Supervisi adalah proses mengawasi kegiatan yang ada di madrasah. Pada supervisi terdapat proses pelayanan untuk dapat membantu atau membina guru-guru untuk dapat meningkatkan kualitas dalam proses pengajaran. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisis pengimplementasian supervisi kepala madrasah terhadap guru di Madrasah Tsanawiyah Al-Mujahidin Samarinda. Peneliti menggunakan metode kualitatif dalam penelitian ini. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui kegiatan observasi lapangan dan wawancara, dengan teknik analisis data berupa teknik analisis isi dari data yang telah dikumpulkan dari hasil penelitian literatur, observasi dan wawancara. Adapun hasil penelitian ini yaitu kegiatan supervisi di Madrasah Tsanawiyah Al-Mujahidin Samarinda sudah terlaksana dengan menerapkan supervisi akademik dan juga supervisi manejerial. Serta teknik yang dipakai ketika supervisor melakukan supervisi akademik terhadap guru ialah teknik supervisi individual berupa kunjungan kelas. Kegiatan supervisi yang telah diselenggarakan oleh kepala madrasah diantaranya seperti dilangsungkannya rapat untuk melihat perkembangan siswa, mengamati proses pembelajaran secara rutin untuk melihat terselenggara dengan baik atau tidaknya, mengetahui sarana dan prasarana yang dibutuhkan di dalam kelas maupun di luar kelas. Menilai kehadiran guru dengan merekap absen guru setiap minggunya, kesiapan RPP yang digunakan dalam pembelajaran, menyusun program semester, dan program tahunanr. Supervisi yang dilaksanakan oleh kepala madrasah telah berjalan dengan efektif selama proses pembelajaran di madrasah. Abstract Supervision is the process of supervising activities in the school. In supervision there is a service process to be able to help or foster teachers to be able to improve their quality in the teaching process. This study aimed to analyze the implementation of the supervision of the head of the school towards teachers at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Al-Mujahidin Samarinda. The author uses qualitative methods in this study. Data collection techniques through field observations and interviews, with data analysis techniques in the form of content analysis techniques from data that has been collected from the results of literature research, observations, and interviews. The results of this study are that supervision activities at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Al-Mujahidin Samarinda have been carried out by applying academic supervision and also managerial supervision. As well as the technique used when supervisors carry out academic supervision of teachers is individual supervision techniques in the form of class visits. Supervision activities that have been organized by the head of the school include holding meetings to see student progress, observing the learning process regularly to see whether it is being implemented properly or not, and knowing the facilities and infrastructure needed in class and outside the classroom. Assess teacher attendance by recording teacher absences every week, the readiness of lesson plans used in learning, and preparing semester and annual programs. Supervision carried out by the head of the school has been running effectively during the learning process at the school.
