Abstract

[Id]Penyediaan sistem kolaborasi untuk mendukung kelancaran operasional bisnis merupakan kebutuhan yang esensial, terutama bagi organisasi yang tersebar pada rentang geografis yang luas dan melibatkan banyak orang dalam aktivitas bisnisnya. Sebuah sistem kolaborasi berperan memfasilitasi terjadinya workflow proses bisnis yang sudah disusun dengan cara menyediakan sarana berbagi informasi dan komunikasi di semua partisipan proses.Penelitian ini akan membahas tahapan implementasi rancangan sistem kolaborasi untuk mendukung distribusi barang pada perusahaan City Courier, yaitu sebuah perusahaan jasa pengiriman barang dengan agen dan lokasi yang tersebar di beberapa kota.? Pendekatan yang digunakan pada perancangan ini adalah pendekatan berorientasi obyek, dan hasil rancangan diharapkan dapat dijadikan pedoman dalam implementasi sistem berupa pengembangan software sesuai dengan konsep rancangan yang sudah disusun.Kata kunci :Workflow, kolaborasi, rancangan, obyek.[En]Providing collaboration system to support the smooth operation of the business is an essential requirement, especially for organizations that operates over wide geographical range and involves many people in their business activities. Collaboration system can be an enabler that facilitate organization in implementing of business process workflow that has been defined, by providing information sharing and communication across all process participants.This paper will discuss the design phase of collaboration system to support the distribution process on City Courier, a freight company that has agents and locations in several cities. The approach used in this design is the object-oriented approach, and the results of the draft is expected to be used as guidelines in the software development in accordance with the design concept that has been defined.

Abstract

[Id]Pengelolaan sumber daya manusia (SDM) merupakan hal yang penting di setiap organisasi. SDM berperan besar dalam mendukung keberhasilan visi dan misi organisasi, namun tanpa perencanaan yang memadai maka seringkali kapabilitas SDM justru menghambat tercapainya tujuan organisasi. Proses manajemen SDM sama halnya seperti manajemen pada umumnya yang dimulai dari perencanaan, pelaksanaan dan evaluasi. Pada fase perencanaan, idealnya harus sinergis dengan perencanaan strategis organisasi.? Konsep ini berlaku umum baik pada organisasi pendidikan, kemasyarakatan, maupun organisasi bisnis pada umumnya. Pada penelitian ini, akan dipaparkan pendekatan praktis dalam perencanaan manajemen SDM yang selaras dengan perencanaan strategis organisasi. Perencanaan ini dilakukan melalui 5 tahap yaitu visioning, analisis, planning, implementation, dan evaluation. Sebagai contoh, proses ini diterapkan pada organisasi pendidikan (universitas/perguruan tinggi).? Hasilnya adalah contoh rencana kegiatan strategis manajemen SDM untuk 2 tahun akademik.[En]Management of human resources (HR) is an important thing in every organization. HR plays a major role in supporting the achievement of the organizational goals. The HR management process is the same as general management that starts from planning, implementation and evaluation. In the planning phase, ideally should be synergistic with organizational strategic planning. This concept applies generally both to educational, community, and business organizations in general. In this research, we will discussed a practical approach in the planning of human resources management that is aligned with organizational strategic planning. This planning is done through 5 stages of visioning, analysis, planning, implementation, and evaluation. As a case study, this approach is applied to create HR managemen plan in educational organizations (universities / colleges). The result is a draft of a strategic HR management plan for 2 academic years.

Abstract

NLP adalah cabang dari kecerdasan buatan (AI) yang berhubungan dengan melatih komputer untuk memahami, memproses, dan menghasilkan bahasa. Salah satu implementasi NLP yang sangat penting adalah penerapannya di dunia pendidikan. NLP adalah proses yang efektif untuk membantu siswa dalam proses pembelajaran. Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi dan sistem jaringan saat ini mengalami peningkatan secara signifikan, terutama dalam aspek keamanan. Keamanan jaringan setidaknya memiliki dua syarat, yaitu authenticity dan nonrepudiation. Kriptografi dapat dimanfaatkan terkait dengan keamanan informasi berupa kerahasiaan, keutuhan data, nir penyangkalan, serta otentikasi. Untuk menjaga keamanan pesan berupa teks atau kata, biasanya digunakan teknik enkripsi agar kerahasiaan data tersebut terjamin. Salah satu algoritma enkripsi yang sering digunakan yaitu algoritma kriptografi Rivest Shamir Adleman (RSA). Pada penelitian ini, algoritma RSA digunakan sebagai pelindung data, dan menggunakan mekanisme berupa teks sebagai alat verifikasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuat interface pengiriman pesan terautentikasi dengan menerapkan algoritma kriptografi Rivest Shamir Adleman (RSA) pada sebuah teks. RSA merupakan algoritma asimetrik yang mempunyai dua kunci yang berbeda, yaitu kunci publik dan kunci privat. Kedua pasangan kunci (key pair) tersebut digunakan untuk proses enkripsi dan dekripsi. Tingkat keamanan algoritma RSA sangat bergantung pada ukuran kunci tersebut, karena makin kecil ukuran kunci, maka makin besar juga kemungkinan kombinasi kunci yang bisa dijebol dengan metode memeriksa kombinasi satu persatu kunci atau lebih dikenal dengan istilah Brute Force Attack. Bilangan prima yang dihasilkan dalam algoritma RSA mempengaruhi ukuran kunci sandi.

Abstract

Currently, technological advancements have touched many aspects of life, one of which is the proliferation of various applications on cell phones, particularly those related to education or commonly referred to as web-based applications. Test Of English Foreign Language (TOEFL) is a measure of a person's ability to speak English. However, taking the TOEFL test is not cheap for one test, so preparation is needed mature to get the score as desired and save the cost of the test because it does not need to repeat. For that, we need a means application that can make it easier for someone in doing exercises or TOEFL Simulations Web-Based, with this application you can measure the ability of somebody in English.

Abstract

TOEIC which stands for Test Of English for International Communication is one of the well-known English proficiency tests and can be an indicator of participants' ability to use English. In general, this test is divided into two parts, namely listening and reading comprehension tests, where participants fill in their answers on an answer sheet according to the questions they hear in voice and writing. Media The formulation of the problem described in this study is how to build an online and web-based TOEIC exam application so that it can optimize exam and learning activities through TOEIC exercises to be more flexible, effective, and efficient. The focus of the research is how to optimize the evaluation and assessment process. In this case, it makes it easier for performance management (administrators) to make questions, streamline time for correcting answers and examinees know the results quickly, precisely, and accurately. The test results show that the application of practice questions and web-based TOEIC can process data that has been inputted by the administrator and presented to participants in following performance standards in general. The test results can also be used to provide a quick assessment and analyze the results of the scoring system assessment. Suggestions that can be put forward for the development and improvement of this web-based TOEIC test are to think of a better input mechanism to make it easier for users to process data input problems.

Abstract

To be able to have mastery of various sciences that are useful for experience in the world of work, students are encouraged through the MBKM program. Most students of the Informatics Study Program will choose an internship scheme and independent study in applying for the MBKM. However, the increasing number of students' interest in this program requires the Informatics Study Program to be more selective in analyzing the eligibility of students to take part in the MBKM program it has chosen. For this reason, a decision support system is needed that can assist the study program in determining and assessing the eligibility of these students. This study created a DSS modeling using the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method and the Technique For Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) using 8 criteria.

Abstract

Kitchen Store Mdo means a figure engaged in the electrical component manufacturing industry, namely circuit breakers Breakers ). Vinny's Kitchen Store Mdo depends on consumer orders, for the production process it takes 1 week. at Vinny's Kitchen Store Mdo has a number of dilemmas, namely, PPIC officers plan the procurement of raw materials based on intuition / estimates only as a result it is not uncommon for shortages and excesses of standard materials to occur, If the shortage results it can slow down the production process, and lead to inaccurate targets when sending to customers, and If excess will have an impact on high storage costs and the risk of loss and damage to standard materials. Based on the problem of the availability of standard material stocks and problems related to updating warehouse inventory data and data consistency, it can be solved using the MRP (Material Requirements Plan) method in the form of web-based computer software. the hope of using this application is that there will be an increase in effectiveness and efficiency, as well as timeliness in delivery to consumers can be fulfilled which will lead to an increase in Character profits.

Abstract

In the current era, technological developments are developing rapidly in various regions. The technology that is currently popular, namely mobile technology , uses various sophistication in the world of entertainment, education to the business world. Advances in technology have many advantages and benefits that can streamline when doing work. as a model for ordering culinary and drinks at a restaurant. This food and beverage ordering software is used to make it easier for customers to place food and beverage orders without having to wait in long queues, so a food and beverage ordering software was built using the FCFS (First Come First Served ) method on webservice- based QR Code technology . As long as there will be several tests, it can be concluded in this study that the average waiting value for customers is from three customers, namely 12.33 minutes , and from five customers, namely 42.4 minutes. create a webservice using the HTTP protocol with the flow of creating a database , service , web/ backend , using a UML waterfall .

Abstract

analysis sentiment Twitter users against Regulation Government Replacement Copyright Law ( Perppu ) . Work use Support Vector Machine (SVM) method . Objective from study This is For know view public to policy the through analysis sentiment on Twitter data. The SVM method is used For classify sentiment Twitter users to be three category , that is positive , negative , and neutral . Data used in study This obtained from Twitter using crawling and scraping data techniques . After successful data collected , preprocessing and processing of data for _ produce a SVM classification model . Result of study show that part big Twitter users have view negative to Perppu Create work . In classification sentiment , the percentage of tweets with sentiment negative reached 54%, meanwhile sentiment positive only reached 25%, and sentiment neutral by 21 %.From results analysis sentiment that , can concluded that policy Perppu Create Work No popular among _ the Twitter community . Study This can become source information for parties related in respond and evaluate policy controversial government .
