Abstract

This research was intended to know the characteristics of simple sentences of simple present tense made by the seventh grade students of SMP Negeri 7 Samarinda. This study used descriptive design. The population of the research was the seventh grade students of SMP Negeri 7 Samarinda with the total number of the population was 288 students, and the sample members taken was 58 students. The instrument of this study was a written test in the form of transformational sentences. The main tools to analyze the data were illustrations, facts, or features and statements. The research revealed the following findings: The characteristics of simple sentences in simple present tense made by the seventh grade students of SMP Negeri 7 Samarinda were: (a) omitting suffixes –s/es on main verbs for singular subject in affirmative forms, (b) mis forming the main verbs in present tense, (c) mis forming tense in simple present tense, (d) misusing auxiliary do/does in negative and interrogative form, (e) ) omitting auxiliary do/does in negative and interrogative forms and (f) misadding the auxiliary be and will.

Abstract

Sistem pendidikan inklusif diharapkan mampu menjadi jawabannya karena dianggap dapat memberikan lebih banyak kesempatan kepada anak berkebutuhan khusus. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis regulasi yang secara khusus mengatur mengenai pendidikan inklusif di Indonesia serta dasar tanggung jawab negara dalam pemenuhan hak pendidikan inklusif di Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif, sehingga dapat memberikan gambaran atau uraian suatu keadaan pada objek yang diteliti. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa regulasi yang secara khusus mengatur mengenai pendidikan inklusif di Indonesia adalah Peraturan Menteri Pendidikan Nasional RI Nomor 70 Tahun 2009 tentang Pendidikan Inklusif bagi Peserta Didik yang memiliki Kelainan dan memiliki Potensi Kecerdasan dan/atau Bakat Istimewa. Dasar tanggung jawab negara dalam pemenuhan hak pendidikan inklusif di Indonesia adalah terdapat pada Pasal 4 ayat 1 dari Peraturan Menteri Pendidikan Nasional RI Nomor 70 Tahun 2009 tentang Pendidikan Inklusif bagi Peserta Didik yang memiliki Kelainan dan memiliki Potensi Kecerdasan dan/atau Bakat Istimewa diatur bahwa pendidikan diselenggarakan secara demokratis dan berkeadilan serta tidak diskriminatif dengan menjunjung tinggi hak asasi manusia, nilai keagamaan, nilai kultural, dan kemajemukan bangsa. Kemudian berlanjut di Pasal 5 ayat (1), (2) dan (4) yang mengatur bahwa setiap warga negara mempunyai hak yang sama untuk memperoleh pendidikan yang bermutu. Warga negara yang memiliki kelainan fisik, emosional, mental, intelektual, dan/atau sosial berhak memperoleh pendidikan khusus. Serta warga negara yang memiliki potensi kecerdasan dan bakat istimewa berhak memperoleh pendidikan khusus. Dari pengaturan tersebut, terlihat bahwa pendidikan inklusif merupakan bentuk tanggung jawab pemerintah sebagai bagian dalam memenuhi dan menghormati hak asasi manusia.

Abstract

Abstract:The establishment of the village of Kedang Ipil as tourist village could not be separated from the presence of natural attractions in the form of Kandua Raya Waterfall that often become a destination vacation or recreation for the surrounding communities and region in particular communities of East kalimantan. This research is useful for manager or as reference for related party interested in the preparation of Kandua Raya tourism development. Data obtained either the primary data, secondary data and ancillary data are analyzed in a descriptive, quantitative and qualitative. The strategy of the development of nature tourism is in the SWOT analysis to maximize the strength and opportunities of development activities towards local communities, yet simultaneously also can minimize weakness and threats that are contained in it. Knowledge of the economic value of  natural resources and the environment is important, both for the managers, the public, as well as the related agencies. The support of the relevant agencies and the positive attitude of the public is indispensable. Moreover, the road to accessibility to the site is still difficult. Need to repair the road Infrastructure. However, institutions involved and the determination of responsibility does not match the task.Keywords: Environment, waterfall, tourism

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah ada hubungan antara kemampuan pemahaman konsep dan penalaran matematis terhadap hasil belajar aspek kognitif siswa di kelas VIII SMP Negeri 14 Medan. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif korelasional dengan instrumen tes berbantuk uraian. Adapun populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas VIII SMP Negeri 14 Medan yang terdiri dari 6 kelas. Dari populasi tersebut yang menjadi sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas VIII-C SMP Negeri 14 Medan. Dari hasil perhitungan diperoleh kesimpulan sebagai berikut: 1) Terdapat hubungan kemampuan pemahaman konsep terhadap hasil belajar aspek kognitif siswa, dengan nilai r = 0,8249 yang berarti memiliki hubungan sangat tinggi dan persamaan regresinya , 2) Terdapat hubungan kemampuan penalaran matematis terhadap hasil belajar aspek kognitif siswa, dengan nilai r = 0,7196 yang berarti memiliki hubungan tinggi dan persamaan regresinya , dan 3) Terdapat hubungan kemampuan pemahaman konsep dan penalaran matematis terhadap hasil belajar aspek kognitif siswa, dengan nilai R = 0,5809 dan besar hubungan (I) = 68% dan persamaan regresinya
