This study uses case study research to describe and interpret school conditions in utilizing technology for teacher professional development. The research subjects of this research are principals, teachers, students of driving schools and the education office. The results showed that out of 453 elementary schools in Sintang Regency, 245 elementary schools already had internet access for DAPODIK, 393 schools already had a learning id account, and only 331 schools had activated learning.id. There are 71 schools logged in education report cards, and 43 schools have explored and downloaded reports. This condition illustrates the slow technological transformation and virtual learning culture at the school level because around 408-411 schools have not been able to explore and download educational reports. This situation illustrates the preconditions for the importance of technology acceleration in realizing virtual culture for the realization of the school digitization program in Sintang Regency. Keywords: Transformation, Platform Merdeka, School Digitization
