Abstract

This study aims to find out what factors can support the employee engagement in a corporate organization, this study uses a literature review of several articles related to dependent and independent, in this study does not use a questionnaire distribution involving respondents, the findings of this study are all variables independent variables significantly influence the dependent variable, so employee engagement is successful if there is support or influence from the independent variables and intervening variable. For the future, research can be developed with the variables in this scientific article with research methods, references or objects used.

Abstract

Studi ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui ada tidaknya pengaruh yang signifikan antara interaction-environment dan learner-characteristic sebagai variabel independen terhadap e-learning satisfaction sebagai variabel dependen. Disini faktor interaction- environment direpresentasikan melalui variabel-variabel Learner-content interaction, Learner- instructor interaction, dan Learner-learner interaction. Sedangkan faktor learner- characteristics direpresentasikan melalui variabel-variabel Self-efficacy dan Self- directed. Studi dilakukan pada sebuah perguruan tinggi swasta di Jakarta, dan sebagai sampel penelitian dipilih para mahasiswa di institusi tersebut dengan teknik purposive sampling. Metode analisis data menggunakan teknik regresi linier berganda. Hasil olah data menunjukkan bahwa semua variabel independen berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap variabel dependen, kecuali Learner-learner interaction tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap E-learning satisfaction.

Abstract

MAA merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang layanan kesehatan pendengaran dengan bisnis utama saat ini adalah penjualan alat bantu dengar secara ritel. Indonesia merupakan pasar yang cukup besar untuk alat bantu dengar mengingat besarnya jumlah penduduk dan tingginya prevalensi ketulian dan gangguan pendengaran di Indonesia. Akan tetapi, banyaknya pesaing dan juga munculnya pandemi Covid-19 di awal Maret 2020 merupakan tantangan tersendiri untuk perusahaan. Oleh karena itu, untuk mempertahankan posisinya sebagai salah satu market leader dan untuk bertahan dalam kondisi yang tidak menentu, PT. MAA membutuhkan sebuah strategi bisnis yang tepat sesuai dengan faktor eksternal yang dihadapi dan faktor internal yang dimiliki oleh perusahaan. Strategi bisnis untuk PT. MAA dikembangkan melalui analisis eksternal menggunakan PESTLE dan Porter’s Five Forces serta analisis internal menggunakan analisis fungsional. Untuk mengembangkan alternatif strategi digunakan matriks internal dan eksternal dan matriks SWOT, sedangkan penentuan strategi prioritas digunakan analisis matriks quantitatif strategi planning.

Abstract

AbstractThis research aims to investigate the effect of Carbon Disclosure (CD) on SDGs Performance and explore the moderating role of Green innovation. The research data was taken from 220 public Mining and Energy companies in Indonesia during the 2017-2021 period. Data processing was carried out using the pooled least squares (PLS) model approach. The results of the study show that Carbon Disclosure (CD) and Green Innovation (GI) can significantly improve SDGs performance. The result of Green Innovation has been shown to significantly strengthen the positive effect of Carbon Disclosure (CD) on SDGs Performance.The implications of this research contribute to the literature related to signaling theory and RBV that the role of CD practices and GI play an important role in sustainability performance (SDGs). Then, companies must actively participate and continue to develop environmental care practices, incorporating issues into the formulation of company strategy through improving environmental performance such as implementing CD practices.Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Carbon Disclosure (CD) terhadap Kinerja SDGs dan mengeksplorasi peran moderasi dari green innovation. Data penelitian diambil dari 220 perusahaan publik Energi dan Pertambangan di Indonesia selama periode 2017-2021. Data penelitian ini diolah dengan menggunakan pendekatan model Pooled Least Square (PLS). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Carbon Disclosure (CD) dan Green Innovation (GI) dapat meningkatkan kinerja SDGs secara signifikan. Kehadiran Green Innovation terbukti secara signifikan memperkuat pengaruh positif Carbon Disclosure (CD) terhadap Kinerja SDGs. Implikasi penelitian ini berkontribusi pada literatur terkait signaling theory dan RBV bahwa peran praktik CD dan GI memegang peranan penting dalam meningkatkan kinerja keberlanjutan (SDGs). Kemudian, perusahaan harus berpartisipasi aktif dan terus mengembangkan praktik peduli lingkungan, memasukkan isu-isu ke dalam perumusan strategi perusahaan melalui peningkatan kinerja lingkungan seperti penerapan praktik CD.

Abstract

Digital transformation in healthcare requires adaptive leadership and a workforce equipped to navigate ongoing organizational change. This study investigates the relationship between transformational leadership, readiness for change, and work motivation among healthcare professionals in Indonesia. A cross-sectional quantitative design was employed, involving 216 participants from five private hospitals selected through purposive sampling. Data were collected using a validated questionnaire assessing transformational leadership, readiness for change, and work motivation, and analyzed using Spearman’s rank correlation. Findings revealed that most respondents perceived transformational leadership at a moderate level, exhibited high readiness for change, and reported moderate to high levels of work motivation. Significant positive correlations were identified between transformational leadership and work motivation (r = 0.501; p < 0.001), transformational leadership and readiness for change (r = 0.528; p < 0.001), and between work motivation and readiness for change (r = 0.647; p < 0.001)These results underscore the pivotal role of transformational leadership in enhancing employee motivation and fostering change readiness within healthcare settings. Strengthening leadership competencies, particularly in inspirational motivation, individualized consideration, and intellectual stimulation, is vital for the successful implementation of digital transformation initiatives. The study highlights the importance of structured leadership development and institutional support in cultivating a motivated, adaptable, and innovation-oriented healthcare workforce. Keyword: Digital Transformation, Healthcare Workforce, Readiness To Change, Transformational Leadership, Work Motivation
