Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of organizational culture on job satisfaction with affective commitment as a mediating variable which was carried out at the Klungkung Regency General Hospital. This study was conducted using a saturated sample of 75 people who are nurses. Data was collected by interview method and by distributing questionnaires. The data analysis technique used is structural equation (Structural Equation Modeling-SEM) based on variance or component based SEM, which is often called Partial Least Square (PLS). The results of this study indicate that organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on affective commitment, affective commitment has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, and affective commitment is a variable mediating the influence of organizational culture on job satisfaction.

Abstract

The purpose of the study was to analyze the effect of Perceived Organizational Support and Organizational Empowerment on Employee Well-Being and Employee Engagement and to analyze the effect of Employee Engagement on Employee Well-Being. Associative research conducted at PT. Danamas Insan Kreasi Andalan (DIKA) Denpasar Branch involved 160 respondents with the method of determining the sample using simple random sampling technique. Data were collected by questionnaire, and analyzed by descriptive analysis, PLS-based structural equation modeling (SEM) analysis. Research proves that Perceived Organizational Support has a positive and significant effect on Employee Well-Being, Perceived Organizational Support has a positive and significant effect on Employee Engagement, Organizational Empowerment has a positive and significant impact on Employee Well-Being, Organizational Empowerment has a positive and significant impact on Employee Engagement, and Employee Engagement has a positive and significant effect on Employee Well-Being. The results of this study have been able to clarify that Social Exchange has been confirmed in this study because this study reveals that Social Exchange Theory in the context of employee behavior in the work environment.

Abstract

Employee engagement is related to the company's overall performance and is defined as an employee's emotional commitment to their workplace. PT. Delta Satria Dewata still finds problems related to employee engagement. Another problem is job insecurity that occurs because of a third party or outsourcing that makes employees feel insecure, especially in employee contracts that cause negative emotions. This study aims to determine the effect of job insecurity on employee engagement and the role of negative emotion as a moderator variable. The population in this study were employees of PT. Delta Satria Dewata totals 120 people and the method of determining the sample used is saturated sampling. Data were collected using a questionnaire and measured using a Likert scale. The data analysis used in this study is MRA. The results of this study indicate that job insecurity has a negative and significant effect on employee engagement, while negative emotion strengthens the relationship between job insecurity and employee engagement. The results of this study are in line with the results of previous studies and theoretical studies of two factors related to employee engagement

Abstract

Every company will try to get quality human resources in order to support the effectiveness of the company's work in achieving the expected goals. The purpose of this study was to explain the effect of job characteristics on employee loyalty mediated by vertical trust and perceived supervisory support at the Tritunggal Tuka Credit Cooperative. This research was conducted at the Tritunggal Tuka Credit Cooperative. The sample size used in this study was 80 people with the method of determining the sample, namely saturated sampling. Collecting data using a questionnaire. Data were analyzed using PLS-based SEM analysis techniques. The results show that job characteristics have a significant positive effect on employee loyalty, job characteristics have a positive effect on vertical trust, job characteristics have a positive effect on perceived supervisory support, vertical trust mediates the effect of job characteristics on employee loyalty, and perceived supervisory support mediates the effect of job characteristics on loyalty. employee. Based on the results of this study, it is expected that the Tritunggal Tuka Credit Cooperative understands job characteristics, vertical trust, and perceived supervisory support that can affect employee loyalty.

Abstract

Fenomena menunjukkan adanya rasa loyalitas karyawan yang rendah pada karyawan Warung Subak Antasura karena merasa tidak puas bekerja karena tidak ada kepastian pengembangan karir bagi karyawan khususnya selama masa Pandemi-19, sehingga penelitian ini bertujuan unuk menganalisis pengaruh Job insecurity terhadap kepuasan kerja dan loyalitas karyawan, kemudian pengaruh kepuasan kerja terhadap loyalitas karyawan dan untuk menganalisis peran kepuasan kerja dalam memediasi pengaruh Job insecurity terhadap loyalitas karyawan pada Wr. Subak Antasura. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan tetap yang sudah bekerja minimal 1 tahun di Warung Subak Antasura dengan jumlah sebanyak 45 orang karyawan. Teknik penentuan sampel yang digunakan adalah metode sampel jenuh. Jumlah sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 45 orang responden. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis jalur (Path Analysis). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Job insecurity berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja, Kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas karyawan, Job insecurity tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap loyalitas karyawan, dan Kepuasan kerja dapat memediasi pengaruh Job insecurity terhadap loyalitas karyawan.
