Abstract

With the rapid development of technology and information systems, every organization should register information systems on their mandatory agenda, including schools. SMAN 2 Sekayu is one of the favorite high schools in Musi Banyuasin Regency, South Sumatra, but this school does not yet have an information system to manage their business processes. This study aims to carry out strategic planning of information systems that can be used as a reference in developing information systems that manage school business processes. By using the Ward & Peppard approach, the data collection methods used include literature study, observation, and interviews. Meanwhile, the data analysis methods used include PEST, Value Chain, and SWOT analysis. The results of this study are recommendations for information system applications that are mapped using the McFarland Strategic Grid which can be used as a reference for SMAN 2 Sekayu in developing their information system.

Abstract

Abstract

Development Technology in other form application include games online is still favorite for the children. Madrasah Ibtidaiyah (MI) Darul Hikmah is elementary school, that place Kecamatan Cinere Depok Jawa Barat. The problem having the theacher is the children become lazy study because addicted game onlines. So what the happens this became is implementation community service is guide the children limit play game online and divert the other playing with aplikasi PAINT microsof office and googel Lens. Result activity community service success and greeted enthusiastically from the children. Tree Tim from each prodi complete each other on direct the children limit play game online and divert the other playing with aplikasi PAINT microsof office and googel Lens

Abstract

The internet provides great opportunities for business. Part of business expansion through the eCommerce platform provides learning to develop knowledge, especially for the Darul Hikmah Mosque DKM Management to increase their knowledge of Information Technology. Lazada is a marketplace founded and meeting between sellers and buyers in an economical method without meeting face to face. The facilities of this platform provide added value such as: free fees for opening an online stall/shop by Lazada. Payment and shipping methods have been integrated with this platform.

Abstract

The number of Commuter Line KRL passengers in Jabodetabek has not returned to pre-Covid-19 levels, despite an increase from 2022. In 2019, the number of passengers reached 336,274,343 or 13% higher than in 2023. This decline is not only caused by the pandemic, but also by customer dissatisfaction with PT KCI services, such as facilities and service quality. This study aims to determine the effect of facilities and service quality on KRL Commuter Line customer satisfaction in Jabodetabek. This research uses descriptive methods based on quantitative data. The population of this study were users of KRL Commuter Line transportation services in Jabodetabek with a sample of 100 respondents using purposive sampling technique. Data collection methods using questionnaires and documentation studies. The data analysis technique used is validity, reliability, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression test, hypothesis testing, namely t test, f test and partial and simultaneous determination coefficient using SPSS version 25. The results showed that partially the facility variable had a significant effect on customer satisfaction and the service quality variable also had a significant effect on customer satisfaction. Then simultaneously the facility variables and service quality have a significant effect on customer satisfaction.

Abstract

Employee performance is crucial for companies to achieve their goals and grow. This study investigates the impact of compensation and work environment on employee performance at PT. Exim Jaya Abadi. Data was collected through questionnaires and secondary sources. Data analysis included quality tests, classical assumption tests, regression analysis, hypothesis testing, and coefficient of determination tests. The results showed that compensation has a positive effect on employee performance (t count 5.564 > t table 2.00958, significant 0.000 < 0.05). Conversely, the work environment has a negative effect on employee performance (t count -2.162 > t table 2.00958, significant 0.036 < 0.05). Simultaneously, compensation and work environment affect employee performance (F count 29.921 > F table 3.18, significant 0.000 < 0.05). An Adjusted R Square of 0.531 indicates that 53.1% of the variation in employee performance is influenced by compensation and work environment, while 46.9% is influenced by other factors not discussed in this study.

Abstract

XYZ (Company name disguised at the request of the company) is a well-established bakery industry in Indonesia. In running its business, of course, the company not only provides quality products and taste, but also provides good service quality because it can increase customer satisfaction. The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of taste and service quality on customer satisfaction of PT. XYZ Depok. The research method used is quantitative statistics. The population of this study is consumers who buy PT. XYZ Depok. Data collection methods with interviews, documentation, and questionnaires. Data processing using SPSS 25 with multiple linear regression analysis technique. Based on the results of the study, it was shown that taste had a significant effect on customer satisfaction and service quality also had a significant effect on customer satisfaction at PT. XYZ Depok, then the taste and quality of customers simultaneously have a significant effect on customer satisfaction at PT. XYZ Depok.

Abstract

This study aims to redesign the appearance of the Property99 company landing page with a user-based approach using the Design Thinking method. Property99 as a digital company in the field of building contractor and construction services faces challenges in creating an optimal user experience through the existing landing page. The main problems identified include unresponsive design, confusing navigation, and features that do not support user needs. Through the five stages of Design Thinking: Empathize, Define, Ideate, Prototype, and Test, this study successfully designed a UI/UX Landing Page prototype that is more user-friendly, aesthetic, and functional. The tool used in the design was Figma, while testing was carried out using the Black Box Testing method. The results of the study indicate that this approach is able to improve navigation comfort, user trust, and the effectiveness of the company's information delivery. This research also makes a positive contribution to digital branding and user engagement in the context of the property business.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis sejauh mana pengaruh kualitas pelayanan dan harga terhadap keputusan pembelian forklift di PT. Berca Mandiri Perkasa. Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif dengan teknik survei, di mana data diperoleh dari 50 responden dan dianalisis melalui uji validitas, reliabilitas, serta regresi linier berganda. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa meskipun konsumen menilai kualitas pelayanan dan harga tergolong baik, keduanya tidak memberikan pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian secara statistik. Hal ini mengisyaratkan bahwa keputusan pembelian forklift lebih banyak dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain, seperti reputasi merek, inovasi produk, dan rekomendasi pengguna sebelumnya. Berdasarkan temuan tersebut, PT. Berca Mandiri Perkasa perlu memperkuat strategi pemasarannya dengan memperhatikan faktor-faktor non-harga dan non-pelayanan untuk meningkatkan penjualan secara lebih optimal. Penelitian ini juga memberikan dasar bagi penelitian selanjutnya guna menelusuri variabel lain yang berpotensi memengaruhi perilaku konsumen dalam pembelian alat berat.
