AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi kerja, gaya kepemimpinan, dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan di Villa Tabatha Umalas Badung Bali dengan menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Penelitian melibatkan sampel sebanyak 30 orang dengan menggunakan metode sampling jenuh. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Analisis data menggunakan SPSS 24.00 for Windows dengan analisis Uji Validitas dan Uji Reliabilitas, Analisis Deskriptif, Uji Asumsi Klasik, Analisis Korelasi Parsial, Analisis Korelasi Berganda, Regresi Linier Berganda, Analisis Koefisien Determinasi, Analisi Uji T-test, dan Analisis Uji F-test. Uji Hipotesis dilakukan pada taraf 5%. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, diperoleh nilai t-hitung 2,394 > nilai t-tabel 1,31 dan signifikansi 0,024 < 0,05, gaya kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, diperoleh nilai t-hitung 2,155 > nilai t-tabel 1,31 dan signifikansi 0,041 < 0,05 , disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, diperoleh nilai t-hitung 11,566 > nilai t-tabel 1,31 dan signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05 dan secara simultan motivasi kerja, gaya kepemimpinan dan disiplin kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, diperoleh nilai F-hitung 190,733 > nilai F-tabel 2,30 dan signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa motivasi kerja, gaya kepemimpinan, dan disiplin kerja sangat berpengaruh secara parsial dan simultan terhadap kinerja karyawan di Villa Tabatha Umalas, Badung, Bali.Kata kunci: Motivasi Kerja, Gaya Kepemimpinan, Disiplin Kerja, Kinerja KaryawanAbstractThis study aims to determine the effect of work motivation, leadership style, and work discipline on employee performance at Villa Tabatha Umalas Badung Bali by using quantitative methods.
