Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to determine how employee evaluation improves performance. the research method used is the descriptive qualitative method.  The theory used in this study is the evaluation criteria of William N Dunn (2003).  Research data using primary data and secondary data.  Primary data is obtained through interviews with informants who know the problem to be studied, while secondary data is obtained through books, scientific journals, and government documents/regulations.  The results of this study indicate that there is a delay in completing work and an excess workload given by employees so that some employees have to complete work outside of working hours and the rules of job analysis and workload analysis at the Government Office of the Housing, Settlement, and Land of Bekasi City are still not suitable following which has been specified.

Abstract

The results of the literature review above are many factors that cause turnover to occur in The purpose of this study is to determine the factors that influence turnover strategies in companies, as for factors that are significant or insignificant, it can be seen from the synthesis in this article, the findings are several factors are the main causes so that employees do not resign from the company, the research method of this article is a literature review that does not have respondents and for the literature review is a mixture of national and international articles.

Abstract

The purpose of this literature review research is to see the correlation between the independent variable and the dependent variable, the novelty found is that there is a new framework in this study and previously there has been no constellation of problems like this research, the methodology uses a literature review study of various national and international journals, the results of this study are the significance between variables and the results of this study are the novelty of the framework model and new articles that have not previously been studied by other researchers. In the future, research can be developed with the variables in this scientific article with research methods, references, or objects used.

This study aims to find out what factors can support the success of succession planning in a corporate organization, this study uses a literature review of several articles related to dependent and independent, in this study does not use a questionnaire distribution involving respondents, the findings of this study are all variables independent variables significantly influence the dependent variable, so succession planning is successful if there is support or influence from the independent variables.

Abstract

This scientific article aims to provide a proof and justification and the final result is a contribution and adds treasures to existing research results, This scientific article uses a causative method with literature studies derived from scientific articles from reputable journals that have a good reputation. The results of this study then the qualitative variables in this study describe the findings in this scientific article related to digital leadership, agile organization and sustainability variables are proven, and strongly used, so that the researcher provides a perspective that in the scope of human resource management there are many variables from this scientific article, related to other variables that can be used in future research.

Abstract

The importance of the role of human resources is a determinant for the sustainability of the company's running. Nurse performance problems occur due to excessive workload and result in nurse work stress. This research was conducted at Cahaya Medika Hospital. In this study, the authors used a quantitative approach. The types of data used in this study are primary data and secondary data, with calculations using SPSS version 25. The population in the study was 63 nurses. The number of samples used corresponds to the number of the population. Based on the results of the analysis of workload variable research (X1), a calculated t value of 2.647 > 1.99962 (t table) was obtained with a sig of 0.010 < 0.05 or a sig value smaller than 0.05. This means that partially Workload (X1) has a positive and significant effect on Performance (Y). Variable Work Stress (X2), obtained a calculated t value of 3.925 > 1.99962 (t table) with a sig of 0.000 < 0.05 or a sig value smaller than 0.05. This means that partially Work Stress (X2) has a positive and significant effect on Performance (Y). Simultaneous tests are known if obtained F count of 35.454 > 3.148 (F table) with a sig value of 0.000 < 0.05 or a significant value of less than 0.05. Based on that, H1 and H2 are accepted which means that simultaneously Workload (X1) and Work Stress (X2) have a positive and significant effect on Performance (Y).

Abstract

Abstract

Artikel ini mengulas variabel-variabel yang mempengaruh Kinerja Karyawan : Insentif dan Motivasi. Tujuan dari penulisan ini adalah untuk mengetahui variabel yang mempengaruhi Kinerja Karyawan, khususnya yang berkaitan dengan insentif dan motivasi. Metode penulisan artikel ilmiah ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dan juga penelitian kepustakaan untuk membantu memperoleh banyak atau beragam gambaran tentang faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi hasil variabel yang diteliti. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, maka hasil artikel tinjauan pustaka ini adalah: 1) insentif berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Karyawan ; 2) motivasi berpengaruh terhadap loyalitas kerja karyawan. Keterbatasan tulisan ini adalah literatur yang digunakan terutama berasal dari jurnal ilmiah, buku dan publikasi resmi yang berkaitan dengan manajemen sumber daya manusia. Data sekunder dan primer akan dikumpulkan dengan cermat untuk memastikan validitas dan reliabilitas Dengan menulis artikel ini, peneliti berharap dapat memberikan landasan untuk mengembangkan kebijakan pengelolaan sumber daya manusia yang lebih efektif. Keaslian penelitian ini terletak pada analisis literatur yang komprehensif dan mendalam terhadap konsep-konsep kunci seperti insentif, motivasi, kinerja karyawa. Pemahaman yang mendalam ini memperkaya pemahaman kita tentang hubungan antar variabel.
