Abstract

Salah satu faktor informasi dibutuhkan oleh para investor adalah mengenai pengungkapan risiko pada perusahaan perbankan di Indonesia, karena saat ini kondisi perusahaan perbankan tidak lepas dari risiko. Dengan adanya pengungkapan risiko , para pihak pengguna informasi dapat mengetahui kondisi perusahaan dan apakah risiko tersebut dapat mempengaruhi dana yang mereka investasikan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji Tingkat leverage, tingkat profitabilitas, dan ukuran perusahaan terhadap pengungkapan risiko pada perusahaan perbankan di Indonesia yang telah terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) periode 2016-2018. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini diperoleh dari data laporan tahunan perusahaan perbankan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah perusahaan perbankan yang terdaftar di BEI. Teknik pemilihan sample yang digunakan yaitu purposive sampling dengan diperoleh 11 perusahaan perbankan dengan periode penelitian pada tahun 2016-2018. Metode analisis data dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa secara simultan tingkat leverage, tingkat profitabilitas, dan ukuran perusahaan terhadap pengungkapan risiko. Sedangkan secara persial, tingkat leverage, tingkat profitabilitas tidak berpengaruh terhadap pengungkapan risiko pada perusahaan perbankan di Indonesia, sedangkan ukuran periusahaan berpengaruh terhadap pengungkapan risiko pada perusahaan perbankan di Indonesia

Abstract

The objective of this study was to examine the relationship between service quality and trust on community satisfaction. The study involved a total population of 1,600 individuals, with a sample size of 110 people. Data was collected through the distribution of questionnaires that utilized a Likert scale model. The validity and reliability of the questionnaire were assessed. The data analysis technique employed in this study was the Smart PLS method. The findings of the study are as follows: a) Service quality was found to have a positive and significant impact on community satisfaction at the Bukittinggi Police Station, b) Community trust was found to have a positive and significant influence on community satisfaction at the Bukittinggi Police Station, c) Institutional reputation was found to have a positive and significant influence on community satisfaction at the Bukittinggi Police Station, d) The quality of service was not found to be moderated by the institutional reputation variable in relation to community satisfaction at the Bukittinggi Police Station, e) Public trust was not found to be moderated by the institutional reputation variable in relation to community satisfaction at the Bukittinggi Police Station. In summary, the study identified significant positive relationships between service quality, community trust, and institutional reputation with community satisfaction at the Bukittinggi Police Station. However, the analysis did not find evidence to support the moderation effects of institutional reputation on the relationship between service quality and community satisfaction, or between public trust and community satisfaction at the police station. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the return on assets and Debt to Equity ratio on firm value. This research method is quantitative. In this study there are two independent variables, namely Return on Assets and Debt to Equity, and the dependent variable is firm value. For the population in this study is PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia, Tbk for the 2012-2021 period, as well as the sampling technique used in this study, purposive sampling method. The results of the study show that Return on Assets (ROA) has a significant negative effect on firm value, and this is contrary to the results obtained by several previous researchers and the Debt Equity Ratio (DER) has a significant negative effect on firm value. The results of the study simultaneously show that Return on Assets (ROA) and Debt Equity Ratio (DER) have a significant negative effect on firm value. This is not in line with the results stated by several previous researchers. Keywords: Debt to Equity Ratio, Firm Value, Return on Assets
