Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of liquid organic fertilizer of goat manureon the growth and yield of cherry tomatoes on peat soil. The research was conducted fromJanuary 13th 2019 to April 21th2019 in the garden of the Faculty of Agriculture, Tanjungpura University, Pontianak. The study used a completely randomized design (CRD) method in which the application of liquid organic fertilizer concentration as a single factor. The treatments were designed in five levelsof concentrationwith 5 replications and 4 sample plants. The treatment were 10%, 20%, 30%, 40%, 50%. The variables observed in this study were plant height, root volume, root dry weight, of the plant dry weight, plant dry weight, amount of fruit crops, weight of fruit crops, weight of fruit. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that giving various concentrations of liquid organic fertilizer of goat manurecannot increase growth, but can inrease cherry tomato yield on peat soils. Giving liquid organic fertilizer goat manure with concentration 20% indicates the effective concentration for cherry tomato plants on peat soils. Keywords: cheryy tomatoes, goat manure, liquid organic fertilizer,peat soils

Abstract

Supervisi akademik yang dilakukan oleh kepala sekolah memiliki peran strategis dalam pendampingan praktik pengajaran guru. Pemanfaatan platform digital mengelalui pengelolaan kinerja guru dalam supervisi akademik memungkinkan kepala sekolah untuk merencanakan, mengobservasi, mengevaluasi, serta memberikan umpan balik secara lebih sistematis dan berbasis data. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan dan mengenalisis tahapan perencanaan, pelaksanaan, evaluasi, dan tindak lanjut supervisi akademik melalui platform digital. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan model analisis interaktif Miles dan Huberman, data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi kelas, dan studi dokumen, kemudian direduksi, disajikan, dan ditarik kesimpulan berdasarkan triangulasi sumber. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa perencanaan supervisi melalaui platform digital dirancang secara sistematis dan partisipatif, pelaksanaan berbasis observasi dan umpan balik, serta tindak lanjut meliputi pelatihan dan mentoring khusus. Kebaruan penelitian terletak pada integrasi platform digital sebagai instrumen pembinaan berkelanjutan, transparan, dan akuntabel. Kesimpulan dari hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan supervisi akademik dari perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan tindak lanjut melalui Platform Pengelolaan Kinerja Guru sudah berbasis data sebagai strategi pembinaan yang berorientasi pada peningkatan profesionalisme guru dan mutu pembelajaran. Rekomendasi yaitu pengembangan instrumen evaluasi supervisi yang komprehensif mengintegrasikan data kuantitatif dan kualitatif.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the decline in the quality of learning on the mutual cooperation indicator based on the results of the educational report in 2025 and the low interest of students in Physics subjects at SMA Negeri 1 Moga. The study aims to describe and analyze the extent to which the implementation of the Project Based Learning (PjBL) model supports collaboration skills and learning motivation of class XII A-C students. The research method is descriptive-quantitative with a sample of 108 students. Data were collected through a Likert scale questionnaire that has been tested for validity and reliability and analyzed using descriptive statistics. The results showed an average score of collaboration skills of 105.21 in the good category with the strongest indicator in interdependence with an average of 21.96 and the weakest in group processing with an average of 19.72. Learning motivation reached an average of 73.1 in the fairly good category, most strongly influenced by choice or interest in tasks with an average of 28.00 and weakest by the aspect of perseverance or tenacity with an average of 11.70. The implementation of PjBL has the potential to improve students' collaboration skills and learning motivation, but it is necessary to strengthen learning strategies to improve group processing and persistence in completing projects.

Abstract

This study aimed to determine the effect of data-based planning, learning communities, and academic supervision on the quality of learning in public senior high schools within Pemalang Regency. This research goal was accomplished through the use of a quantitative research approach. The population of this study comprised all 184 teachers from three public senior high schools in Pemalang Regency, with a sample of 126 participants selected through a proportional random sampling technique. A questionnaire comprising statements to gauge indices of learning quality, data-based planning, learning communities, and academic supervision served as the primary data source. Using SPSS software, the data analysis included descriptive analysis, requirement testing, and hypothesis testing. This involved using simple linear regression and multiple regression methods. The results showed that there was a favorable and significant impact of data-based planning on the quality of learning, with a contribution of 84.2%. With an 83.3% contribution, teacher involvement in the learning community also improved the quality of learning. Academic supervision also had a favorable impact on learning quality, with a contribution of 80.2%. Together, data-based planning, academic supervision, and teacher involvement in the learning community had a favorable impact on the standard of teacher education, with a contribution of 90.2%. To enhance the quality of learning within educational institutions, teachers need to create learning plans based on data, collaborate and share good practices through learning communities, and the principal must provide in-depth mentoring to teachers in academic supervision activities.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the role of teachers in strengthening the implementation of Child-Friendly Schools (CFS) at SMA Negeri 1 Moga based on the Among System by Ki Hadjar Dewantara. The research employs a descriptive qualitative method, with data collected through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. The findings reveal that teachers play a crucial role in implementing the principles of "Ing Ngarso Sung Tuladha" (providing exemplary leadership), "Ing Madya Mangun Karsa" (encouraging innovation and participation), and "Tut Wuri Handayani" (offering support and motivation). Teachers act as role models, facilitators, motivators, and mentors, fostering a safe, comfortable, and inclusive learning environment for students. The study concludes that the consistent application of the Among System significantly enhances the success of CFS, particularly in strengthening moral values, encouraging active student participation, and promoting character-based learning. The study implies that continuous training and socialization are essential for teachers to fully understand and effectively implement the values of the Among System in CFS programs.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the role of teachers in fostering effective communication through teacher learning communities at SMA Negeri 1 Moga and its impact on the quality of learning. The study employed a descriptive qualitative method, with data collected through in-depth interviews, observations, and documentation. The findings revealed that effective communication within learning communities plays a crucial role in supporting instructional innovation, solving learning problems, and enhancing teachers' professional development. Teachers are able to implement more innovative teaching methods, such as project-based learning and the use of technology. Regular reflection and evaluation within the learning communities also assist teachers in improving teaching quality by identifying challenges and planning targeted follow-up actions. The conclusion of this study is that effective communication within learning communities not only enhances the quality of learning but also strengthens collaboration and teachers’ professional competencies. The implications of this study suggest the need for strengthening learning communities in schools to facilitate more effective communication among teachers, ultimately positively impacting students' learning processes.

Abstract

Kepemimpinan kepala sekolah memiliki peran yang sangat penting dalam meningkatkan kinerja guru dan mutu sekolah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kepemimpinan kepala sekolah terhadap peningkatan kinerja guru melalui pendekatan studi literatur dengan metode analisis deskriptif kualitatif. Data dikumpulkan dari berbagai sumber literatur yang relevan, termasuk jurnal ilmiah, buku akademik, dan regulasi pendidikan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepala sekolah yang efektif mampu menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang kondusif, memberikan supervisi akademik yang mendukung, serta memotivasi guru untuk terus mengembangkan profesionalisme mereka. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa kompetensi manajerial, sosial, dan kepemimpinan kepala sekolah sangat berpengaruh terhadap kinerja guru serta kualitas pembelajaran di sekolah. Sebagai kesimpulan, penelitian ini merekomendasikan penguatan kompetensi kepala sekolah dalam aspek kepemimpinan dan manajemen guna meningkatkan mutu sekolah. Dengan demikian, kepala sekolah diharapkan dapat berperan lebih aktif dalam menciptakan sistem pendidikan yang berkualitas dan berdaya saing.

Abstract

Aparatur Sipil Negara (ASN) merupakan cerminan dari Pemerintahan suatu Negara. ASN yang dapat memberikan layanan publik yang baik dan adil akan meningkatkan citra sumber daya manusia (SDM) Pemerintahan yang baik pula. Kinerja ASN merupakan hasil yang memperlihatkan kualitas dan kuantitas kerja seorang pegawai, yang dipengaruhi berbagai faktor termasuk budaya organisasi dan komitmen organisasional. Dengan budaya organisasional yang kuat, maka komitmen organisasi pegawai akan semakin baik, dan berdampak pada peningkatan kinerja pegawai.  Hal ini mendasari pentingnya penguatan budaya organisasional dalam suatu instansi, termasuk oleh para ASN untuk meningkatkan komitmen dan kinerja yang dinilai langsung oleh masyarakat.

Abstract

The decline in creativity indicators, as evidenced in education reports, indicates the necessity of improved instructional management of project-based learning (PjBL) to foster student creativity. This study used an explanatory sequential mixed-methods design. Quantitative data were collected from 108 students (total sampling) using a creativity questionnaire, followed by a qualitative case study through classroom observations and documentation and through interviews involving 12 informants. Quantitative findings reveal that student creativity falls into the moderate category (mean: 87.90), with Originality (19.04%) being the lowest indicator, whereas Flexibility (20.56%) was the highest. Qualitative evidence illustrates the contribution of instructional management practices to creativity indicators through four distinct stages. Planning is executed in a structured, goal-based manner, while Organizing establishes collaborative learning environments. Subsequently, Implementation drives project implementation that encourages discovery and reflection, and continuous Monitoring through authentic assessment that can strengthen student engagement to develop flexibility, elaboration, and problem-solving competencies. However, the originality component requires further improvement through enhanced teacher facilitation. Recommendations emphasize improving teacher competency in project design and authentic assessment to support the development of sustainable student creativity.

Abstract

Abstrak Adanya kesenjangan penggajian dan jaminan sosial antara guru ASN dan Non ASN di sekolah negeri menjadi problematika sampai sekarang. Penelitian ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis pembinaan kesejahteraan bagi guru ASN dan non-ASN pada sekolah negeri khusunya SD dan SMP. Metode yang digunakan adalah wawancara dengan 10 kepala sekolah yang dipilih secara purposive sampling pada tahun 2025, data direkam, ditranskripsikan, dan dianalisis secara kualitatif menggunakan pendekatan Miles dan Huberman dengan reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa pembinaan bagi ASN lebih terstruktur karena adanya regulasi yang jelas seperti gaji, jaminan sosial, dan akses pelatihan yang mendukung jenjang karir, sedangkan bagi non-ASN pembinaan sangat bergantung pada alokasi RKAS atau BOS dalam hal penggajian, jaminan sosial yang bergantung pada kebijakan sekolah dan inisiatif sendiri, serta akses pelatihan yang belum berdampak pada jenjang karir. Faktor-faktor yang berkontribusi terhadap kesenjangan meliputi ketergantungan pada dana BOS, kapasitas fiskal sekolah, praktik rekrutmen yang variatif, frekuensi atau keterlambatan pembayaran honor, dan akses subsidi BPJS. Kepala sekolah berperan dalam pengambilan kebijakan namun bergantung pada regulasi dan anggaran. Disarankan standardisasi honor minimum di tingkat daerah, alokasi anggaran khusus pembinaan dan subsidi jaminan sosial, dan penguatan kapabilitas kepala sekolah dalam perencanaan anggaran dan pembinaan yang berkelanjutan.   Abstract The gap in salaries and social security between ASN and non-ASN teachers in public schools remains a problem to this day. This study aims to describe and analyze welfare development for ASN and non-ASN teachers in public schools, especially elementary and junior high schools. The method used was interviews with 10 principals selected by purposive sampling in 2025. Data were recorded, transcribed, and analyzed qualitatively using the Miles and Huberman approach with data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results show that development for ASN is more structured due to clear regulations such as salaries, social security, and access to training that supports career paths, while for non-ASN development is highly dependent on the allocation of RKAS or BOS in terms of salaries, social security that depends on school policies and their own initiatives, and access to training that has not yet impacted career paths. Factors contributing to the gap include dependence on BOS funds, school fiscal capacity, varied recruitment practices, frequency or delays in honorarium payments, and access to BPJS subsidies. Principals play a role in policymaking but are dependent on regulations and budgets. It is recommended that minimum honorariums be standardized at the regional level, a dedicated budget allocated for social security development and subsidies, and principals' capabilities in budget planning and sustainable development be strengthened.
