Abstract

Cases of juvenile delinquency are increasing and attracting attention. The problem is increasing and worrying. A lot of news in various media raised about the problems of adolescents. One of them is getting pregnant out of wedlock. This study aims to determine and analyze the relationship between the role of parents and the incidence of pregnant teenagers out of wedlock in the working area of the Hamparan Perak Health Center, Hamparan Perak District, Deli Serdang Regency in 2023. The type of research was used is descriptive research. The population in this study were all teenagers who were pregnant out of wedlock in the Work Area of the Hamparan Perak Health Center, as many as 50 respondents. The number of samples used was 50 respondents with the total sampling technique. Data analysis technique using chi-square. Based on the results of the chi square, it was found that there was a significant influence between knowledge of pregnancy out of wedlock with a p-Value of 0.001 with a coefficient of <0.05. There is a significant relationship between the role of parents and pregnancies outside of marriage in the work area of the Hamparan Perak Health Center, Hamparan Perak District, Deli Serdang Regency in 2022. It is recommended for all adolescents to be able to avoid promiscuity, because promiscuity can result in pregnancies outside of marriage.

Abstract

Rural Banks has a very big opportunity in its development in the future, especially seen from the increasing people's financial market in Indonesia. Rural Banks make a means of financial needs in the management of households, both to overcome basic risks and risks to the assets owned. This research discusses in depth the challenges to the development of Rural Banks in Indonesia and discusses the opportunities and challenges of product modification in Rural Banks in Indonesia. This research uses library research or commonly called literature review, relying on a descriptive approach. The data used is in the form of writing, words, pictures, and there is no element of numbers. The results of the research explain that the challenges to the modification of people's products in Indonesia are caused by several things including the global economic downturn, the state of people who are unfamiliar with Rural Banks, inadequate resources and lack of capital.

Abstract

Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises are one of the components of business that have a large enough role in creating jobs in Indonesia, and advancing the economy. MSMEs have a strategic role in driving national economic development. People's credit banking efforts in developing the country's economy are to provide financing to the real sector through micro, small and medium enterprises. Along with the government's attention to the development of MSMEs in Indonesia, Rural Banks have also participated in empowering MSMEs, providing support with various strategies, such as by establishing micro-financing service centers such as MSME outlets or MSME centers,
