Abstract

The jigsaw learning model is useful for helping students develop cooperation skills, critical thinking and the ability to help friends. This learning will create students to participate and be active so that students will think together, discuss together, conduct investigations together and act in the same direction. The aim of this research is to determine the effectiveness of the jigsaw learning model in managing the active participation of class IV students at MI Ar Raudhah Samarinda. This type of research is quantitative with experimental research methods and quasi-experimental designs. The population in this study were class IV students at MI Ar Raudhah Samarinda for the 2021/2022 academic year. The sampling technique was saturated, with a sample of 46 students. Data collection techniques use observation, documentation and questionnaires. Data rejuvenation test techniques are Normality Test, Homogeneity Test and Hypothesis Test. Based on the research results, it shows that the effective application of the jigsaw model in science learning material on animal breeding can manage the active participation of class IV students at MI Ar-Raudhah Samarinda by obtaining a Sig (2-tailed) value, namely 0.026 < 0.05 and a tcount > ttable, namely 2.329 > 1.681 which makes the Ha hypothesis accepted

Abstract

This research aims to determine effective problem solving methods on mathematics learning outcomes on the volume of cubes and blocks for class V students at Al Hikmah Islamic Elementary School, Samarinda. This research is experimental research with a quasi-experimental design. The population and sample used were all class V students at Al Hikmah Islamic Elementary School, Samarinda, totaling 75 people. The experimental group was class V Yaqub and the control group was class V Ishaq. Learning outcome data was collected using pretest and posttest in the form of essay questions. The results obtained from this research are that the problem solving method is effectively used in mathematics subjects on the volume of cubes and blocks at Al Hikmah Islamic Elementary School, Samarinda. This is based on the hypothesis test calculation using the Z test to obtain a significance value of 0.015<0.05, which means H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted. This means that there is a difference in learning outcomes by applying problem solving methods and conventional methods. It can be concluded that the problem solving method is effective on mathematics learning outcomes on the volume of cubes and blocks for class V students at Al Hikmah Islamic Elementary School, Samarinda.

Abstract

Pengelolaan limbah di MI DDI Tani Aman belum sepenuhnya dapat membuat peserta didik untuk peduli terhadap lingkungan sekitarnya. Tujuan dari penelitian yaitu untuk mengetahui implementasi dari pengelolaan limbah dalam membangun sikap peduli lingkungan siswa dan faktor pendukung dan penghambat dalam implementasi pengelolaan limbah dalam membangun sikap peduli lingkungan siswa. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Jenis instrumen yang digunakan yaitu wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan ialah Kondensasi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan serta verifikasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi pengelolaan limbah melalui kegiatan 5R (reduce, reuse, recycle, replace, replant) dan Jumat bersih memberikan dampak positif terhadap pembentukan sikap peduli lingkungan pada peserta didik. Dalam kegiatan reduce, terbentuk kebiasaan membawa peralatan makan sendiri dan kesadaran untuk menghindari limbah plastik. Pada reuse, peserta didik menjadi sadar dan peka dalam memanfaatkan kembali limbah. Recycle menghasilkan sikap kreatif dalam mengolah limbah dan memanfaatkan bank sampah di sekolah. Replace menumbuhkan tanggung jawab dan kesadaran untuk tidak menggunakan barang yang tidak dapat diolah kembali. Replant menciptakan kesadaran untuk turut serta dalam menanam, menjaga, dan merawat tanaman sekolah.
