Abstract

The principal as the top manager in the school is the most important component which is a determining factor for school success in creating quality human resources in the school environment. The research objectives are: 1) Test the effect of the principal's leadership style on teacher performance; 2) Test the influence of the principal's management on teacher performance; 3) Test the effect of job satisfaction on teacher performance; 4) Test the effect of the principal's leadership style on teacher job satisfaction at Bandarkedungmulyo Jombang State Senior High School; 5) Test the influence of the principal's management on teacher job satisfaction through job satisfaction; 6) Test the significant influence of the principal's leadership style on teacher performance; and 7) Test the significant influence of principal management on teacher performance at Bandarkedungmulyo Jombang Public High School through job satisfaction. The results of the study: 1) Leadership style has a positive and significant influence on teacher performance with a t count > t table (6,746 > 1,674) and a path coefficient of 0.984; 2) Managerial does not have a positive and insignificant effect on teacher performance with a t count < t table (0.206 < 1.674) and a path coefficient of -0.031; 3) Job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on teacher performance with a t count > t table (2.117 > 1.674) and a path coefficient of 0.383; 4) Leadership Style has a positive and significant influence on Job Satisfaction with a t count > t table (2,850 > 1,674) and a path coefficient of 0.564; 5) Managerial has a positive and significant influence on Job Satisfaction with a t count > t table 1.919 > 1.674) and a path coefficient of 0.583; 6) Leadership Style through Job Satisfaction has a positive and significant influence on Teacher Performance with a t count > t table (5.167 > 1.674) and a path coefficient of 0.092 ; and 7) Managerial through Job Satisfaction has a positive and significant influence on Teacher Performance with a t count > t table (3.178 > 1.679) and a path coefficient of 0.153.

Abstract

The aim of this study is to determine the impact of culture-based administrative management quality which includes planning, organizing school administration with a quality culture, implementing content standards, implementing process standards, and administering school infrastructure standards simultaneously which have a significant effect on teacher performance at Widya Karya Taman Sidoarjo Vocational School. This type of research was used quantitative, with a total sample of 84 teachers at Widya Karya Taman Sidoarjo Vocational School, with total sampling, with the analysis technique used using multiple linear regression with t test and F test tools. Partial and simultaneous research results show that quality culture-based administrative management includes planning, organizing school administration with a quality culture, implementing content standards, implementing process standards, and administering school infrastructure standards simultaneously has a significant effect on teacher performance, this is evidenced by a significance value of <0.05. It is hoped that the results of this study can improve the quality of human resources capable of playing a role in administrative management with a culture of quality. In an effort to increase administrative professionalism, it is necessary to develop collegial supervision, in addition to the supervision activities that have been carried out all this time.

Abstract

This article investigates contemporary trends in marketing communication by focusing on strategic influencer marketing as a communicative practice for sustaining brand presence in digital environments. Drawing on a communication studies perspective, the study analyzes how meanings, relationships, and credibility are co-constructed among brands, intermediaries, and audiences witplatformizeder ecosystems. The research employs a qualitative design using semi-structured interviews with three KOL specialists, one marketing agency officer, two café owners, and five micro and nano influencers, capturing the interaction between institutional actors and everyday content creators. The findings indicate that sustainable presence in influencer-based communication is shaped by three interrelated dynamics: discursive alignment between brand and influencer values, ongoing dialogic engagement with audiences, and flexible collaboration formats responsive to platform-specific cultures. Micro and nano influencers emerge as particularly salient in cultivating intimate, niche communities and reinforcing trust-based, peer-like communication with followers. The study argues that influencer marketing should be understood not merely as a promotional technique but as a relational communication strategy that integrates branding, mediated interpersonal interaction, and community building. These insights extend debates on digital marketing communication and offer implications for practitioners and scholars concerned with strategic, sustainable communication in platformized media environments
