Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mentgetahui kinerja keuangan dengan menganalisis perputaran piutang dari Tahun 2015 sampai Tahun 2019. Objek dalam penelitian ini adalah PT. Prima Karya Manunggal kabupaten Pangkep. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan menganalisis rasio perputaran piutang yaitu Receivable Turn Over (RTO), Average Collection Period (ACP), dan Rasio Tunggakan. Sumber data dalam penelitian ini adalah berupa data sekunder yang diperoleh dari laporan keuangan perusahaan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa hasil perhitungan RTO setiap tahunya cenderung berfluktuasi berarti kinerja perusahaan sudah efektif dan efisien dalam pengendalian piutang yang dilakukan perusahaan. Hasil perhitungan ACP PT. Prima Karya Manunggal Kabupaten Pangkep yang semakin kecil jumlahnya, akan tetapi jumlah pelanggan yang membayar lewat jatuh tempo masih ada. Hasil perhitungan rasio tunggakan PT. Prima Karya Manunggal Kabupaten Pangkep yang menunjukkan penurunan akan tetapi pada kenyataanya piutang tertunggak perusahaaan bertambah pada setiap kelompok, untuk menguragi piutang tertunggak, seharusnya perusahaan mempunyai batasan kredit, untuk pelanggan yang mempunyai tunggakan tidak diperbolehkan membeli barang lagi sebelum piutang tertunggak dibayar meskipun itu adalah pelanggan lama.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze and explain the effect of work stress on the employee turnover intention in PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia Makassar Branch Ahmad Yani. The hypothesis proposed in this study is that job stress has a positive effect on the employee turnover intention in PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia Makassar Branch Ahmad Yani. The population in this study were 243 employee of PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia Makassar Branch Ahmad Yani. However in this study, not whole the populations were being the research object, but only a part of the population. This study is expecting that the results obtained would describe the characteristic of the population itself. The sample in this study was determined based on the Slovin formula (Umar, 2008: 68), namely 71 employee. The data used are primary data and secondary data, data collection techniques are interviews, questionnaires, and observations. Data analysis used Regression Analysis, Partial Test (t test) and Classical Assumption Test consisting of the Normality Test, Heteroscedasticity Test and Multicolonierity Test. The results show that the hypothesis is rejected where the job stress variable has no effect on the turnover intention. H1 is rejected and H0 is accepted, meaning that the higher the level of employee work stress, would make lower turnover intention, on the contrary the lower level of employee work stress, makes higher turnover intention.

Abstract

Kecerdasan merupakan salah satu faktor yang mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan dan penentu kesuksesan seseorang, selebihnya dipengaruhi oleh kemampuan intelektual. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui kecerdasan emosional, kinerja karyawan, dan pengaruh kecerdasan emosional terhadap kinerja karyawan frontliner PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia Cabang Polewali pada era pandemi covid-19. Jenis penelitian kuantitatif menggunakan kuesioner penelitian, sampel 55 responden menggunakan teknik sampel jenuh. Hasil analisis deskriptif penelitian menunjukan kecerdasan emosional karyawan frontliner pada penelitian ini dikategorikan cukup yaitu sebanyak 33 responden atau sekitar 60%, nilai rata-rata 4,38 dan standar deviasi 0,37. Sedangkan kinerja karyawan frontliner penelitian ini juga dikategorikan cukup yaitu 32 responden (58,18%), nilai rata-rata 4,39, standar deviasi 0,38. Kecerdasan emosional berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan frontliner PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia pada masa pandemi covid-19, nilai thitung 8,569 > ttabel 1,674 dengan taraf signifikansi 0,000 lebih kecil 0,050 (5%). Besarnya pengaruh kecerdasan emosional terhadap kinerja karyawan sebesar 58,10%, sisanya 41,90% dipengaruhi variabel lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini.

Abstract

Perusahaan asuransi Bumiputera merupakan perusahaan yang menjual jasa kepada pelanggan, sedangkan pada sisi lain, perusahaan asuransi adalah sebagai investor dari tabungan masyarakat kepada investasi yang produktif. Kinerja merupakan salah satu kumpulan total dari kerja yang ada pada diri pekerja atas tugas yang diberikan. Salah satu hal yang dapat mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan adalah komitmen organisasi yang merupakan dimensi perilaku penting dan dapat digunakan untuk menilai kecendrungan karyawan untuk bertahan sebagai anggota organisasi. Berdasarkan latar belakang masalah tersebut, maka penelitian ini mengangkat judul yaitu Pengaruh Komitemen Organisasi Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Asuransi Bumiputera Makassar. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu penelitian kuantitatif dengan lokasi penelitian yaitu kantor Asuransi Bumiputera Makassar. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan tetap Asuransi Bumiputera sebanyak 123 orang dan menjadi sampel sebanyak 36 orang yang dihitung dengan menggunakan rumus Slovin. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan Komitmen organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada Asuransi Bumiputera Makassar dengan nilai t-hitung dari variabel bebas tersebut lebih kecil dari t-tabel atau nilai signifikansi lebih besar dari α 0,05, yakni 1,2,090>1,692 atau 0,038<0,05.

Abstract

Performance is the result of work in quality and quantity that can be achieved by an employee in carrying out his main duties and functions as an employee in accordance with the responsibilities assigned or given to him (Fauzi, 2020). Discusses employee performance, which is inseparable from the factors that affect employee performance, namely the quality of employee work. According to Flippo (Amaliyyah et al., 2021) work quality is a result that can be measured by the effectiveness and efficiency of a job carried out by human resources or other resources in achieving company goals or objectives properly and efficiently. Indonesian Islamic banks are generally required to be able to compete with conventional banks by improving the quality of work of their employees, including moving the wheels of the Indonesian economy (Umardani & Muchlish, 2016). In order to be able to face competition in the banking world, companies need to have advantages, one of which is by improving their human resources (Sinaga et al., 2021). Bank Syraiah Indonesia KCP Wonomulyo Polewali Mandar has 18 active employees at the moment, where researchers are interested in knowing how the quality of these employees is described and how much the average level of work quality is owned by employees. Therefore, the researcher raised the title, which is a description of the quality of work of employees of PT. Bank Syariah Indonesia KCP Wonomulyo Polewali Mandar. This research uses a type of quantitative approach with sampling, namely the saturated sampling technique in which all the population is used as a sample (Unaradjan, 2019). This research was conducted on 18 active employees who were then analyzed using descriptive analysis. The results of the study were that more subjects were male, namely 10 people (55.6%), the most subjects were those who worked 6-10 years, namely 8 people (44.4%), and the most subjects were aged between 26-30 years, namely 7 people (38.8%). As for the quality of work of employees of PT. Bank Syariah Indonesia KCP Wonomulyo Polewali Mandar is dominant in the high category, namely 8 people (58.89%).

Abstract

Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan yakni menganalisis kemudian menjelaskan pengaruh dari kepuasan kerja terhadap turnover intention dari pegawai BRI Cab. Mks Tamalanrea. Data primer dan sekunder yang digunakan untuk jenis data. Metode wawancara, kuesioner, dan observasi atau pengamatan untuk teknik pengumpilan data yang digunakan. Jumlah populasi yang digunakan adalah sebanyak 273 karyawan, tetapi yang dijadikan sampel hanya sebagian dari populasi dari rumus Slovin (Umar, 2008 ) yakni 71 karyawan dengan harapan hasil penelitian yang akan diperoleh mendeskripsikan ciri khas dari populasi secara keseluruhan. Analisis regresi sederhana, uji T, uji normalitas, uji heterokedastisitas dan multikolonieritas adalah beberapa analisis data yang dilakukan untuk memperoleh hasil dari penelitian. Adapun hasilnya adalah ada pengaruh negatif dan signifikan antara kepuasan kerja dengan turnover intention yang berarti bahwa jika kepuasan kerja karyawan tinggi maka akan rendah turnover intentionnya, sebaliknya ketika kepuasan kerja rendah maka akan tinggi turnover intentionnya. Abstract

The increase in fuel prices was influenced by external factors, namely the increase in world oil prices as a result conflict between Ukraine and Russia. The increase in the price of fuel oil (BBM) will certainly cause panic for the community because it will have an impact on increasing prices for businesses such as the clothing sector, food and so on. The increase in fuel prices in Indonesia is seen as capable of influencing purchasing power declining society. The increase in the price of basic foodstuffs will affect consumer response make purchasing decisions at the Segiri Market, Samarinda City. The purpose of this research is to find out. the impact of the increase in fuel prices on the elasticity of demand for groceries at Segiri Market, Samarinda City. This research is a descriptive qualitative research and the nature of this research is a field research. Data collected in research This is primary data by conducting observations and interviews. The data collected is then calculated and interpreted to draw conclusions. The increase in the price of BM fuel has no impact on the elasticity of demand for groceries at Segeri Market, Samarinda City. The provisions are Rice, Cooking oil, sugar, salt, milk, eggs, beef, vegetables, onions (perfectly inelastic or ED = 0). Chicken and chili (in elastic or ED <1). The consumers of Segiri Market, Samarinda City are still willing buy goods according to needs even though there is an increase in fuel prices because basic food is a necessity essential for daily needs.

Abstract

Banks can be the people's choice in terms of saving for daily or future needs. The Muslim community can choose a seat that does not conflict with their Islamic teachings." Attraction is something that can experience pleasure, pleasure and relaxation. Products are anything that meets market needs and can be offered to the market for attention, purchase, use or consumption. This research uses a descriptive quantitative research type. in Polewali Regency using the intentional sampling method, Polewali district researchers collected 100 people as research samples and processed the data using the SPSS program. The variables used were product (X1), position (X2) and savings interest (Y). The data analysis technique used was descriptive data analysis, validity and reliability test, classical understanding test and hypothesis test. The output variable has a positive and significant effect on the public's interest in saving at Bank Syariah Indonesia Polewali. The calculated t value for this effect is 3.576 which is greater than the t table of 1.661, and this level of significance indicates that the greater public awareness of Islamic banking products and terms, the greater the interest in saving. The location variable has a positive and significant effect on the intention to save at Bank Syariah Indonesia Polewali with a t-count value of 3.879 with a t-table of 1.661 and a significant value of 0.000 <0.1.”This shows that the ability of a location to influence public interest is directly proportional to the distance, security, reach, and the easily visible presence of a bank.”Third, with F count 24.479 > F table 2.36 and a significance value of 0.000 <0.1, the product and location variables together have a positive and significant effect on people's interest in saving at Bank Syariah Indonesia Polewali. This means that if the product and location are further improved, the public's interest in saving will increase.”
