Abstract

Gagal ginjal kronik (GGK) merupakan gangguan fungsi ginjal yg progresif serta tidak dapat pulih kembali dimana tubuh tidak mampu memelihara metabolisme serta gagal memelihara keseimbangan cairan serta elektrolit yg membuahkan di peningkatan ureum. Gagal ginjal kronik mempunyai karakteristik bersifat menetap tidak mampu disembuhkan serta memerlukan pengobatan seperti, transplantasi ginjal, hemosialisis serta pula rawat jalan pada jangka saat yg usang. Hemodialisa artinya terapi yg dilakukan buat membarui fungsi ginjal menggunakan menggunakan suatu indera yg didesain spesifik bertujuan buat mengobati gejala serta tanda dampak LFG menggunakan kadar rendah, sasaran dilakukannya terapi ini ialah buat menambah jangka waktu hayati penderita gagal ginjal kronik dan dapat menaikkan kualitas hidup penderita. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui peningkatan kepatuhan penderita gagal ginjal kronik dalam menjalani hemodialisa. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian naratif kualitatif, partisipan yg dipergunakan sebanyak 6 orang menggunakan teknik Purposive Sampling. Instrument yang dipergunakan artinya wawancara semi terstruktur. Maka bisa disimpulkan peningkatakan kepatuhan penderita gagal ginjal kronik yg menjalani hemodialisa 6 orang partisipan patuh dan 1 orang partisipan tidak patuh pada menjalani hemodialisa.

Abstract

TB is one of the 10 causes of death and the primary cause of infectious agents in the world. The prevalence of tuberculosis patients in 2020 amounted to 929 patients. Some of the influencing factors are behavioral factors, namely knowledge, attitude and behavior in the implementation of routine medication compliance. The method used was observational descriptive with 30 participants who were residents of Sampali Village, Percut Sei Tuan District. The PkM team provided the material in question: 1) Definition of tuberculosis disease, 2) Causes of tuberculosis disease, 3) Signs and symptoms of tuberculosis disease, 4) Complications of tuberculosis disease, and 5) Prevention of tuberculosis disease. After the implementation of the activity: 1) The majority of the understanding of tuberculosis (TB) is good as many as 25 people, 2) The causes of tuberculosis (TB) are mostly good as many as 27 people, 3) The signs and symptoms of tuberculosis (TB) are mostly good as many as 26 people, 4) The majority of tuberculosis (TB) complications are good as many as 27 people, and 5) Prevention of correct transmission of tuberculosis (TB) all participants have been able to as many as 27 people. The increase in knowledge and skills of participants is because the community has a great desire to treat and prevent dengue fever in family members at home.

Abstract

The method used was observational descriptive with 25 participants who were patients at Imelda Workers' Hospital in Medan. The PkM team provided the material in question: 1) Definition of tuberculosis disease, 2) health education about dietary fulfillment 3) how to regulate the diet of tuberculosis sufferers, 4) increasing knowledge and skills. After the implementation of the activity: 1) Definition of tuberculosis (TB) for the majority of good as many as 25 people, 2) health education about the fulfillment of the good majority diet for 20 people, 3) how to manage the diet of the majority of people with tuberculosis as many as 16 people, 4) improvement of knowledge of tuberculosis treatment for the majority of good as many as 21 people. The increase in knowledge and skills of participants is because the community has a great desire to treat and prevent dengue fever in family members at home.

Abstract

Tuberculosis (TB) is currently still a public health problem both in Indonesia and internationally and is one of the goals of sustainable health development (SDGs). TB is one of the top 10 causes of death and the primary cause of infectious agents in the world. The prevalence of tuberculosis sufferers in 2020 was 929 patients who took regular medication for less than 6 months, amounting to 48.87%. Some of the influencing factors are behavioral factors, namely knowledge, attitudes and behavior in the implementation of routine medication adherence. The method used is descriptive observational with 30 participants who are the people of Sampali Village, Percut Sei Tuan District. The PkM team provided the material in question 1) Definition of tuberculosis, 2) Causes of tuberculosis 3) Signs and symptoms of tuberculosis, 4) Complications of tuberculosis, and 5) Prevention of tuberculosis. 1) The majority of tuberculosis (TB) is bad in 28 people, 2) The causes of tuberculosis (TB) are mostly bad in 28 people, 3) Signs and symptoms of tuberculosis (TB) are mostly bad in 28 people, 4) Complications of tuberculosis ( TB) the majority of all participants did not know as many as 30 people and 5) correct prevention of tuberculosis (TBC) all participants could not afford as many as 30 people while after the implementation of the activity: 1) Definition of tuberculosis (TB) the majority was good as many as 28 people, 2) Causes of tuberculosis (TBC) the majority were good, 26 people, 3) Signs and symptoms of tuberculosis (TB), the majority were good, 28 people, 4) Complications of tuberculosis (TBC), the majority were good, 18 people, and 5) Prevention of transmission of tuberculosis (TB) was correct throughout participants have been able to as many as 26 people. Increased knowledge and skills of participants because the community has a great desire to treat and prevent dengue fever in family members at home.
