Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mentgetahui kinerja keuangan dengan menganalisis perputaran piutang dari Tahun 2015 sampai Tahun 2019. Objek dalam penelitian ini adalah PT. Prima Karya Manunggal kabupaten Pangkep. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan menganalisis rasio perputaran piutang yaitu Receivable Turn Over (RTO), Average Collection Period (ACP), dan Rasio Tunggakan. Sumber data dalam penelitian ini adalah berupa data sekunder yang diperoleh dari laporan keuangan perusahaan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa hasil perhitungan RTO setiap tahunya cenderung berfluktuasi berarti kinerja perusahaan sudah efektif dan efisien dalam pengendalian piutang yang dilakukan perusahaan. Hasil perhitungan ACP PT. Prima Karya Manunggal Kabupaten Pangkep yang semakin kecil jumlahnya, akan tetapi jumlah pelanggan yang membayar lewat jatuh tempo masih ada. Hasil perhitungan rasio tunggakan PT. Prima Karya Manunggal Kabupaten Pangkep yang menunjukkan penurunan akan tetapi pada kenyataanya piutang tertunggak perusahaaan bertambah pada setiap kelompok, untuk menguragi piutang tertunggak, seharusnya perusahaan mempunyai batasan kredit, untuk pelanggan yang mempunyai tunggakan tidak diperbolehkan membeli barang lagi sebelum piutang tertunggak dibayar meskipun itu adalah pelanggan lama.

Abstract

This research aims to provide information and input to the community in carrying out economic activities, especially the community in Tiroang.This research uses qualitative research with method approaches, observations, interviews, documentation, and literature studies.The data analysis technique used is triangulation. The results of this study show that. 1) The form of agricultural land cultivation agreement through a system of cooperation followed by a revenue sharing system is not made in written form because it still uses custom, where the landowner gives up his land or land to be tilled by others.using the provisions of the revenue sharing system. 2) The form of capital in the form of seeds and loss costs; If agricultural land fails to harvest, landowners jointly bear certain losses in the form of pesticides and fertilizers and the rest is borne by landholders.3) A review of Islamic law on the cultivation of agricultural land in the Tiroang community is allowed syar'i because it follows the system of agricultural cooperation known in Islam, namely the muzara'ah system.

Abstract

Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan yakni menganalisis kemudian menjelaskan pengaruh dari kepuasan kerja terhadap turnover intention dari pegawai BRI Cab. Mks Tamalanrea. Data primer dan sekunder yang digunakan untuk jenis data. Metode wawancara, kuesioner, dan observasi atau pengamatan untuk teknik pengumpilan data yang digunakan. Jumlah populasi yang digunakan adalah sebanyak 273 karyawan, tetapi yang dijadikan sampel hanya sebagian dari populasi dari rumus Slovin (Umar, 2008 ) yakni 71 karyawan dengan harapan hasil penelitian yang akan diperoleh mendeskripsikan ciri khas dari populasi secara keseluruhan. Analisis regresi sederhana, uji T, uji normalitas, uji heterokedastisitas dan multikolonieritas adalah beberapa analisis data yang dilakukan untuk memperoleh hasil dari penelitian. Adapun hasilnya adalah ada pengaruh negatif dan signifikan antara kepuasan kerja dengan turnover intention yang berarti bahwa jika kepuasan kerja karyawan tinggi maka akan rendah turnover intentionnya, sebaliknya ketika kepuasan kerja rendah maka akan tinggi turnover intentionnya. Abstract

Banks can be the people's choice in terms of saving for daily or future needs. The Muslim community can choose a seat that does not conflict with their Islamic teachings." Attraction is something that can experience pleasure, pleasure and relaxation. Products are anything that meets market needs and can be offered to the market for attention, purchase, use or consumption. This research uses a descriptive quantitative research type. in Polewali Regency using the intentional sampling method, Polewali district researchers collected 100 people as research samples and processed the data using the SPSS program. The variables used were product (X1), position (X2) and savings interest (Y). The data analysis technique used was descriptive data analysis, validity and reliability test, classical understanding test and hypothesis test. The output variable has a positive and significant effect on the public's interest in saving at Bank Syariah Indonesia Polewali. The calculated t value for this effect is 3.576 which is greater than the t table of 1.661, and this level of significance indicates that the greater public awareness of Islamic banking products and terms, the greater the interest in saving. The location variable has a positive and significant effect on the intention to save at Bank Syariah Indonesia Polewali with a t-count value of 3.879 with a t-table of 1.661 and a significant value of 0.000 <0.1.”This shows that the ability of a location to influence public interest is directly proportional to the distance, security, reach, and the easily visible presence of a bank.”Third, with F count 24.479 > F table 2.36 and a significance value of 0.000 <0.1, the product and location variables together have a positive and significant effect on people's interest in saving at Bank Syariah Indonesia Polewali. This means that if the product and location are further improved, the public's interest in saving will increase.”

Abstract

Generasi milenial telah menjadi pusat perhatian dalam konteks sosial dan pendidikan karena dinamika unik yang mempengaruhi perilaku mereka. Hal ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis tantangan yang dihadapi oleh generasi milenial pada desa Binai terkait perilaku menyimpang dan untuk mengidentifikasi strategi penyuluhan yang efektif untuk mengatasi tantangan ini. Metode penelitian kualitatif digunakan untuk mengumpulkan dan menganalisis data melalui wawancara dan penyuluhan mendalam dengan anggota generasi milenial, tokoh masyarakat, dan praktisi penyuluhan.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa generasi milenial di desa Binai menghadapi beragam tantangan yang memengaruhi perilaku menyimpang, termasuk pengaruh budaya, perubahan nilai-nilai tradisional, dan keterbatasan akses terhadap informasi yang akurat. Berdasarkan temuan ini, strategi penyuluhan yang berfokus pada pendekatan komunikasi yang interaktif, pemanfaatan teknologi informasi, dan penguatan nilai-nilai lokal menjadi kunci dalam mengatasi tantangan tersebut. Penyuluhan juga harus mempertimbangkan peran penting tokoh masyarakat sebagai agen perubahan dalam merancang dan mengimplementasikan program yang relevan.Dalam kesimpulannya, penyuluhan terkait tantangan dan strategi menghadapi perilaku menyimpang generasi milenial di desa Binai memiliki potensi untuk memengaruhi perubahan positif dalam perilaku dan pandangan generasi muda. Dengan pendekatan yang tepat, penyuluhan dapat membantu generasi milenial dalam mengatasi tantangan yang mereka hadapi dan membentuk mereka menjadi individu yang lebih tangguh dan berkontribusi positif terhadap masyarakat.

Abstract

Islamic banking in Indonesia continues to grow rapidly in line with increasing public awareness of the importance of a financial system that complies with sharia principles. (Irhamni et al., 2023) This is supported by data from the Financial Services Authority (OJK), which notes that Islamic banking assets have shown significant growth in Indonesia in recent years. According to the OJK report, total assets of Islamic commercial banks increased from IDR 254,184 billion in 2016 to IDR 586,055 billion in 2024, indicating an average annual growth of around 10% or more, as seen in Graph 1. However, this industry growth presents new challenges, particularly in terms of providing competent human resources (HR) relevant to industry needs. The rapid growth of the Islamic banking sector in Indonesia not only reflects growing public awareness of Islamic financial principles but also demonstrates a significant opportunity for higher education institutions to play an active role in developing competent human resources aligned with industry needs. However, amidst this rapid growth, a serious challenge arises in the form of a mismatch between the competencies of university graduates and the actual needs of the Islamic banking sector, known as a skills mismatch. According to the 2023 Islamic Finance Development Indicator (IFDI) report, Indonesia ranks first in global Islamic financial development, with significant contributions from the Islamic banking sector. However, the main challenge facing this industry is the lack of professional workers with specific competencies in modern Islamic finance and banking (IFDI, 2023). A similar sentiment was echoed by the Financial Services Authority (OJK, 2024), which highlighted that the growth of assets and expansion of Islamic financial institutions is not matched by the availability of human resources with technical expertise, regulatory understanding, and strong Islamic ethical values. This skills mismatch phenomenon demonstrates the gap between education and industry (World Bank, 2022). While many universities have opened Islamic economics or banking study programs, the curriculum often remains theoretical and does not fully reflect the needs of the dynamic Islamic finance industry. Several previous studies, such as those conducted by (Putri, 2019) shows that around 60% of Islamic economics graduates do not yet have the competencies that meet the work standards in Islamic financial institutions, especially in the aspects of financial technology (fintech), digital literacy, Islamic risk management, and Islamic banking product innovation. Skills mismatch not only harms graduates but also the industry, as it increases training and development costs. This research is crucial to identify the extent to which current university curricula are relevant to the needs of the Islamic banking sector and to provide concrete recommendations to reduce this gap. By improving curriculum relevance, universities can enhance graduate competitiveness and support the sustainable growth of the Islamic banking sector. Skills mismatch in Indonesia is a significant issue in the labor market, characterized by a mismatch between the skills of the workforce and industry needs. Data shows that in 2015, vertical mismatch reached 53.33%, while horizontal mismatch reached 60.52%. (Hasibuan, 2019) Another 2019 study indicated that 27.9% of the workforce is overeducated, and 68.4% experience a field of study mismatch. Therefore, addressing the skills mismatch requires collaboration between the government, educational institutions, and industry to align curricula with job market needs and provide relevant training for the workforce. (Dianita Pramesti et al., n.d.) A study in the An Najah Journal highlights a significant gap between the competencies possessed by university graduates and current job market needs. This is evidenced by the high educated unemployment rate in Indonesia, which reached 2.09% in February 2023. (SINTA, 2023) The study examined the phenomena of overeducation and horizontal mismatch among employees in the Indonesian garment industry. The results showed that 67.61% of workers experienced educational mismatch, with 68% of them experiencing overeducation. In this context, research on the relevance of higher education curricula in addressing the skills mismatch in the Islamic banking sector is crucial and urgent. This research seeks to determine the extent to which higher education curricula prepare graduates to meet the demands of the contemporary Islamic finance industry, as well as how synergies between educational institutions, regulators, and industry can be strengthened. In addition, this research has strategic relevance to national policies, particularly the Independent Learning – Independent Campus (MBKM) program, which emphasizes the importance of collaboration between higher education and the workplace to create adaptive, creative, and competitive graduates. (Kemendikbud, 2024). Through this research, it is hoped that a collaborative curriculum model based on industry needs (industry-driven curriculum) can be found that is able to bridge the competency gap, strengthen the technical and non-technical skills of graduates, and support the realization of an inclusive and sustainable national sharia economic ecosystem. Thus, this research not only provides academic contributions in the development of curriculum relevance theory, but also provides practical benefits for the world of higher education, the Islamic banking industry, and policy makers in developing superior human resources that are globally competitive and based on Islamic values.
