Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas tentang bagaimana tradisi penulisan dan pengajaran kitab kuning di lingkungan pesantren Indonesia secara umum. Ada beberapa rumusan masalah di antaranya, bagaimana otoritas dalam kitab kuning itu dibangun dan bagaimana karakteristik dari kitab pesantren tersebut. penelitian ini berfokus pada studi pustaka. Hasilnya, ada beberapa karakteristik yang penulis temukan antara lain, dilihat dari sudut pandang penggunaan bahasa Arab yakni sebagai bahasa penulisan kitab dan format penulisan kitab kuning berbentuk syarah, matan, hasyiyah, dan nukilan. Selain itu, para ulama pesantren mencoba membangun otoritas melalui penulisan kitab kuning. Otoritas tersebut tampak dengan masifnya penggunaan pedagogik dan literatur berbahasa Arab, serta kurikulum pengajarannya. Selain merujuk pada kitab-kitab yang berbahasa Arab, kitab kuning mengandung makna simbolis untuk membedakan Muslim tradisionalis dari Muslim reformis yang wawasan keislamannya berdasarkan pada pembacaan buku-buku keislaman dengan tulisan latin dan dalam bahasa Indonesia (buku putih). [This study discusses how the tradition of writing and teaching the yellow book in Indonesian Islamic boarding schools in general. There are several formulations of the problem, including how the authority in the yellow book is built and what are the characteristics of the pesantren book. This research focuses on literature study. As a result, there are several characteristics that the writer found, among others, seen from the point of view of the use of Arabic, namely as the language of writing books and the format for writing the yellow book in the form of syarah, matan, hasyiyah, and excerpts. In addition, Islamic boarding school scholars try to build authority through writing the yellow book. This authority is seen in the massive use of Arabic pedagogic and literature, as well as the teaching curriculum. In addition to referring to books in Arabic, the yellow book contains a symbolic meaning to distinguis traditionalist Muslims from reformist Muslims whose Islamic insights are based on reading Islamic books written in Latin and in Indonesian (white books).]

Abstract

This article is an observation that the author made while in Banyuwangi.Banyuwangi, which historically was a city that used to be predominantly Hindu, hasnow turned into a predominantly Muslim and religious city. This study focuses onobserving the habit of reading the Koran in the community of one of the villages inBanyuwangi. Some observations were made in the month of Ramadan, and somewere carried out outside the month of Ramadan. Then in collecting data, the authorconducted interviews with one of the local Koran teachers and some of theobservations made by the authors when participating in some of these activities.From the results of research and observations made by the author, it turns out thatthere is an interesting side that displays the piety of the villagers. Among them, theapplication of the practice of the values of the Koran through the reading of theKoran in various forms and is considered the heart of worship. The various forms ofreading the Koran start from reading the Koran in the month of Ramadan combinedwith local cultural traditions, and several sima'an Koran assemblies that wereestablished collectively that have a unique and distinctive feel.

Abstract

Bank interest or usury is simply interpreted as an expression of remuneration for the use of money lent or the use of funds. Communities who need funds for business will provide remuneration to banks that have provided loans in the form of credit for additional business capital, investment and working capital in trade. The aims of this study are: 1) To find out the determination of interest rates at BPR Jember branches. and 2). Knowing the perspective of Islamic economic law on the determination of interest rates at the East Java BPR Jember branch. Research method The type of research used by researchers is empirical research, namely where the empirical legal research method originates from facts quoted directly from the words and behavior levels of research informants, by conducting interviews while conducting direct observation of research locations. This empirical research is used to directly identify the informants and retrieve data from the results of their research directly and in the form of direct documentation as data to strengthen the results of the research. The purpose of this research is to study in depth about the determination of interest rates at the Madani Blooms National Capital Bank in Panti Jember District. Then from the results of this study, there are conclusions from researchers regarding the determination of interest rates in BPR Jember.
