Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out whether the Allocation of Village Funds had a positive and significant effect on Community Welfare in the Lalong Village Community, Banggai Islands Regency. The research sample was the Lalong Village Community, Banggai Islands Regency using a purposive sampling technique with a total of 102 people. Methods of data collection using interviews and questionnaires. Data were analyzed descriptively quantitatively using frequency tables and simple linear regression. The results of data processing carried out through the SPSS version 25.0 program. From the results of the t test, it was found that the Village Fund Allocation variable (X) has a partial influence on Village Community Welfare (Y) in Lalong Village, Banggai Islands Regency. From the results of the Coeficienc test or t test, it was obtained t-count of 69.038 and t-table of 1.663. With this comparison, it means that it can be seen that t-count = 69.038 > t-table = 1.663 which means a positive and significant effect on Community Welfare (Y) in Community of Lalong Village, Banggai Islands Regency

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to prove the influence of Good Corporate Governance, Profitability, Price Earnings Ratio, Operating Expenses and Operating Income on Corporate Social Responsibility partially and simultaneously. The type of research data used is descriptive quantitative data. While the data source used is secondary data obtained through the website www.idx.co.id. The population in this study are manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2017-2021. The sample was selected using a purposive sampling technique and obtained 40 companies with 200 research samples. The data analysis method used is descriptive statistics, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis with four predictors and hypothesis testing using IBM SPSS Statistics version 24. The conclusion of this study shows that the good corporate governance variable partially has a positive and significant effect on corporate social responsibility. Profitability partially has a negative and significant effect on corporate social responsibility, price earnings ratio, partially has a significant negative effect on corporate social responsibility, operating expenses and operating income partially does not affect corporate social responsibility. While good corporate governance, profitability, price earning ratio, operating expenses and operating income simultaneously affect corporate social responsibility.

Abstract

Pengabdian ini menyelidiki peran transformatif inovasi sosial dan kewirausahaan sosial dalam memberdayakan masyarakat pedesaan untuk mengatasi tantangan sosial di Sukabumi. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan metode campuran, wawasan kualitatif dari wawancara dan diskusi kelompok terarah, dan data kuantitatif dari survei terstruktur, Pengabdian ini mengkaji mekanisme dan dampak konsep-konsep ini terhadap pengembangan masyarakat. Temuan-temuannya mengungkapkan tumbuhnya kesadaran akan inovasi sosial dan kewirausahaan di masyarakat. Para wirausahawan sosial muncul sebagai agen perubahan, menawarkan solusi inovatif untuk masalah-masalah yang sudah berlangsung lama. Upaya kolaboratif dan keterlibatan masyarakat mendorong keberhasilan inisiatif-inisiatif ini. Analisis kuantitatif menegaskan hubungan positif antara keterlibatan dalam proyek inovasi sosial dan pemberdayaan masyarakat. Pendidikan dan akses terhadap sumber daya diidentifikasi sebagai faktor penting. Pengabdian ini menggarisbawahi potensi konsep-konsep ini untuk perumusan kebijakan, pengembangan keterampilan, dan kolaborasi, yang menawarkan kerangka kerja yang komprehensif untuk pembangunan pedesaan yang berkelanjutan.

Abstract

Makalah penelitian ini menginvestigasi pengaruh diversifikasi portofolio terhadap manajemen risiko dan kinerja investasi pada investor individu di Jakarta, Indonesia. Diversifikasi portofolio, sebuah strategi fundamental yang berakar pada Teori Portofolio Modern, bertujuan untuk menyeimbangkan pengurangan risiko dan optimalisasi kinerja dengan menyebarkan investasi di berbagai kelas aset. Data dikumpulkan dari 110 investor individu melalui survei terstruktur, menangkap informasi tentang demografi, variabel terkait investasi, komposisi portofolio, dan kinerja investasi historis. Hasil analisis menunjukkan temuan-temuan yang signifikan: Diversifikasi portofolio menunjukkan korelasi negatif dengan deviasi standar dan beta, yang menyoroti perannya dalam pengurangan risiko. Diversifikasi memiliki dampak positif yang signifikan secara statistik terhadap kinerja investasi, yang bertentangan dengan kesalahpahaman bahwa diversifikasi harus mengorbankan imbal hasil. Perbedaan tingkat diversifikasi berdasarkan usia menunjukkan bahwa investor yang lebih muda lebih cenderung melakukan diversifikasi, sementara investor yang lebih tua cenderung memiliki portofolio yang lebih konservatif. Toleransi risiko memengaruhi tingkat diversifikasi, dengan investor yang toleran terhadap risiko akan memilih tingkat diversifikasi yang lebih tinggi.
