Abstract

AbstrakThe modernization of Islamic education in Madrasah is an inevitor. The hope of thepeople who are so great to the madrasah to give birth to human beings who havestrong faith, noble morality, knowledge and know-how and reliable skills mustmaterialize from the womb of Madrasah. The sublime ideals would not have beenachieved if the madrasah did not have a qualified human resource in the bearing ofthe generation of gold. This research will reveal the various modernization ofmadrasah blowing in Indonesia, especially in the development of human resourceseducation. The efforts that the government has done aims to renew and improvethe human resources of the Madrasah teachers, for example: the birth of Law No.14 year 2005 about teachers and lecturers, national teachers ' data collection,further education scholarship, Teacher certification, and to add insight andknowledge to the teachers also conducted various workshops, symposium, andeducational seminars.Keywords: Modernization, Islamic education, HR Madrasah

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui strategi manajmen humas dalam membangun citramadrasah baik dari segi manajemen humas, hasil yang dicapai.faktor pendukung danpenghambat,strategi manajemen humas dalam membangun citra madrasah. Dalam penelitian inimenggunakan jenis penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif. Penelitiandilakukan di MTs Azzuhri Tanjung Morawa Kab. Deli Serdang. Teknik yang digunakan dalampengumpulan data penelitian yaitu wawancara,observasi dan dokumentasi. Analisis data dalampenelitian dilakukan melalui reduksi data, penyajian data dan menarik kesimpulan. Penjaminkeabsahan. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan: (1) Manajemen humas dalam membangun citramadrasah mulai dari Perencanaan, Pelaksanaan, dan Evaluasi; (2) Hasil yang dicapai humas dalammembangun citra MTs Azzuhri Tanjung Morawa yaitu meningkatkan jumlah siswa dan daya saingmadrasah; (3). Faktor pendukung dan penghambat strategi manajemen humas adalah faktorpendukungnya sendiri dengan adanya identitas fisik,dan non fisik, faktor penghambat berupaWKM humas yang merangkap sebagai wali kelas, keterbatasan anggaran serta tidak adanyawebsite madrasah; (4) strateginya dengan menggunakan strategi tulisan lisan, strategielektronik,strategi mengadakan event

Abstract

Pembelajaran orang dewasa pada prinsipnya dilakukan dan disusun bersama-sama antara sumber belajar (dosen, tutor, pelatih) dan peserta didik (warga belajar, mahasiswa, peserta pelatihan, dll) ini berlaku sampai tahap evaluasi, di samping itu pula dalam pengembangan pembelajaran dengan prinsip andragogi peserta didik diberikan kewenangan untuk menyusun, dan melaksanakan program pembelajaran, serta melakukan evaluasi pada program tersebut secara mandiri. Prinsip dasar yang dijadikan pegangan adalah mengacu pada konsep “dari, oleh, dan untuk peserta didik”, sehingga peran sumber belajar (dosen, pelatih, pamong, tutor, fasilitator) bertindak sebagai orang memberikan bimbingan, dorongan atau arahan bila diperlukan. Konsep ini menunjukkan bahwa peserta didik menyusun program atas dasar aktivitas dan kemampuan mereka sendiri dengan modal pengetahuan, keterampilan serta sumber yang ada dan dapat mereka gunakan. Pendidikan orang dewasa adalah proses interaksi batin pembelajaran disesuaikan dengan keinginan dan kebutuhan orang dewasa itu sendiri ditujukan untuk mempersonalisasi orang dewasa secara mandiri. Saat mengajar orang dewasa, situasinya sangat berbeda ajari anak-anak. Orang dewasa itu kaya pengalaman. Siapa yang mau belajar ketika mereka merasa membutuhkan sesuatu hal ini memungkinkan dia untuk mengarahkan dirinya sendiri, saya juga memiliki orang dewasa sehingga saya dapat memenuhi kebutuhan mereka asumsi dan prinsip dalam pendidikan orang dewasa.

Abstract

This study seeks to examine the project management approach and the application of project management in education. In this study using the method of library research (library research). In obtaining research data, researchers collect, analyze, organize, sources from articles, books, previous research on methods and approaches in project management. The results of the research are (1) Project Management is a discipline that must be possessed by every professional individual in an organization because the dynamics of an ever-changing organization requires an organization or must be able to create ideas that are embodied in projects. Projects are complex business activities. , are not routine in nature, have limited time, budget and resources and have special specifications for the products to be produced. (2) The Project Management Method used is CPM (Critical Path Method). 1) critical method (CPM) and linear programming approach (Linear Programming), 2) critical method is basically a time-activated scheduling method. The purpose of the critical method is to establish the relationship between time and cost by reducing the target time and considering operational costs. (3) Waterfall Project Management Approach, Critical Path Method, Critical Chain Project Management (CCPM).

Abstract

This study aims to determine the relationship between the Principal's Academic Supervision with Teacher Job Satisfaction at SMP Negeri 22 Medan. This research is a descriptive quantitative research with a survey method approach. The subjects or samples of the study were 30 teachers at SMP Negeri 22 Medan. Sampling using total sampling technique. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire and Pearson Product Moment correlation analysis, because to find out a relationship between two variables, namely the Principal Academic Supervision variable (X) and the Teacher Job Satisfaction variable (Y). The results of this study indicate that (1) based on the tendency test of the Principal's Academic Supervision (X) is classified as high or good with a score of 30%. (2) the results of the tendency test for Teacher Job Satisfaction (Y) are classified as high with a value of 37%. (3) there is a positive and significant relationship between the Principal's Academic Supervision and Teacher Job Satisfaction at SMP Negeri 22 Medan, by comparing the value of rcount = 0.655, which is greater than the value of rtable = 0.361 with N=30 at a significance level of 5% or = 0.05. The correlation between the principal's academic supervision and teacher job satisfaction 0.655 is in the high category, therefore Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected.

Abstract

Artikel ini berisi tentang kontribusi Rumah Tahfidz Qur'an adalah metode atau wadah untuk belajar latihan dan latihan mempertahankan Al-Qur'an, mengamalkan, dan mengembangkan kualitas Al-Qur'an dalam mentalitas hidup sehari-hari dilihat dari penginapan, iklim, dan lingkungan setempat. Rumah Tahfidz Qur'an adalah organism yang belum berkembang dan jalan untuk membangun daerah setempat dengan dakwah Al-Qur'an untuk mencapai pengakuan masyarakat umum yang memiliki sifat-sifat Islami dalam jenis perilaku hidup. Penelitian tersebut menggunakan metodologi subjektif, khususnya teknik eksplorasi yang dapat menghasilkan informasi yang memukau melalui komposisi, wacana, dan perilaku subjek yang diperhatikan dalam penelitian.

Abstract

The purpose of conducting research at Madrasah Aliyah Al-Huda Pangkalan Susu is to determine the results of the evaluation of madrasah-based curriculum policies using the principles of effectiveness, efficiency, adequacy, equity and responsiveness and accuracy. evaluation must continue to be carried out in order to improve program content, implementation and evaluation itself towards future curriculum innovationsThis research is a qualitative research. Data collection techniques are carried out by interview, observation, document review. The results of the study indicate that the development of a madrasah-based curriculum at Madrasah Aliyah Nurul Huda has not been optimal due to the lack of facilities and infrastructure. Researchers suggest that teachers can still be creative and innovate even with limited facilities and infrastructure because the current independent curriculum development policy implies that teachers are able to teach freely. by optimizing one's own abilities and being able to be creative without limits so that they are able to explore and explore students' abilities so as to overcome and solve life's problems and be able to compete and exist in the world of work later.

Abstract

This study aims to examine Selecting and Developing Professionals. The research method used is library research. In collecting data, the factual study method was used. The results of the research from selecting and developing professionals were allegations of a teacher supply crisis, teacher recruitment and selection, teacher induction, teacher development, teacher retention, leadership recruitment and selection and leadership preparation and induction. This factual review (analysis) section focuses on the selection and development of two groups of staff, namely teachers and school principals. Learning organizations are meant to be inclusive, so all staff should be selected and developed with equal care. However, human resources are limited and it is undeniable that some categories of staff tend to have a greater impact on student learning than others. Principals have a variety of structures available to them that reflect organizational interests as well as individual interests.

Abstract

The evaluation of this training program is in the form of a questionnaire that has been filled out by the training participants. As a determination of the passing of the participants will be conducted an evaluation test / exam. Assessment of the final results of the exam/test in the form of participant answer sheets will be given in the form of a different code that is useful for educators to provide effective and objective scores. After the results of the exam come out, a meeting will be held for a graduation meeting which will later determine which training participants deserve a score from the participant's activeness, attendance and final result scores. Researchers conducted and succeeded in collecting the results of the questionnaire obtained from the form of training and education carried out for several days. The results of this study use the Kickpatrick evaluation method which greatly facilitates researchers in conducting research. Evaluasi daripada program pelatihan ini berupa hasil angket yang telah diisi oleh peserta pelatihan. Sebagai penentuan lulusnya peserta akan dilakukannya tes evaluasi/ ujian. Penilaian hasil akhir ujian/ tes yang berupa lembar jawaban peserta akan diberikan berupa kode yang berbeda yang berguna untuk pendidik agar memberikan nilai yang efektif dan obyektif. Setelah hasil dari ujian tersebut keluar akan dilakukan pertemuan untuk rapat kelulusan yang nantinya untuk menentukan peserta diklat tersebut pantas mendapat nilai dari keaktifan peserta, presensi dan nilai hasil akhir. Peneliti melakukan dan berhasil mengumpulkan hasil angket yang didapat dari bentuk pelatihan dan pendidikan yang dilakukan selama beberapa hari. Hasil penelitian ini menggunakan metode evaluasi Kickpatrick yang sangat memudahkan peneliti dalam melakukan penelitian.
