method used in this study is quantitative whit data collected using interviews, observation, and document, and documents. As for the qualifications regarding the results of reseach in the field regarding educator and educational planning at Madrasah Nurun Nabi Al-Islami, namely preparing teacher who have expertise in their scientific field, so that in carrying out the learning process teachers are expected to be able to convey material in accordance with learning objective, it is mandatory to be able to read the koran properly and correctly in terms of tajwid, makhrojil letters, educational staff who are in the madrasa are in the madrasa are dressed in Muslim and Muslim women

Abstract

The progress of a nation cannot be separated from the progress of the world of education. According to Law Number 20 of 2003 concerning the National Education System, article 1 paragraph (1) states that "education is a conscious and planned effort to create a learning atmosphere and learning process so that students actively develop their potential to have religious spiritual strength. personality self-control, intelligence, noble morals, as well as skills needed by himself, the nation's community and the state. This research generally aims to describe (1) How the Leadership Role of Madrasah Heads Plays in Improving Teacher Disciplinary Leadership Attitudes at Private MTs Nurussholih Medan Polonia (2 ) What is the attitude of the Madrasah Head in Forming Disciplinary Attitudes of Teachers at Nurussholih Private MTs Medan Polonia (3) What are the Obstacles? and Efforts to Overcome Them Madrasah Heads in Improving Disciplinary Attitudes to Become Effective and Efficient This research is a type of qualitative research with a case study approach. This research was conducted at Nurussholih Medan Polonia Private MTs which is located at Jl. Cempaka No. 20 Karawang Sari Rejo Medan, Medan Polonia District, North Sumatra. The subjects in this study were the Madrasah Head, Deputy Madrasah Head, and Teachers. The techniques used in data collection are observation, interview and documentation techniques. The analysis technique in this study uses data reduction, data presentation and conclusion. Guarantees for the validity of the data in this study are credibility, transferability, reliability, and confirmability. The results of the research show that (1) The leadership of the Head of the Nurussholih Medan Polonia Private MTs Madrasah has seven roles in improving teacher discipline, namely as an educator, manager, administrator, supervisor, leader, innovator and motivator. (2) The attitude of the madrasa head in forming the teacher's attitude is good because the head of the Nurussholih Medan Polonia Private MTs madrasa is able to set an exemplary example for the teachers at the madrasa. (3) The madrasa head's efforts to improve teacher discipline are very strict in terms of teacher attendance, and the problem is that there are still teachers who do not come to the madrasa on time because the distance from home to school is quite far so they lack discipline.

Abstract

Manajemen ialah suatu ilmu dan seni untuk melakukan tindakan untuk dapat mencapai tujuan. Manajemen peserta didik merupakan salah satu manajemen yang harus dikelola dengan baik dalam lembagapendidikan. Peserta didik ialah orang yang mempunyai pilihan untuk menempuh ilmu yang sesuai dengan cita-cita serta harapan masa depannya. Melihat betapa pentingnya perencanaan peserta didik dilakukan dalam suatu lembaga pendidikan maka peneliti tertarik untuk melakukan penelitian untuk mengidentifikasi serta menganlisis tentang perencanaan peserta didik yang dilakukan di SMP IT Al Afkari. SMP IT merupakan salah satu lembaga pendidikan formal yang mengimplementasikan konsep pendidikan Islam berlandaskan Alquran dan As sunnah. Berdasarkan konsep pendidikan yang ditawarkan oleh SMP IT tersebut maka tidak heran jika SMP IT menjadi sekolah yang banyak diminati karena sekolahnya berbasis agama. Tujuan penelitian ialah menganalisis tentang perencanaanpeserta didik yang dilakukan di SMP IT Al Afkari. Jenis penelitianyang digunakan penulis ialah penelitian kualitatif, dengan metode penelitian deskriptif. Perencanaan peserta didik yang dilakukandi SMP IT Al Afkari ialah: analisis kebutuhan dari peserta didik di SMP IT Al-Afkari dilakukan denganmelihat jumlah ruang belajar yang adadi SMP IT Al-Afkari dengan menyesuaikan sarana dan prasarana yang ada. Rekrutmen peserta didik dilakukan dengan sistem terbuka kepada siapa saja siswa yang sudah lulus dari SD untuk melanjutkan pendidikan di SMP IT Al-Afkari, tidak ada dilakukan seleksi peserta didik baru. Orientasi peserta didik untuk pengenalan lingkungan sekolah, serta dilakukan penempatan kelas sesuai tingkatan kelasnya. Kata kunci : perencanaan, peserta didik
