Abstract

In study This there are 2 variables that is variable independent (X), and variable short (Y). Study This aim for test intention student in entrepreneurship at the Faculty of Economics at Efarina University ripening. Based on the total sample is 20 respondents, total sample made based on amount respondent that is as many as 20 respondents. In study This using the primary data obtained from deployment questionnaire. Amount distributed questionnaires as many as 20 copies and who can back and processed of 20 copies . From the results the can be concluded, development intention entrepreneurship in the faculty Efarina University of Economics is very influential in reduce level unemployed educated especially at efarina university.

Abstract

Pengaruh Kompensasi Terhadap Produktivitas Karyawan di Universitas Efarina Pematang Siantar. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh kompensasi terhadap produktivitas karyawan. Sampel yang digunakan adalah karyawan Universitas efarina dimana jumlah sampel yang ditetapkan pada penelitian ini sebanyak 34 orang. Analisis yang digunakan meliputi uji validitas, uji reliabilitas.Berdasarkan uji-t yang dilakukan dan hasil analisis regresi linier 1 di atas dapat diketahui bahwa Kompensasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Produktivitas karyawan dan pada hasil analisis regresi linier 2 diketahui bahwa Kompensasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Produktivitas Karyawan

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh Brand Image dan Harga terhadap keputusan konsumen membeli mobil Suzuki All New Ertiga pada PT. Trans Sumatera Agung Cabang Pematang Siantar Sumatera Utara. Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh meningkatnya pengguna mobil Suzuki All New Ertiga dibandingkan varian lain di kelasnya dengan menguasai pangsa pasar di Indonesia sebesar 35% (menduduki peringkat 3). Data penelitian ini dikumpulkan dari 136 responden yang menggunakan mobil Suzuki All New Ertiga. Responden yang diperoleh dengan menggunakan teknik nonprobability sampling dengan teknik penentuan sampel yaitu incidental sampling. Pernyataan diberikan dengan menggunakan kuisioner. Tanggapan responden terhadap pernyataan-pernyataan kemudian dianalisis kuantitatif. Analisis kuantitatif meliputi uji validitas dan reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, uji hipotesis lewat uji F dan uji t, uji koefisien determinasi (R2) dan analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel brand image dan harga secara simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian mobil Suzuki All New Ertiga pada PT.Trans Sumatera Agung Cabang Pematang Siantar Sumatera utara. Secara parsial variabel brand image berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian dengan thitung > ttabel yaitu 4.967 > 1.977. Sedangkan variabel harga berpengaruh positif terhadap keputusan pembelian dengan thitung < ttabel yaitu 4.362 < 1.977. Variabel yang paling dominan berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian mobil Suzuki All New Ertiga pada PT.Trans Sumatera Agung Cabang Pematang Siantar Sumatera utara adalah variabel harga dengan koefisien regresi sebesar 0.584.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of service quality which consists of physical evidence, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy on customer satisfaction for users of the Deli Serdang Ranking Tutoring services. The population in this study were high school students who used Ranking tutoring services as many as 218 people. The sample in this research is 70 respondents. Primary data collection was carried out using a questionnaire measured by a Likert scale. Secondary data obtained from books related to research. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the data research show that service quality includes physical evidence, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy simultaneously has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction in users of the Deli Serdang Ranking Tutoring services. The results of the partial significance test stated that physical evidence, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy had a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction, while reliability had a positive and insignificant effect on customer satisfaction for users of the Deli Serdang Ranking Tutoring services. And the result of the F test is Ftable = 2.36, where Fcount > Ftable (63.263 > 2.36) which means simultaneously there is a positive and significant influence from the independent variables namely physical evidence, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy on the dependent variable on student satisfaction in the Deli Serdang Ranking Tutoring.
