Abstract

The objective of this research is to methodically and systematically investigate the reality of legal phenomena. This research created normative law by employing legal research methodology. The goal of standard legal research is to find legal doctrines, regulations, or guiding principles that can be used to address legal issues. The objective is to come up with new arguments, hypotheses, or concepts that can be proposed as solutions to the problems that are currently being faced. Other misunderstandings of the word "gratification" call for legal action to be taken. Given that these two sentences are repeated in Law Number 20 of 2001 concerning Amendments to the Corruption Eradication Law Number 31 of 1999 but do not have the same legal significance in the Bribery Law, an investigation must be conducted right away to create a new institution. Political strategies to apprehend criminals looking to gain future advantages.
