Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out the financial performance of PT Pertamina EP South Jakarta as seen from the ratio of liquidity, solvency and profitability in 2019-2021. PT Pertamina EP is the main business sector of oil and gas. As for data collection techniques used documentation techniques. From the research that has been carried out, the results show that the liquidity ratio measured using the Current Ratio has decreased every year, from 2019 which was very good to 2021 which was not good. The solvency ratio is measured using the Debt to asset ratio and the Debt to equity ratio. The results of the Debt to asset ratio for 2019-2021 are said to be not good, while the results of the debt to equity ratio have decreased every year, which is shown in 2019 which is categorized as good, 2020 is quite good, and 2021 is not good. While the profitability ratio is measured using Net Profit Margin, which shows fluctuation results because in 2019 it was very good, but in 2020 it has decreased to be quite good, then in 2021 it has increased with very good criteria.

Abstract

The use of social media as a product sales and marketing platform is growing and becoming a trend in today's digital era. In the midst of increasingly fierce business competition, Buket Balon as a manufacturer of decoration products that uses social media as a marketing and sales tool, is required to continue to innovate and improve product image so that it remains in demand by consumers. Therefore this study aims to analyze and find out the factors of how business strategy can improve the image of the Buket Balon product on social media and provide recommendations for Buket Balon to increase sales and profits through social media. This research uses a qualitative-descriptive approach, using the case study method. The informants of this study are consumers of Bouquett balloons. The results of this study Researchers analyzed that Business Strategy in Improving the Image of Balloon Bouquet Products on Social Media Occurs due to several factors, namely promotion, content, discount techniques and copywriting. These factors were apparently influenced by internal and external informants. Suggestions from researchers for SMEs that when making strategies to improve product image can pay attention to these aspects. It is inseparable that now everything is digital-based, so we have to prove that MSMEs are also not left behind

Abstract

The development of the current era, creates opportunities and challenges for people's lives in increasingly advanced economic development. Likewise in bank financial institutions or watching banks. And by improving the quality of customer service and developing an increasingly advanced economy, the government merged 3 state-owned Islamic commercial banks to become Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI). Which can have a positive impact in competing globally by prioritizing complete services, wider reach, and better capital. The strategy of Islamic banks must prioritize aspects of justice and sustainability and pay attention to the interests of customers and society in general. For this reason, strategic management is needed so that the policies taken are not on the wrong target. This writing uses a descriptive qualitative method which is sourced from secondary data, namely from reading materials or excerpts from books, articles, journals, or other relevant scientific works as references in this study, especially strategic management. The results can be known, for strategic management to make analysis of challenges and opportunities in order to dominate the market. With proper allocation of resources, in-depth internal and external analysis. Efeective communication, and collaboration with other functional management. Skills learned for high management are essential to ensure maintenance and succeeful growth of the company’s competitive strength in the long term.

Abstract

The world economic situation from 2010 to 2012 was full of uncertainties. However, the uncertainty of the global economic situation is expected to remain at a high level and have an impact on falling world commodity prices as a result of weakening world trade. In addition, significantly the current business environment is undergoing complex changes. Thus, business uncertainty (turbulence) is increasingly real. This study uses the literature method in examining more deeply the problems that will be discussed. This study describes the importance of external analysis in facing a recession. The results of the study show that the company or organization assisted by the company can formulate the right strategy by considering the threats and opportunities from the recession problem that has occurred.

Abstract

The research on internal environmental analysis was conducted at PT. Perkebunan Nusantara III (Persero), a public company that focuses on plantation business in Medan, Indonesia. The purpose of this study is to analyze the internal environment in achieving goals and developing company strategies. This research employed a qualitative approach. The conclusion of this study is that the company has not been able to manage its strengths to achieve its goals, but has been successful in managing its human resources, resulting in increased business revenue.

Abstract

Business is always related to how we get profit. This study aims to examine how to process properly in the business world by prioritizing business strategy K.H. UIN student cooperative Abdurrahman Wahid trains students entrepreneurial spirit to develop better human resources. The result of this study are Business Strategy, how student themselves can do business with student cooperatives.

Abstract

The Indonesian economy is influenced by rapidly expanding startups. Indonesia is one of the five countries with the most startups, demonstrating the country's high level of enthusiasm. PT is one of them. Goto Gojek Tokopedia (GOTO). In the capital cycle, obviously, it can't be isolated from the systems taken by the organization, one of the choices taken by GoTo to get financing or functional capital for the organization is to lead a First sale of stock (Initial public offering) on the Indonesia Stock Trade (IDX). There are two parts to business development strategies: internal environment analysis and external environment analysis. The descriptive qualitative method was used in this study, and the process of collecting data involved conducting literature reviews of scientific publications.

Abstract

High levels of openness and responsibility in business operations constitute excellent corporate governance. Companies can reduce the likelihood of engaging in harmful behaviors and the danger of financial difficulty by adopting a policy of strong corporate governance. The methodology of this study is quantitative descriptive research. Researchers frequently use quantitative descriptive research methodologies to describe or explain phenomena or features of a population or sample. This study discovered that financial hardship is negatively impacted by the factors leverage, credit risk, liquidity ratios, and good corporate governance. Liquidity, as determined by the Current Ratio, is inversely correlated with the severity of financial crises. Therefore, the results of this study support the claim that CR lessens financial stress.

Abstract

Usaha Mikro Kecil Menengah (UMKM) merupakan salah satu sektor yang memiliki peran mengurangi pengangguran dan membantu perekonomian nasional, hal ini dapat dilihat dari kontribusinya terhadap Produk Domestik Bruto (PDB) Indonesia. Peningkatan jumlah Usaha Mikro, Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM) di Indonesia pada tahun 2019 meningkat sehingga diperlukan suatu tata kelola yang baik untuk pengembangan UMKM tersebut. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menambah literatur tentang tata kelola UMKM yang berperan penting bagi perekonomian Indonesia. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Systematic Literature Review (SLR). Pembahasan dari penelitian ini adalah mengenai tata kelola UMKM dalam menghadapi determinan UMKM antara lain terdiri dari faktor demografi, locus of control, literasi keuangan, financial teknologi, dan inklusi keuangan terhadap kinerja UMKM. Kata Kunci: Faktor Demografi, Financial Technology, Inklusi Keuangan, Kinerja UMKM, Literasi Keuangan, Locus of Control.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis Penanaman Modal Dalam Negeri (PMDN), Penanaman Modal Asing (PMA), Inflasi, dan Tenaga Kerja terhadap Pertumbuhan Ekonomi Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan data timeseries yang terdapat pada penelitian terdahulu. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Penanaman Modal Dalam Negeri (PMDN) memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap Pertumbuhan Ekonomi, Pertumbuhan ekonomi di Indonesia masih sangat tergantung dari besarnya investasi yang masuk khususnya PMA, Inflasi berpengaruh signifikan dan negatif terhadap Pertumbuhan Ekonomi Indonesia, dan tenaga kerja merupakan salah satu faktor positif yang memacu pertumbuhan ekonomi
