Abstract

Penelitian ini berjudul “Motivasi Pemanfaatan Koleksi Buku Teks Pelajaran oleh Siswa Kelas VIII dalam Upaya Mendukung Kegiatan Proses Pembelajaran di MTs Negari 2 Semarang Tahun Ajaran 2013/2014”. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui berbagai faktor yang memotivasi siswa kelas VIII dalam memanfaatan koleksi buku teks pelajaran untuk mendukung kegiatan proses pembelajaran di MTs Negeri 2 Semarang.Penelitian ini menggunakan desain penelitian kualitatif. Sedangkan jenis dalam penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian deskriptif dengan bentuk studi kasus. Adapun subjek penelitiannya yaitu siswa kelas VIII dan objek penelitian ini adalah buku teks pelajaran di perpustakaan MTs Negeri 2 Semarang. Sumber data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu sumber data primer dan data sekunder. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan tiga sumber yaitu, wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu, reduksi data, penyajian data, dan simpulan. Adapun uji validitas data dilakukan dengan cara perpanjangan pengamatan, meningkatkan ketekunan pengamatan, triangulasi, dan membercheck.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa motivasi siswa memanfaatkan koleksi buku teks pelajaran didasari atas dua faktor, yaitu faktor internal dan eksternal. Dari faktor  internal, dapat diketahui bahwa pada saat siswa memanfaatkan koleksi buku teks pelajaran di Perpustakaan MTs Negeri 2 Semarang didasari dengan adanya kebutuhan siswa itu sendiri. Dari faktor eksternal, dapat diketahui bahwa memotivasi siswa dalam memanfaatkan koleksi buku teks pelajaran di Perpustakaan MTs Negeri 2 Semarang dipengaruhi oleh beberapa hal: adanya belajar kelompok didalam kelas yang selalu menggunakan koleksi buku teks, adanya arahan dari guru pembimbing untuk memanfaatkan koleksi buku teks di perpustakaan pada saat kegiatan belajar di kelas dan pada saat mengerjakan tugas.

Abstract

This research is entitled Analysis of the Effect of Working Capital and Liquidity onProfitability at Primkoppol Brebes Resort. This research uses financial report analysistools, working capital turnover analysis, liquidity analysis, profitability analysis, multiple linear regression analysis, t test, F test and coefficient of determination. The results of the analysis from this research are that partially the WorkingCapital variable (X1) has a significant effect on Profitability (Y) because the significantvalue is 0.011 < 0.05 and the calculated t value is 9.266 > t table 4.303. Meanwhile, the Liquidity variable (X2) has no effect on Profitability (Y) because the significant value is 0.087 > 0.05 and the calculated t value is 3.171 < t table 4.303. And simultaneously the variables Working Capital (X1) and Liquidity (X2) have a significant effect on Profitability (Y) because the significant value is 0.016 < 0.050 and the calculated F value is 61.590 > F table 9.55.Keywords: Working Capital, Liquidity, ProfitabilityABSTRAKPenelitian ini berjudul Analisis Pengaruh Modal Kerja Dan Likuiditas TerhadapProfitabilitas Pada Primkoppol Resor Brebes. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan alatanalisis laporan keuangan, analisis perputaran modal kerja, analisis likuiditas, analisis profitabilitas, analisis regresi linear berganda, uji t, uji F dan koefisien determinasi.  Hasil analisis dari penelitian ini adalah secara parsial variabel Modal Kerja (X1) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Profitabilitas (Y) karena nilai signifikannya 0,011 < 0,05 dan nilai t hitung 9,266 > t tabel 4,303. Sedangkan variabel Likuiditas (X2) tidak berpengaruh terhadap Profitabilitas (Y) karena nilai signifikannya 0,087 > 0,05 dan nilai t hitung 3,171 < t tabel 4,303. Dan secara simultan variabel Modal Kerja (X1) dan Likuiditas (X2) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Profitabilitas (Y) karena nilai signifikannya 0,016 < 0,050 dan nilai F hitung 61,590 > F tabel 9,55. Abstract

This study is entitled "The Effect of Product Completeness and Location on Public Purchase Interest in Bulakamba Market, Brebes Regency". This study took place at Bualakamba Market, Brebes Regency. This study used multiple linear regression analysis tools, t-test, F-test and coefficient of determination.The results of the analysis of this study are that the completeness of products and location have a partial effect on people's purchasing interest in Bulakamba Market, Brebes Regency, this is proven by the t-test using a 95 percent confidence level and degrees of freedom N-k (97-2) obtained a t-table of 1.6615 and the calculation results in SPSS show X1 = 2.417 and X2 = 3.287 which means that t-count> t-table. This shows that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted or the completeness of products and location has a significant effect on purchasing interest.And simultaneously the variables of product completeness and location have an effect on people's purchasing interest in Bulakamba Market, Brebes Regency, this is proven by the results of the F Test conducted using a 95 percent confidence level (α = 0.05) and df = n - k - 1, namely 97 - 2 - 1 = 94, obtained Ftable of 3.09. While the calculation results show 13.677. This shows that Fcount> Ftable which means the Ho hypothesis is rejected and Ha is accepted which means that together or simultaneously the independent variables of product completeness (X1) and location (X2) have an effect on purchasing interest (Y). Keywords: Product Completeness, Location, Purchase Interest

Abstract

This study takes the title "Analysis of the Effectiveness and Efficiency of the Remaining Operating Result (SHU) at Primkoppol Resort Brebes". Data collection in the study was carried out by collecting recorded financial report data and submitted to cooperative members every year. The financial report data is from 2016 to 2024. While the analysis used in this study is to calculate the realization, effectiveness and efficiency of the Remaining Operating Result (SHU) and to calculate the projection of the Remaining Operating Result (SHU) using the linear trend formula.The results of the research that has been carried out are the target and realization of the acquisition of the Remaining Operating Result (SHU) of Primkoppol Resort Brebes for the period 2016 to 2024 experienced a development rate of 4.76 percent or an average increase of Rp. 411,265,447.42 each year.While the level of effectiveness of the Remaining Operating Result of Primkoppol Resort Brebes for the period 2016 to 2024 has a very good or very effective level of effectiveness. This is because in that period of the year it had an average level of effectiveness of 461.78 percent.The efficiency level of the Remaining Operating Results (SHU) of the Brebes Resort Primkoppol for the period 2016 to 2024 had an average level of 41.43 percent. This can be interpreted that the efficiency level of the Remaining Operating Results (SHU) of the Brebes Resort Primkoppol is good or efficient because it is below 100 percent. Keywords: Effectiveness, Efficiency, Remaining Business Results
