Abstract

The learning crisis associated with the Co-19 pandemic emergency has had a major impact on changes in education in Indonesia. Applying the project-based learning (PjBL) model is an independent curriculum implementation by the Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology (Kemdikbudristek) to emerge from the crisis and restore learning after the Co-19 pandemic. The purpose of this article is to discuss the effectiveness of the project-based learning model as an independent curriculum application for learning mathematics. It is a method of literature research or library research by filtering the most relevant sources on the topic to be studied or addressed, then drawing conclusions, noting various key points and implementing them later.form of writing. The results of implementing the PjBL model will have a positive impact on the development of students' mathematical learning skills and provide solutions for post-pandemic recovery

Abstract

The era of digitalization is growing rapidly, including in the field of education. Educators and students need technology or platforms that support distance learning activities and still have good interaction, so that classes remain not bored or fun and productive. One platform that can answer these challenges is the Canva application. Canva has one of the special services or programs designed for education, namely Canva for Education. This service is designed for educators and students to continue to get a creative, innovative, collaborative and fun learning experience in line with the independent curriculum.The method used in this study is a development research method with a descriptive quantitative approach. Abstract

In the face of increasingly complex social changes, Islamic educational institutions are required to have policies that are adaptive and relevant to the evolving dynamics of society. Pesantren, as a traditional institution, faces a significant challenge in upholding Islamic values while addressing contemporary issues such as moral crises, digital disruptions, and cultural diversity. This study aims to examine Islamic education policies in response to social change in schools, with an emphasis on the policy of forming socio-spiritual character and value integration strategies in the curriculum, as well as the institutional challenges faced. This study employs a descriptive qualitative approach, utilizing data collection techniques that include observation, documentation, and interviews. The results of the study show that this school implements progressive and responsive education policies by integrating Islamic values into contextual programs. However, cultural resistance and institutional limitations are still obstacles to optimizing policies. This study contributes to the development of a contextual and transformational model for Islamic education policy.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengangkat fenomena kenakalan remaja yang terjadi di Indonesia sebagai masalah yang perlu diperhatikan. Hal ini diindikasikan pada data kasus-kasus kenakalan dan kriminalitas yang dilakukan pelajar yang memprihatinkan, seperti data 49 ribu lebih siswa terlapor melakukan tindak kriminal hanya dalam rentang waktu Januari hingga awal Agustus 2025. Strategi yang diimplementasikan sejauh ini memberikan penekanan pada aspek pembiasaan aktivitas psikomotorik dan kognitif, sedangkan aspek afektif agaknya masih perlu diberikan dorongan yang lebih terstruktur. Untuk itulah penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkonseptualisasikan konsep interaksi manusia dan Tuhan sebagai salah satu upaya untuk meningkatkan strategi pendidikan agar lebih komprehensif dan holistik. Mempertimbangkan hal tersebut, maka penelitian ini dilakukan dengan pendekatan kualitatif yang berbasis pada metode library research. Sumber penelitian primernya mengacu pada Al-Hikam Al ‘Atha’iyah Syarah wa Tahlil karangan Syaikh Sa’id Ramadhan Al-Buthi, sedangkan sumber sekundernya mengacu pada referensi dan jurnal yang relevan yang akan dianalisisi dengan teknik analisis konten. Temuan penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa konseptualisasi manusia dan Tuhan dikonstruk berdasarkan tiga wawasan fundamental, yakni wawasan tentang eksistensi manusia dan Tuhan, wawasan tentang amal dan balasannya, serta wawasan tentang degradasi dan taubat yang diinterpretasikan secara rasional, argumentatif, analogis, dan dialektis. Sehingga memberikan efek positif dalam relevansinya pada pendidikan. Efek positif ini setidaknya berkontribusi pada pendidikan secara filosofis, metodologis, dan psikologis.

Abstract

The development of an Islamic education program based on information technology is a response to the challenges of the digital era that demands a more adaptive and innovative transformation of the learning system. Islamic education as an integral part of the national education system has an urgency to adopt information technology in order to be able to provide relevant and competitive education services in the era of the Industrial Revolution 4.0. This study aims to examine the strategy, implementation, and impact of information technology integration in the development of Islamic education programs. The research method used is a qualitative approach with literature studies and observations of good practices in several Islamic education units. Data were collected through documentation and review of national education policies related to the digitalization of education. The analysis was carried out descriptively-analystically to understand the integration patterns and challenges faced in the development of IT-based Islamic education programs. The results of the study show that the use of the Learning Management System (LMS), digital learning applications, and web-based interactive media has increased student engagement in learning and strengthened the achievement of spiritual, social, and academic competencies. The development of Islamic content in multimedia format also enriches the learning experience of students in a contextual and enjoyable way. However, several challenges are still encountered, such as limited digital infrastructure, educator competence in utilizing IT, and resistance to changes in traditional teaching methods. To overcome this, supporting policies, ongoing training for teachers, and strengthening collaboration between technology developers, educational institutions, and other stakeholders are needed. Thus, the development of information technology-based Islamic education programs must be designed systematically by considering pedagogical, technological, and Islamic values. This development model is expected to be a reference in building an inclusive, dynamic, and future-oriented Islamic education ecosystem.

Abstract

Learning about local culture plays a significant role in developing critical thinking skills among elementary school students in South Lampung. By integrating local wisdom into daily learning activities, students are exposed to the values embedded in local customs and traditional arts, which encourage them to analyze, evaluate, and reflect on information in a logical and in-depth manner. This study employed a quasi-experimental design to test the causal relationship between local culture-based learning and the enhancement of students’ critical thinking abilities. Based on the analysis results, the calculated t-value (2.654) exceeded the t-table value (0.67986) at a 5% significance level. Therefore, the null hypothesis (H₀) was rejected, and the alternative hypothesis (Hₐ) was accepted, indicating that learning about local culture has a positive and significant effect on students’ critical thinking skills. This study contributes to educational practice by demonstrating that integrating local cultural content into the elementary school curriculum can effectively foster critical thinking development. It provides empirical evidence supporting the inclusion of culturally relevant learning materials to promote cognitive and cultural growth simultaneously
