Abstract

This research aims to identify and analyze the effect of teacher pedagogical competence, school principal's academic supervision, joint work discipline on the performance of elementary school teachers in Cluster 1 Kapanewon Wates, Kulon Progo Regency in 2022/2023, Knowing and analyzing the influence of teacher pedagogical competence on teacher performance, knowing and analyzing the influence of the principal's academic supervision on teacher performance, and knowing and analyzing the influence of work discipline on teacher performance. This study uses a quantitative approach. The population of this study was all Cluster 1 Kapanewon Wates teachers, Kulon Progo Regency, totaling 72 people. Data collection using a questionnaire. Data analysis used multiple linear regression analysis techniques. The results of the study show that there is a positive and significant influence between teacher pedagogic competence, academic supervision, work discipline jointly on teacher performance, there is a positive and significant influence between teacher pedagogic competence on teacher performance, there is a positive and significant effect between school principal academic supervision on teacher performance, there is a positive and significant influence between work discipline on teacher performance

Abstract

Teachers should be able to carry out their performance properly in accordance with the competency standards they must have, namely pedagogic competence, professional competence, and social competence. The results from UKG are that there are still many teachers who have low grades, prepare monotonous lessons, some have difficulty communicating with parents.This study aims: 1) Knowingthe influence of pedagogical competence on the performance of elementary school teachers in the Cluster II Kapanewon Panjatan area 2) To find out the effect of professional competence on the performance of elementary school teachers in the Cluster II Kapanewon Panjatan area. 3) Knowing the effect of social competence on the performance of elementary school teachers in the Cluster II Kapanewon Panjatan area 4) Knowing the effect of pedagogic competence, professional competence, and social competence together on the performance of elementary school teachers in the Kapanewon Panjatan area.This research uses quantitative methods. Methods of data collection with questionnaires and documentation. The population in this study were elementary school teachers in the Cluster II Kapanewon Panjatan area, totaling 64. The sample was taken using a probability sampling technique with cluster random sampling type. The sample used was 30 people. Hypothesis testing using multiple linear regression analysis test, partial test (t test), regression coefficient test together (F test). The classic assumption test is the normality test, linearity test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test. All calculations are processed using the SPSS version 25 program. The results showed: Yespositive and significant effect of pedagogical competence on the performance of elementary school teachers in the Cluster II Kapanewon Panjatan area of ​​17.13% 2) There is a positive and significant effect of professional competence on the performance of elementary school teachers in the Cluster II Kapanewon Panjatan area of ​​58.15% 3) There is a positive and significant effect social competence on the performance of elementary school teachers in the Cluster II Kapanewon Panjatan area of ​​24.72% 4) There is a positive and significant effect of pedagogic competence, professional competence, and social competence together on the performance of elementary school teachers in the Kapanewon Panjatan area.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of Competence, Work Motivation and Work Environment on Teacher Performance at SMAS St. Familia Wae Nakeng Manggarai Barat NTT and determine the effect of Competence, Work Motivation, Work Environment individually on Teacher Performance at SMAS St. Familia Wae Nakeng West Manggarai NTT. This research was conducted at SMAS St. Familia Wae Nakeng West Manggarai NTT. The research time is from November 2022 to February 2023. This research uses a quantitative approach. The population of this research is SMAS St. teacher. Familia Wae Nakeng Manggarai Barat NTT, totaling 65 teachers. In this study, researchers used a saturated sampling technique, which is a sampling technique if all members of the population are used as samples. By taking a sample of 65 teachers. Collecting data using a questionnaire technique, previously tested the validity and reliability. Data analysis using descriptive analysis, analysis prerequisite testing. Hypothesis testing using the product moment technique and linear regression. The results of this study indicate that competence, work motivation, and work environment together have a positive and significant influence on the performance of SMAS St. Familia Waenakeng Manggarai Barat NTT teachers' performance, this shows that the better the competence, the higher the motivation to work, and the better the work environment has a better influence on teacher performance. Competence, work motivation, and work environment individually have a positive and significant influence on the performance of St. SMAS teachers. Familia Waenakeng Manggarai Barat NTT, this shows that increasing competency, work motivation, and work environment individually will increase teacher performance, conversely decreasing competence, work motivation, and work environment individually will reduce teacher performance.
