Abstract

Control of Covid-19 has coincided with a period of economic growth in Indonesia. The banking sector felt the effects of this. The purpose of this study is to identify and analyze the effect of Earning Per Share, Debt to Equity Ratio, and Return on Assets on stock prices. For the duration of this research project (2019-2021), we will calculate and analyze the financial ratios of banking companies traded on the Indonesia Stock Exchange relative to their stock prices. Information for this study was gathered, recorded, and analyzed using a documentation strategy. The study's population consisted of 43 businesses, and 17 were randomly selected for sampling by the purposive sampling technique. This study found that while Earning Per Share and Debt to Equity Ratio were both significantly related to stock prices, Return on Assets was not.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of competence, communication, discipline and work environment variables on the performance of employees at Sangkrah Health Center, Pasar Kliwon District, Surakarta City. This research method uses a quantitative research design. The sample in the study was 37 employees at the Sangkrah Health Center, Pasar Kliwon District, Surakarta City. The sampling technique used in this research is the Census technique. Data collection using a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used statistical analysis, namely multiple linear regression test, F test, t-test, and coefficient of determination. The results showed that competence, communication, discipline and work environment had a significant effect on the performance of employees at the Sangkrah Health Center, Pasar Kliwon District.

Abstract

Employee performance is very important for a business to be successful and achieve its goals. This research is urgent to do because it provides a better understanding of the factors that influence the performance of nurses at Bung Karno General Hospital, Surakarta. This study aims to determine the effect simultaneously or partially of motivation, discipline, leadership and environmental variables on the performance of nurses at the Bung Karno Regional Public Hospital, Surakarta. This research method uses a quantitative research design. The sample in the study was 80 nurses at the Bung Karno Regional Public Hospital in Surakarta who were taken using a census or saturated sampling technique. Data collection used a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used statistical analysis, namely multiple linear regression test, F test, t-test, and coefficient of determination. The results showed that motivation, discipline, leadership and the environment had a significant effect on the performance of nurses at the Bung Karno Regional Public Hospital in Surakarta, both partially and simultaneously.
