REKONSTRUKSI PENGELOLAAN WAKAF: BELAJAR PENGELOLAAN WAKAF DARI BANGLADESH DAN MALAYSIA Fauza, Nilna

Abstract

Waqf is a unique Islamic economic instruments that bases its function on the elements of virtue (birr), goodness (ihsan) and fraternity (brotherhood). Therefore, in order endowments can be managed productively, it is proper we reconstruct the management of waqf in Indonesia to study and reflect on the country or institution that has been able to manage endowments properly.This article examines the management of waqf of Bangladesh and Malaysia. Focussing assessments on critical thinking and innovative endowments management system, covering Operationalization of the Social Investment Bank Limited in Bangladesh, Operationalization Certificate Endowments Money, Cash Waqf in Malaysia. The systems offered by Bangladesh and Malaysia are the commercial-style systems. Such trends illustrate that the strengthening of the role of endowments in both countries have been reconstruction (an increase towards better), namely (1) from the traditional to the waqf endowments productive, (2) of the goods remains to move goods, in this case the cash endowments, and ( 3) from the beginning that only relies on traditional instruments which is taking a direct benefit from the existing endowment, the endowment development efforts through commercial instruments.If Indonesian muslims are able to carry out that reconstruction on a large scale, it will show the positive implications of the activities of the cash endowments, cash endowments have unique opportunities for the creation of an investment in the fields of religion, education and social services.Keywords; reconstruction, management system, waqf

Abstract

The National Zakat Index is a measure of performance in zakat management. With good zakat management performance, it is expected to support the implementation of sustainable development goals (SDGs). The purpose of the study was to analyze the performance of zakat management in the City of Kediri BAZNAS based on the IZN approach and analyze its implications for SDGs' achievement. This research uses a mixed-methods approach. Non-statistical quantitative methods and non-parametric qualitative methods. The results of this study in the 2019 value of IZN is not good. Macro dimension values with index are not acceptable. Besides, the database of zakat institutions is not good. Furthermore, the micro dimension, the performance of BAZNAS in Kediri City, is quite good. The influence of the performance of zakat management on the achievement of SDGs using the ANP method. Namely, the zakat program clusters occupy the priority of the Kediri program care, besides that the SDGs cluster is without poverty. The reason is the principle of zakat distribution in the City Board of Kediri prioritizing daruriyah (primary needs). Furthermore, the preferred strategy is cooperation with the government and stakeholders.

Abstract

As a discourse that is often considered hegemonic in Islamic studies, Fiqh often contributes to the emergence of various perspectives, including exclusive perspectives. As a matter of fact, Fiqh which once offered an abundance of thoughts and perspectives is now often used as a tool of truth legitimacy (truth claim). That means the truth (piety) of a person is often attributed to how pious s/he is in applying Islamic laws. Furthermore, Fiqh which was initially nothing but merely a person's understanding of God's will, is often positioned as an ideology of which others must obey its truth. On the basis of this ideologization, certain understanding often legitimizes itself as the only understanding to generalize a truth or reality. Meanwhile, other understandings are considered to have no authority. Therefore, they must be rejected even though establishing only one religious understanding in the midst of a multicultural society like in Indonesia, is very prone to cause conflicts. Considering the case previously mentioned, establishing Fiqh from a figure who is inclusive and sensitive to multiculturalism becomes important for Muslims in Indonesia in order to have a variety of perspectives in social life and to be able to show the public that Islamic laws can be a social integration instead of a trigger for social disintegration.

Abstract

The study of Islamic law is the oldest branch of Islamic sciences and has been developed since the tabi'in era and continues to the present day. It's just that in these Islamic studies, Islamic law research seems to be more focused on atomistic and textual approaches. Speaking of Islamic law certainly cannot be separated from ushul fiqh (Islamic legal theory) because this knowledge has become the basic framework in establishing Islamic law so far. The methodology of ushul fiqh is considered as one of the models for solving the problems of Muslims found by the world of Islamic thought and not shared by other people. Jurisprudence is still considered and assumed and is believed to be one of the means to solve the problems of the contemporary people or even future problems. Jurisprudence has functions and roles similar to logic in philosophy. If logic can prevent someone from making a mistake in arguing, then ushul fiqh prevents a faqih from making a mistake in deviating the law, then it is clear that ushul fiqh can also be called the epistemology of Islamic law. The use of ushul fiqh still needs to be maximized so that ushul fiqh as a method of legal discovery which is part of Islamic law research truly functions properly. In general, Islamic law research is divided into two parts: (1) research on descriptive Islamic law (wasfi), and (2) research on normative / prescriptive Islamic law (mi'yari).

Abstract

The dynamics of the political and state development of the Indonesian nation has always been side by side with religion and religious leaders. For religious circles, especially in East Java, the role of the kiai in politics is still often debated. The relational continuum between religious and political figures can be divided into two epicenters. The community in Nganjuk Regency can be categorized as a multi-religious society with religious and belief characteristics. The views of religious leaders who are members of the Nganjuk Regency FKUB socio-religiously represent social phenomena on various life problems, including politics. As subjects who have religious roles, functions, and social status, their views on politics can be studied as a basic capital in further understanding the attitudes and behavior of religious leaders in politics on the one hand, and the attitudes and behavior of people towards religious and political figures on the other. another. In general, this study aims to examine the legitimacy of religious politics according to the interpretation of the multi-religious society of Nganjuk district. In particular, this study aims to examine and describe two, namely (1) the views of the multi-religious community of Nganjuk district on the political legitimacy of religious figures; and (2) the factors that shape the views of the multi-religious community of Nganjuk district on the political legitimacy of religious figures. This research was conducted with a qualitative approach. The type of research used is field research. The data analysis in this research is interpretive analysis and content analysis using deductive-inductive and inductive-deductive thinking lines on an ongoing basis. The data in this case are substantively-contextually interpreted using a sociological approach. The primary data source is the views of the multi-religious community represented by members of the Nganjuk FKUB regarding the political legitimacy of religious figures. The data collection technique used in this research is to use interview and documentation techniques. The data analysis technique used to process the research data is the qualitative data analysis of the Miles and Huberman flow model. Keywords: political legitimacy, religious leaders, multi-religious

Abstract

The industry is required not only to conduct business activities to obtain new customers, but also to increase the loyalty of old customers or customer loyalty. This study aims to determine customer satisfaction, customer trust, and customer loyalty. In addition, it is also to find out the effect of customer satisfaction on customer loyalty, the influence of customer trust on customer loyalty, and the influence of customer satisfaction and customer trust on customer loyalty on students of Islamic Boarding School ar-Roudloh Kediri City simultaneously on Fair & Lovely facial moisturizing cream products. This research uses a descriptive quantitative approach. The population of this research is 107 students of Islamic Boarding School ar-Roudloh Kediri City, East Java. While the number of samples in this study were 65 students. The results showed that the customer satisfaction, customer trust, and customer loyalty of each student included in the category of "Enough". From the results of correlation calculations it is known that partially customer satisfaction and customer trust variables have a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty of students of Islamic Boarding School ar-Roudloh Kediri on Fair & Lovely facial moisturizing cream products. The F test results show that Customer Satisfaction (X1) and Customer Trust (X2) simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on the Customer Loyalty (Y) variable with a value of 81.2%. While the remaining 18.8% is influenced by other variables such as choice reduction and habits, emotional bonding, and history with company.

Abstract

Pondok pesantren pada umumnya sering identik dengan berbagai persoalan lingkungan, kesehatan, serta kebersihan. Upaya menguatkan kemampuan, keterampilan, dan kemandirian budaya ramah lingkungan melalui penerapan fiqh al-bi’ah sangat strategis untuk dilakukan di kalangan pondok pesantren. Metode pengabdian masayarakat yang digunakan adalah Participatory Action Research (PAR), yakni pengabdian dilaksanakan secara partisipatif di antara masyarakat santri Pondok Pesantren Mifathul Ula Nglawak Kertosono Kabupaten dan dilakukan melalui tiga pilar utama, yakni (1) metodologi riset melalui sistematisasi langkah dan prosedur pengabdian secara ilmiah, (2) dimensi aksi yakni melalui rangkaian pelatihan/sosialisasi kebersihan dan kesucian, konservasi lingkungan, dan pengelolaan sampah, serta (3) dimensi partisipasi yakni pendampingan/ simulasi yang melibatkan sebanyak mungkin masyarakat pondok sebagai pelaksana PAR-nya sendiri. Hasil pengabdian menunjukkan bahwa, pertama, melalui kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini telah dapat diperkuat budaya ramah lingkungan santri melalui pelatihan penerapan fiqh al-bi’ah di Pondok Pesantren Miftahul Ula Nglawak Kertosono Nganjuk. Dengan demikian, peningkatan keseimbangan kualitas hidup dan kehidupan dengan lingkungan di pondok pesantren Miftahul Ula Nglawak Kertosono Kabupaten Nganjuk diharapkan dapat terwujud. Kedua Melalui kegiatan pengabdian ini telah dapat diperkuat budaya ramah lingkungan santri melalui pendampingan penerapan fiqh al-bi’ah di Pondok Pesantren Miftahul Ula Nglawak Kertosono Nganjuk. Konsep “darling” sebagai cerminan budaya ramah lingkungan sesuai penerapan fiqh al-bi’ah. Santri. Santri dan masyarakat pondok pesantren Miftahul Ula yang memiliki pengetahuan, sikap kritis, keterampilan, dan kemandirian menkonservasi atau melestarikan alam melalui gerakan penghijauan serta reklamasi lingkungan hijau (eco green) sebagai cerminan budaya ramah lingkungan sesuai penerapan fiqh al-bi’ah. Islamic boarding schools, in general, are often synonymous with various environmental, health, and hygiene issues. Efforts to strengthen the ability, skills, and independence of an environmentally friendly culture through the application of fiqh al-bi'ah are very strategic to be carried out among Islamic boarding schools. The community service method used is Participatory Action Research (PAR), namely the service is carried out in a participatory manner among the santri community of Mifathul Ula Islamic Boarding School in Kertosono Regency and is carried out through three main pillars, namely (1) research methodology through the systematization of steps and procedures for scientific service, (2) the action dimension, namely through a series of training/socialization on cleanliness and sanctity, environmental conservation, and waste management, and (3) the participation dimension, namely mentoring/simulation that involves as many cottage communities as possible as PAR implementers. The service results show that, first, through this community service activity, the environmentally friendly culture of students has been able to be strengthened through training on the application of fiqh al-bi'ah at the Miftahul Ula Islamic Boarding School, Nglawak Kertosono Nganjuk. Thus, improving the balance of the quality of life and living with the environment at the Miftahul Ula Islamic boarding school in Nglawak Kertosono, Nganjuk Regency is expected to be realized. Second, through this service activity, the environment-friendly culture of santri has been strengthened through assistance in the application of fiqh al-bi'ah at the Miftahul Ula Islamic Boarding School, Nglawak Kertosono Nganjuk. The concept of "darling" reflects an environmentally friendly culture according to the application of fiqh al-bi'ah. Students. Santri and the community of Miftahul Ula Islamic boarding school who the know, critical attitude, skills, and independence in conserving or preserving nature through reforestation and green environmental reclamation (eco-green) movements as a reflection of environmentally friendly culture according to the application of fiqh al-bi'ah.
