Abstract

Abstrak Media online merupakan kecerdasan baru dalam prostitusi yang membuat layanan seksual lebih cepat dan praktis. Ayam kampus memanfaatkan fitur yang ada di media sosial untuk menarik calon pelanggan untuk memakai jasanya. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mendeskripsikan tentang gambaran umum prostitusi ayam kampus melalui pemanfaatan media online terkait teori sosiologi, dampak prostitusi bagi mahasiswi, dan penanggulangannya. Adapun metode yang digunakan yaitu kualitatif dengan library research, berasal dari beberapa sumber berupa e-book dan e-journal yang terkait. Hasil yang di dapatkan adalah prostitusi yang dilakukan oleh mahasiswi melalui media online merupakan suatu bentuk rebellion (pemberontakan) dalam terori anomi yang dipengaruhi dengan kehadiran kemajuan teknologi komunikasi (media online). Sehingga pemberontakan itu dianggap sebagai suatu bentuk inovasi yang mana apabila seseorang tidak memiliki kemampuan dalam menempatkan dirinya atau tidak memiliki kontrol diri dalam menggunakan media online, hal tersebut akan membawa siapa saja dapat terjerumus dalam prostitusi online. Serta terjadinya perubahan struktural dan fungsional dalam kegiatan prostitusi, yang semula ayam kampus terikat dengan muncikari, kini ayam kampus melakukan prostitusi secara mandiri (tanpa perantara) dengan melalui media sosial. Prostitusi berdampak negatif bagi mahasiswi karena membuat mahasiswi tidak fokus belajar yang mengakibatkan perkuliahannya menjadi terbengkalai. Selain itu, mahasiswi yang terjerat prostitusi akan dengan mudah terkena penularan IMS (Infeksi Menular Seksual). Adapun upaya yang dilakukan terkait prostitusi melibatkan banyak pihak, mulai dari keluarga, pemerintah, pihak kampus, serta masyarakat yang ada pada lingkungan kampus dengan melakukan pengawasan, membuat regulasi yang tegas, dan melakukan sosialisasi kepada mahasiswi. Abstract Online media is a new intelligence in prostitution that makes sexual services faster and more practical. Ayam kampus take advantage of existing features on social media to attract potential customers to use their services. The purpose of this study is to describe the general picture of ayam kampus prostitution through the use of online media related to sociological theory, the impact of prostitution on female students, and its countermeasures. The method used is qualitative with library research, derived from several sources in the form of e-books and related e-journals. The result obtained is that prostitution carried out by female students through online media is a form of rebellion in the theory of anomie which is influenced by the presence of advances in communication technology (online media). So that rebellion is considered as a form of innovation where if a person does not have the ability to position himself or does not have self-control in using online media, this will lead anyone to fall into online prostitution. As well as the occurrence of structural and functional changes in prostitution activities, which were originally ayam kampus tied to pimps, now ayam kampus carry out prostitution independently (without intermediaries) through social media. Prostitution has a negative impact on female students because it makes female students not focus on studying which causes their lectures to be neglected. In addition, female students who are caught in prostitution will easily be exposed to STI (Sexually Transmitted Infections) transmission. The efforts made regarding prostitution involve many parties, starting from the family, the government, the campus, as well as the community around the campus by carrying out supervision, making strict regulations, and conducting outreach to female students.

Abstract

This study aims to examine how behavior modification in orphanage adolescents through the Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) method can enhance awareness of hygiene and health, particularly at Al-Munasaroh Orphanage. The research adopts an action research or intervention-based approach using qualitative methods. It emphasizes the analysis of behavioral changes through direct field observations and in-depth interviews, focusing on the quality and impact of behavioral modification among adolescents. The intervention was designed to address the lack of awareness regarding personal hygiene, environmental cleanliness, and health routines commonly found in institutionalized adolescents. The study investigates the various factors that influence the success of behavior modification, including internal motivation, emotional regulation, and external support from caregivers, peers, and the living environment. The CBT-based modification process spanned 18 structured sessions, which included psychoeducation, cognitive restructuring, role-playing, habit formation, and reinforcement techniques. Additionally, environmental improvements and the availability of hygiene-related facilities were integrated to support the desired behavioral outcomes. Findings reveal significant changes in daily hygiene practices among participants, such as increased frequency of handwashing, tidiness in personal belongings, regular bathing, and active participation in cleaning shared spaces. The support of peers and caregivers played a crucial role in maintaining consistency and motivation. The study concludes that CBT is an effective method for fostering awareness and instilling sustainable hygiene behaviors in adolescents living in orphanages. Based on these results, recommendations are proposed for integrating CBT-based hygiene programs into routine care at orphanages to promote long-term behavioral change and health awareness.
