Abstract

This study aims to determine the extent of financial performance in pharmaceutical companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange using the Du Pont System method, for three years (2018-2020), The data analysis technique used in this study is quantitative by calculating Net Profit Margin (NPM), Debt Ratio (DR), Total Asset Turnover (TATO). Return On Investment (ROI), Return On Equity (ROE). The results of this study show that at PT. Kimia Farma Tbk, PT. Darya Varia Laboratoria Tbk, and PT. Kalbe Farma Tbk's financial performance tends to fluctuate up and down or fluctuate so it can be concluded that the financial performance of PT. Kimia Farma Tbk, PT. Darya Varia Laboratoria Tbk, and PT. Kalbe Farma Tbk is in the category of not according to industry standards, because the average ROI, ROE, and TATO level are below the assessment standard.

Abstract

This study was conducted with the aim to determine and analyze the effect of work culture and competence on job satisfaction and employee performance, analyze the effect of job satisfaction on employee performance, and analyze the effect of work culture and competence on employee performance through job satisfaction at PT. Pelabuhan Indonesia (Persero) Regional IV Makassar. To apply these objectives, data collection techniques are used through observation and questionnaires, while data analysis techniques use research instrument tests, classical assumption tests, path analysis and hypothesis testing. The results showed that work culture and competence had a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. Work culture and competence have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, and the results of the mediation test with the sobel test that job satisfaction can mediate the effect of work culture and competence on employee performance at PT. Pelabuhan Indonesia (Persero) Regional IV Makassar.

Abstract

The data collection techniques that researchers use in this study are observation, interviews, questionnaires, and documentation. As a population, all employees at CV. Karya Kita Mandiri. In order for this research to be precise and proportional, in this study saturated sampling was used where population members were sampled. Thus the number of samples in this study were 52 people. The results of this study indicate that (1) Job Satisfaction Variable (X1) has a partial effect on employee performance at CV. Karya Kita Mandiri with tcount> ttable (4.889> 2.008) and significant <0.05 (0.000 <0.05). (2) Compensation variable (X2) has no partial effect on employee performance at CV. Karya Kita Mandiri with the results of tcount < ttable (0.223 < 2.008) and significant > 0.05 (0.824 > 0.05). (3) Job Satisfaction and Compensation simultaneously affect employee performance at CV. Karya Kita Mandiri with Fcount> Ftable (31.162> 3.18) and significant <0.05 (0.000 <0.05). (4) The value of R2 = 0.564 means that the influence of the variables Job Satisfaction (X1) and Compensation (X2) on employee performance (Y) is 56%. While the remaining 44% is influenced by other variables not included in this study such as leadership style, work environment, work discipline, work motivation, etc.
