Abstract

AbstractionThe success of economic development has indicators of economic factors and non-economic factors. The impact of the corona has made the Indonesian economy slump. The business world in various sectors, including trade, industry, and services, has also felt the impact of Covid 19. Various strategies have been carried out to maintain economic activity so that it continues to exist. The purpose of this study was to analyze the state of the city of Kediri after the covid 19 pandemic and to analyze the implementation of SWOT analysis to maintain the economy of the city of Kediri after the covid 19 pandemic. This type of research is qualitative descriptive. The results of this study indicate that the economic growth of the City of Kediri in 2021 has increased by 2.50%. The application of the Kediri City SWOT analyst in maintaining the economy after the COVID-19 pandemic is that the advantages include the cooperation between the city government and the cities/regencies of Blitar and Madiun, MSMEs, farmers, communities, zakat management institutions and banking institutions in the city of Kediri. The existence of a service city by carrying out digital acceleration comprehensively. The weakness is to avoid the gratification of cooperation with zakat management institutions to distribute donations. The decline in Gudang Garam cigarette sales. The stock of sugar and eggs in the city of Kediri is limited. Opportunities include the application of digitalization to MSMEs to increase sales turnover. Inflation is still at 1.9, but demand is still there. Inflation was successfully controlled, and as a result, many investors were interested in investing in the city of Kediri. Threats include an increase in open unemployment. In addition, there was also an increase in poverty to 7.69%

Abstract

Islamic bank performance appraisal uses criteria with specific characteristics, namely the Islamicity Performance Index. This study aims to analyze the development of the financial performance of Islamic Commercial Banks in Indonesia. This type of research is descriptive quantitative research. Sampling using purposive sampling. The analysis technique uses non-statistical quantitative methods. This study indicates that the PSR tends to increase, and the best is Bank Mega Syariah. The best ZPR of BNI Syariah. BRI Syariah's best EDR Qard, for the best EDR Employees Bank Mega Syariah, for the best EDR Dividend BSM. BSM's best EDR net profit. For WD-Employee, Mega Syariah Bank's best ratios and for income syariah VS Non income syariah are all very good. This research implies that it can contribute to Islamic Commercial Banks to evaluate their performance primarily for the Zakat Performance Ratio so that the role of Islamic social banks will be better.

Abstract

The industry is required not only to conduct business activities to obtain new customers, but also to increase the loyalty of old customers or customer loyalty. This study aims to determine customer satisfaction, customer trust, and customer loyalty. In addition, it is also to find out the effect of customer satisfaction on customer loyalty, the influence of customer trust on customer loyalty, and the influence of customer satisfaction and customer trust on customer loyalty on students of Islamic Boarding School ar-Roudloh Kediri City simultaneously on Fair & Lovely facial moisturizing cream products. This research uses a descriptive quantitative approach. The population of this research is 107 students of Islamic Boarding School ar-Roudloh Kediri City, East Java. While the number of samples in this study were 65 students. The results showed that the customer satisfaction, customer trust, and customer loyalty of each student included in the category of "Enough". From the results of correlation calculations it is known that partially customer satisfaction and customer trust variables have a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty of students of Islamic Boarding School ar-Roudloh Kediri on Fair & Lovely facial moisturizing cream products. The F test results show that Customer Satisfaction (X1) and Customer Trust (X2) simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on the Customer Loyalty (Y) variable with a value of 81.2%. While the remaining 18.8% is influenced by other variables such as choice reduction and habits, emotional bonding, and history with company.
