Abstract

ABSTRAKPabrik Fabrikasi Baja Tanggerang PT. WIKA Industri & Konstruksi melakukan proses fabrikasi baja dari awal material datang hingga menjadi produk jadi yang akan dijual. Kecelakaan dapat terjadi karena perusahaan belum mampu mendeteksi semua potensi bahaya kecelakaan kerja yang ada dalam perusahaan. Dalam mendeteksi semua potensi bahaya kecelakaan kerja perlu adanya identifikasi bahaya menggunakan Job Safety Analysis (JSA). Dan dilakukan dengan menggunakan pendekatan HIRARC (Hazard Identification, Risk Assessment and Risk Control) karena HIRARC dapat meninjau dan mencegah bahaya pada suatu proses secara sistematis, teliti dan terstruktur serta lebih simple dan lebih mendetail. Ditemukan 13 potensi bahaya yang dapat menimbulkan kecelakaan pada pekerja seperti tertabrak alat angkut, tangan cedera dan lain-lain. Sedangkan, untuk pengendalian risiko menggunakan eliminasi, substitusi, pengendalian teknis, pengendalian administratif dan APD.Kata Kunci: Keselamatan Keselamatan Kerja, Job Safety Analysis (JSA), Hazard Identification, Risk Assessment and Risk Control (HIRARC)ABSTRACTTangerang Steel Fabrication Factory PT. WIKA Industry & Construction carries out the steel fabrication process from the beginning the material arrives until it becomes a finished product that will be sold. Accidents can occur because the company has not been able to detect all the potential hazards of work accidents that exist within the company. In detecting all potential work accident hazards, it is necessary to identify hazards using Job Safety Analysis (JSA). And it is carried out using the HIRARC (Hazard Identification, Risk Assessment and Risk Control) approach because HIRARC can review and prevent hazards in a process in a systematic, thorough and structured manner as well as simpler and more detailed. Found 13 potential hazards that can cause accidents to workers such as being hit by transportation equipment, injured hands and others. Meanwhile, for risk control using elimination, substitution, technical control, administrative control and PPE.
