Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of liquid organic fertilizer of goat manureon the growth and yield of cherry tomatoes on peat soil. The research was conducted fromJanuary 13th 2019 to April 21th2019 in the garden of the Faculty of Agriculture, Tanjungpura University, Pontianak. The study used a completely randomized design (CRD) method in which the application of liquid organic fertilizer concentration as a single factor. The treatments were designed in five levelsof concentrationwith 5 replications and 4 sample plants. The treatment were 10%, 20%, 30%, 40%, 50%. The variables observed in this study were plant height, root volume, root dry weight, of the plant dry weight, plant dry weight, amount of fruit crops, weight of fruit crops, weight of fruit. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that giving various concentrations of liquid organic fertilizer of goat manurecannot increase growth, but can inrease cherry tomato yield on peat soils. Giving liquid organic fertilizer goat manure with concentration 20% indicates the effective concentration for cherry tomato plants on peat soils. Keywords: cheryy tomatoes, goat manure, liquid organic fertilizer,peat soils

Abstract

Supervisi akademik yang dilakukan oleh kepala sekolah memiliki peran strategis dalam pendampingan praktik pengajaran guru. Pemanfaatan platform digital mengelalui pengelolaan kinerja guru dalam supervisi akademik memungkinkan kepala sekolah untuk merencanakan, mengobservasi, mengevaluasi, serta memberikan umpan balik secara lebih sistematis dan berbasis data. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan dan mengenalisis tahapan perencanaan, pelaksanaan, evaluasi, dan tindak lanjut supervisi akademik melalui platform digital. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan model analisis interaktif Miles dan Huberman, data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi kelas, dan studi dokumen, kemudian direduksi, disajikan, dan ditarik kesimpulan berdasarkan triangulasi sumber. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa perencanaan supervisi melalaui platform digital dirancang secara sistematis dan partisipatif, pelaksanaan berbasis observasi dan umpan balik, serta tindak lanjut meliputi pelatihan dan mentoring khusus. Kebaruan penelitian terletak pada integrasi platform digital sebagai instrumen pembinaan berkelanjutan, transparan, dan akuntabel. Kesimpulan dari hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan supervisi akademik dari perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan tindak lanjut melalui Platform Pengelolaan Kinerja Guru sudah berbasis data sebagai strategi pembinaan yang berorientasi pada peningkatan profesionalisme guru dan mutu pembelajaran. Rekomendasi yaitu pengembangan instrumen evaluasi supervisi yang komprehensif mengintegrasikan data kuantitatif dan kualitatif.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the decline in the quality of learning on the mutual cooperation indicator based on the results of the educational report in 2025 and the low interest of students in Physics subjects at SMA Negeri 1 Moga. The study aims to describe and analyze the extent to which the implementation of the Project Based Learning (PjBL) model supports collaboration skills and learning motivation of class XII A-C students. The research method is descriptive-quantitative with a sample of 108 students. Data were collected through a Likert scale questionnaire that has been tested for validity and reliability and analyzed using descriptive statistics. The results showed an average score of collaboration skills of 105.21 in the good category with the strongest indicator in interdependence with an average of 21.96 and the weakest in group processing with an average of 19.72. Learning motivation reached an average of 73.1 in the fairly good category, most strongly influenced by choice or interest in tasks with an average of 28.00 and weakest by the aspect of perseverance or tenacity with an average of 11.70. The implementation of PjBL has the potential to improve students' collaboration skills and learning motivation, but it is necessary to strengthen learning strategies to improve group processing and persistence in completing projects.
